          Super well-rounded and comfortable!
This was a really lovely tour! Not only was transportation 100% taken care of for us, but the tour was fully catered to our liking. We were given a few set options to choose from based on our preference as a starting point, then were able to customise it as we liked. Our tour guide, Dongmin, was very accommodating and knowledgable, and he really made sure we were enjoying our time. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour, and I would love to revisit Gyeongju again some day - it’s absolutely gorgeous!

excellent tour, really well organised and interesting. Vincent is a really knowledgeable guide and very helpful. 3rd tunnel is a particularly highlight and waterfall across the suspension bridge worth the extra walk.

          Dmz tour and lunch
The tour gives an insight into the history of north and south Korea. The 3rd tunnel and the viewing through binocular at the balcony were the highlights of the tour. Had a good lunch..and lastly thanks to our guide Oliver for guiding us throughout the tour ..it makes us at ease knowing it is not just the typical R&R tour and there are kids on board. Also thanks for the wonderful photos that Oliver offered to take for us.

          Great DMZ visit
Vincent did a phenomenal job coordinating this tour, which can be challenging given the military history involvement. It was great day. We learned so much about South Korea and the Korean War. We are Korean food. We hiked in a beautiful mountainous park. Vincent ended the day by dropping us off at the Seoul night market. Definitely recommend this tour

          Don’t miss this DMZ tour!
Wow- one of the best tours we took while in Korea. Vincent - our guide- was so interesting and informative. This tour covers a lot of territory- you do shuttle a bit due to regulations but it’s all very organized. Vincent does give just the right amount of history and background- but gives you time on your own for snacks etc. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. Do not hesitate!

Book with Vincent and you will not be disappointed!
Vincent was the most incredible guide you could ask for! From the communication prior to the trip, to being on time for a pick up as well as communicating the entire plan from the onset, and throughout the day was amazing. We were on time, educated and the personal stories that he shared warmed my heart. If you are looking for a tour, book with Vincent, and you will not be disappointed. With love from Canada.

          A wonderful tour
This tour was worth every penny. Although we can no longer visit the JSA, the sights that we hit were worth it. Vincent was great!! He gave a lot of historical information behind the DMZ and was very easy to converse with along the way. He was always willing to take photos without being too intrusive, and made sure that the solo travelers were included. Because I don’t speak much Korean and his English-speaking skills are very good, we were able to ask a lot of questions and that was a very valuable aspect of the tour. The tour itself is worth it, and Vincent was a great guide to have. Also, our daughter left her mobile phone in his van and he was so helpful in getting it back to us!!

          Very interesting and informative tour
This small group tour of the DMZ is the way to go. The times we stopped at each location was very timely and avoided the crowded big tour buses so we had more space and it was more empty when visiting the locations. Our favourite part was using the little tram going down to the tunnels very interesting and crazy how you’re able to see through a hole from a far that is only 170 m to North Korea. Our tour guide Vincent was very knowledgable and now we understand why tours to North Korea can’t go through South Korea due to many mines in the ground between the border and it’s dangerous. He really help us understand the history of the DMZ and just so sad how they’re the same people with the same language, but completely different circumstances. We highly recommend taking this tour, especially the small group tour.

Visiting these historical sites was absolutely amazing. What made it the best tour ever though was having Joy as our guide. Joy brought the experience to life by providing exceptional insights, historical facts, and passion to truly understand and appreciate what we were seeing.

It's challenging for the guide to lead a lot of people given the official DMZ tour process set by military. Harry was really great to entertain 10 people from various countries (solo travellers and family). Also we were fortunate to have perfect weather so was able to see the North clearly.

Our tour guide Vincent ran a very informative session and looked after us so well. He was very knowledgeable, but apart from giving us the information, he included his opinions and funny comments which made it interesting. Because of the way he told the stories, we have appreciated the history, and the heartaches the Koreans experienced (and continue to experience) because of the war.

The tour was run exactly on time and according to plan so we had time to explore Gwangjang market after. Vincent knew how to beat the crowds as well as made sure we go into the tunnel via monorail and not by foot!

Thank you Vincent for a very memorable DMZ and suspension bridge experience!

As we were planning our Korea holiday, the DMZ was a must do. We are experience travelers and will invest time to plan and coordinate our holidays.
In reviewing DMZ logistics, it is recommended to sign up a tour to visit. I believe you can arrange a non-tour visit, but unless you know someone there, it's not worth the time and trouble.
We had reviewed all of the tour options and operators, it was cleared that we preferred a small group to manage time and expectations.
Our tour guide/lead Vincent is an excellent example of experience tour expert. He was prompt and clear with his communications and coordinations. One of the most challenging tour lead quality is managing logistics and time. He had reach out via email a few days before our tour to gather our hotel info and logistics. He responded promptly once he had finalized the day of pick up times.
On tour date, he was prompt and early. We, too are early risers, so we were also early at the pick up spot when he arrived in a snazzy tall black van that can seat up 12 passengers comfortably. He immediately greeted us and thank us for being early and prompt. He continue onward to 4 other stops to pick up the remaining guests. About an hour later, everyone picked up and Vincent drove about an hour toward the DMZ.
Once arrived at the DMZ Imjingak Park, Vincent outlined the tour details for the day.
During the tour, he was clear and concise with explaining and sharing the tour highlights to our group with much professionalism. He often shared the history of DMZ for all of us to know, the history of DMZ is quite sad. Korea is still the only divided country in the world.
We enjoyed this tour and Vincent at the helm. At each and every points of interest or spots, Vincent is working hard in sharing the details, answering questions and being THE photographer for all of us tour guests!
When the tour concluded, Vincent still needs to work and drive us back to Seoul, he asked us all where we would like to be dropped off to visit 4 hot spots in Seoul. We happened to be the last drop off (4:30ish PM), so it was a really long day, but you would know that with Vincent's enthusiasm. We again we thank Vincent for his dedication in providing an excellent amazing tour experience.

If you are ever in Korea and DMZ is on your to-do list, you need to book this tour with Vincent. Enjoy and thank you Korea for an amazing time.

It was truly an unforgettable experience! Our guide, who kindly picked us up from the hotel, made this journey exceptionally remarkable. He ensured that each of us felt included and answered all our questions with enthusiasm and patience. This attention to detail and personalized approach made the whole tour feel like a private and exclusive experience. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to see the important sites in the DMZ. Also, we booked the tour with the lunch. We ate in a traditional Korean bbq restaurant, which was delicious.
This tour is also a must-do for anyone interested in history and geopolitics.

Because my flight left so late, my kids & I were able to do the DMZ tour the same day.
Our guide, Vincent, was great. He picked us up in front of the hotel. We had a small but comfortable van with a total of 16 people. The drive to the 1st park where the guides to to purchase the ticket was much shorter than I’d anticipated and there was plenty of time to buy food while Vincent got the tickets (all guided have to do it this way and the earlier you get to the park, the better tickets your group will get for the 3rd tunnel tour).
After tickets were acquired, we left for the suspension bridge. No historical value, as Vincent told us, but it’s scenic and a nice walk across and to the waterfall if you choose.
After the bridge, we went back to the park and Vincent gave us a great tour of the memorials, historical context about the train and the comfort women statues dedicated to North & South Korea’s women that were mistreated by Japan’s troops.
We had time to explore the grounds and for another snack if needed.
Afterwards we combined with another small tour onto a big bus to take us to the tunnel for our time slot viewing. We got lucky & had the monorail to take us down. The trek afterwards to see the barriers feels longer than it is due to the need to bend over while walking (tall people especially! Thank goodness for the hardhats!)
After the tunnel, we were herded into see a strange propoganda video done in all American brashness promoting the DMZ (I’m American. This was sooo over-the-top with exploding sounds and a booming voice that proclaims, “The miracle of the DMZ will live FOREVER’!!!!!” 😂. At least it’s over the top enough, and in such contrast to the quiet & thoughtful history given that you can laugh.
The rest of the time there was used to walk around and see the dedicated statues & photo ops if you should so chose.
The next 2 stops were at the observatory where you can view North Korea & a village where you can buy local products made from jasmine & soybeans grown in the area, then back to the small bus for a drop off point of your choosing in one of 4 locations in the city.
For those who are concerned about time as I was (my flight left at 11 pm that evening ), we were picked up between 6:10-6:50 (everyone had a different time according to where their hotel was) and we were dropped of around 3:30 pm.
The drop off points were at places of interest, the shopping district, near the palaces, near the night markets. All coordinated with public transport if you need to use it.
Thank you Vincent. You did an amazing job in being informative, knowledgeable & patient. I’ve already recommended this tour to others 💕

We really enjoyed the tour. We specifically selected a small group tour rather that be on a large coach. Vincent contacted me in advance to arrange the collection. It was 30 mins earlier than notified on the website but meant that we got ahead of some of the queues. Vincent kept us informed through the day and adjusted the plan when necessary. When we got on the DMZ shuttle bus he gave the commentary for the whole bus rather than just the 10 of us on his tour.

6 stars if it allowed us! Me and my partner visited the DMZ with Sophia Kim, we were expecting a small group tour and ended up with a private tour as other people dropped out. Most firms would just cancel or reschedule the trip. The entire trip was smoothly run and whilst most guides sent customers in to the tunnel and waited outside Sophia took us all the way in the tunnel and described the history. She asked us if there was any particular food we wanted and took us for Army Stew. To top it off she dropped us off where we requested in the city. Great day.

I attended this small group tour with Vincent as our guide and it was the perfect way to see the DMZ. Vincent has so much knowledge to share and goes out of his way to ensure you have a great experience. The group was 6 and I recommend this over large group tours which looked quite hectic. If you're lucky enough to have Vincent as your guide, you'll learn a lot about the DMZ but also South Korea more generally.

Transportation for the tour was spot on. Vincent made contact prior and coordinated everything for pickup location and time, and was exactly on time. He even contacted us the day before to recommend to bring an umbrella due to the weather forecast. The tour guide, Joo, was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and was passionate about giving a good tour, and was able to answer all our questions. I could not recommend this tour and the tour guide more. This was the highlight of my trip to Korea!

We can only recommend this trip! Our guide Vincent was clearly passionate about explaining the history and curiosities of the DMZ and the relationship between North and South. Having a knowledgeable person like him made all the difference. Our only recommendation is to take a deodorant with you if you're doing the infiltration tunnels, because it will be humid and involve some exercise and small refreshments should help feel more comfortable on the remainder of the tour.
Communication about the tour was clear & quick, and very accommodating. The guide went out of his way to make it comfortable for everyone, including bringing people as close as possible to their desired Seoul destination on return to the city.
