    Amazing day trip!
Such a great day with guides Song (English) and Vincent (Mandarin)! I highly recommend this Gyeongju day trip. The tour was well organized, with a good amount of time at each stop to learn about the history, explore a bit, and take photos. Song was so kind and knowledgeable about each location. She also had good tips on the best views at each place and helped us all take photos. Note: if you will each lunch with the group (not included, but delicious!) make sure to bring cash to pay, it was about W15,000-20,000 per person depending on what you ordered.

    Great experience
We had a very pleasant experience visiting the MBC Studios. It was impressive to see the actors and the directors during the rehearsals. One could notice the high professionalism and their striving for perfection. Our tour guide Mr. Joon was very knowledgeable, both in English language and in the K-Drama world, and had a very pleasant, warm and polite attitude. He made us feel welcome.

Itinerary Changed Without Notification. I wouldn't recommend the company.
Good: The tour guide and bus driver were nice. The stops (except one) were lovely. BAD: I didn't get the tour I signed up for. I paid more (there are cheaper tours) for this because it was only 3 stops with almost 4 hours on Nami. BUT we made a useless stop to see a sheet of ice (not impressive; mostly melted as there's no snow now) that was not on the itinerary. Again I specifically picked this tour for less stops. Because of this stop, we got less time at others. And a measly 2.25 on Nami (when you count the time wasted in ferry line). This included eating. So I rushed through it with barely any time to enjoy. The company response: There's tiny print that Dec-Feb we may add that stop. I did eventually locate that under a random tab. Still they should send a message they are adding a stop so people CAN cancel. I will not use this company again and would say be careful.

Great places to visit, but would try to find something better
The tour was fine. I wish there was more of a detailed historical aspect to the places we visited. The tour guides did speak English but it was very basic and found it confusing to follow what they were saying. It felt more like being driven to a place, given a 4-5 sentence summary of something and then told to look around and see things by ourselves.

Awesome tour, incredible spots, and Lucy and Mike were the best guides! It was a long day, but totally worth it. Seriously recommend it, even if you're going solo!

    Great experience, Beautiful Locations
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. First of all our tour guides Cecilia and Chuck were incredible. They were super friendly and attentive to everyone and had lots of stories to tell about each of the places we visited. The bus ride to each location was also very comfortable. We visited several locations including Eobi Ice Valley, Petite France, Nami Island and the Gardens of Morning Calm. We felt that we were able to spend sufficient time at each location although we would've liked a bit more time at the Gardens of Morning Calm as we did have to rush through them a bit. Nami Island was very beautiful and I would love to come back and see it again in Spring or Autumn. Petite France was probably my least favourite out of the places we visited, it was nice but it wasn't anything special, at least in comparison to the other places we went to. Overall, it was a pleasant day and I would recommend it to travellers who want to see multiple places in one day. Thanks again Cecilia and Chuck for making this tour so wonderful!

Highlight of our trip to Korea so far. Juna was an amazing tour guide and her smile lit up our day. Very well organized and informative tour and I will recommend all our friends to book this tour when they visit Busan in the future.

    Great tour and guides
Great experience with Ken and Tien. My native language is English, my wife's is Mandarin so we were able to get tours in our native languages. The tour sites themselves were interesting and well explained by the guides. Lunch setup was good except they didn't take foreign credit cards so had to borrow cash from another member of tour. Well organized with sufficient rest breaks. What's app group started for sharing information.

    Worthwhile Tour
This Tour is worthwhile. It is a long day, so be prepared. Bobby Kim is a wonderful Tour Guide ~ he is attentive, committed to service and towards making sure everyone is taken care of. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in providing relevant information so that you leave with a sense of the history of Korea. The buffet where we went for lunch is super affordable with excellent dining. Bobby also communicated via WhatsApp which made it easy to follow along and reassuring to know that things were in order and timely. Thank you, Bobby for making this Tour so interesting.

Great Busan Trip! Great Tour Guide!
The trip, views plan was amazing! Our guide Bobby Kim was great leading and managing the international crowd. Thanks to his guide, we have had no mishaps, delays whatsoever. It was a wonderful trip with great sceneries, great snack and food spots. Bobby was able to educate us a lot about the relevant history or Korea and relevant spots.

Our tour was perfect. I enjoyed doing the rail bikes first. It got our bodies ready for the great meal prior to our exploring of Nami Island. It was sad that the snow and snow sculptures had melted but you could easily imagine their beauty. The unexpected came with the snowfall at dusk as we parked at the Garden Of Morning Calm. The camera could not picture the calm and beauty of the millions of colored lights through out this space. Jade ran a fun and timely trip, keeping us up to date and moving smoothly, linked together via our phone apps

Thank you for your nice review. We are glad that you enjoyed the day with Jade. Those attractions you visited are nice to travel in all season, hope we can meet you again after the pandemic and you can see the different scenery in a different season. :)

Our tour was a packed day of exploring starting at 8am til 7pm on a Thursday. Garden of Morning Calm was a nice walk as the first stop, took about 1.5hrs. We then stopped for lunch at a restaurant serving Dak-galbi as recommended by our tour guide - was delicious! Next stop was to Nami Island. My son and I chose the zipline to get across while most of the tour went by ferry. We were able to pay for this separately then be reimbursed from the tour for the ferry ticket. We were lucky & didn't wait too long. Spent a good 2+ hrs on Nami Island. This was long enough for us. Last activity was the Rail Park and we enjoyed this, though wasn't expecting to switch to a train half way. Overall, a great day out and our guide, Shin, looked after us well. Thanks Shin!

The day trip was well organised with instructions and reminders on where to meet and when (thank you tour guide Jason for keeping everyone on time). Our day ran smoothly with little to no delays or traffic impact -during October 2023. Be aware this trip is designed for you to have 100% free time exploring the Garden of Morning Calm and Nami Island at your own pace (it is not guided tour). Gangchon Rail Bike was a very fun (exercise!) activity in the afternoon. Highly recommend this day trip for those wanting to cover lots of ground and enjoy the beautiful scenery of South Korea.

The trip was unique, to say the least, but I was happy with how the agency handled adversity. We got into an accident with another tour bus and a car on the way to Garden of Morning Calm. However, it was professionally handled by our guide April. Even though we were delayed for about an your because we had to wait for the replacement bus along the highway, April was checking in on us often, ensuring everyone is alright, and sharing more information about Korea to pass time. We were given free drinks as compensation. The locations itself were great to visit, especially the rail bike park. It was around a 6km pedal but it honestly didn't feel like 6km because of the amazing scenery we passed by. Overall, the tour doesn't seem rushed despite our accident in the morning. April was also very friendly and helpful.

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was great sharing information on WhatsApp. The limousine bus was nice and cozy. It was winter and it rained that day but still had a great time. Nami island is nice and peaceful. They have some restaurants on the island so don’t have to worry about eating off the island but choices are limited. I saw people renting bicycles but the island is small and you have plenty of time to walk around. The calming garden was amazing with all the lights being displayed.

I really enjoyed the rail bike. It is a nice workout depending on how many people are in your car and if they help pedal. The tunnels are so much fun with all the lights and music.

It’s a long day doing all these activities but you have plenty of time to get some sleep on the bus.

My husband and I enjoyed this very organized tour that allowed us to enjoy the rail bike along the mountainside, and all the beauties of Nami Island and the Garden of Morning Calm. Our time was short in each location but without this organized tour we would not have been able to see them all in one day. The weather was hazy with rain throughout the day, but that did not dampen the beauty of these locations or the fun of the trip. The tour guide gave us great information and was very cheerful and patient with every tour guest entrusted to her care. We even got discount vouchers for shopping which we happily used. When we return to Korea one day we will definitely book again.

It was really fun. The Garden of Morning Calm was very pretty. A big beautiful garden. It was a short visit there which was not enough to really enjoy each area. I think a full day would be better but it was still nice. Nami Island was also nice. The day I visited a military band had a concert with a famous singer guest who was serving his mandatory military time. The Rail park was also very enjoyable. It was such a beautiful scenery in the country side, river and mountains. The tunnels were fun. Highly recommended. Ricky the guide was very accommodating. He worked hard to make the most of our time despite the bus breaking down.

Nami bikes of Calm.

Tino was our guide and it was definitely the Tino show on the coach. I felt a bit pushed into where I had lunch and not doing the zip wire onto Nami Island. Don’t get me wrong, lunch was lovely, but it was a reasonably hard sell on it. I felt he actively discouraged people from going on the zip wire rather than just stating the price, how long it takes and leaving it at that.
The weirdest bit was the constant quizzing while we were on the coach.
Overall it was a good day. Nami island and garden of morning calm were beautiful and we had great fun on the bikes.

I had a very enjoyable day.

We went to a large garden that had a variety of different smaller gardens of different styles and themes.

The gardens had flowers and bonsi trees, ponds, rivers, ferns, a wide array of different beautiful plant species. It's apparently quite good to visit in Autumn.

The park was based inside a valley of a forest. There were plenty of benches to sit and take in the beautiful scenery.

Then we visited the island. The island was nice. There were a number of locations from popular. A collection of small museums, cafes and restaurants.

The island was clean with plenty of plants organised around the place. Squirrels, peacocks and ostriches.

It's a small island that takes about 30 mins to walk across. To get to the island you can take the ferry, a fast boat ride, or zip line.

Finally, we visited to rail park. We got on pedal powered rail cars with seats of two and four. You can pay more (10k won) to go on a car of two. But, you need to book ahead.

We took the rail car over 8km of track, around the mountains, through tunnels, past farms. It was a great way to experience the nature side that Korea has to offer.

I was contacted the night before my Sheri providing me all the instructions on how to get to the location. I was also contacted on the island the times of when we had to leave. There was good communication. Could even just send through the itinerary or links.

The bus that we took had air-conditioning. I definitely wouldn't have visited these places by myself, it would've been a hassle. I think it would've taken much longer and possibIy cost more. I am happy that I made the purchase to go on this trip. It was a good experience. I recommend it to you!

We had such a lovely day out - there's a lot to pack in and it's a long day but we never felt rushed and we would've never been able to fit all these attractions on our own. We paid a little bit extra to have a rail bike for ourselves, rather than share with two other people. That aside, I couldn't fault it.
