We were sitting here for 2 hours, no one of the waiters came to us to ask us what we want to drink, they served the tables near to us and they skipped out table. I have no idea why? We didnt eat or drink anything. We just set there like we are not welcome to that cruise. After one hour one of them came and throw the menu in the table and disappear until the end of the cruise. Shame on you.

We had a wonderful time on the cruise. It was very well organised. We enjoyed the dinner very much. The spread was very good. Our guide. Mr Mahmood Fero was very helpful. Very kind, had a good sense of humour. He did a great job. He got a very good table with a good view and when the performances started, he moved us to a place where we could watch them very well, so we really enjoyed the whole thing. The Driver was also very good, he was very punctual in picking us up and sending us back I strongly recommend this cruise.

Loads of places organise Nile dinner cruises with a lift to the cruise and back included. Your hotel will organise one for you. Uber is very cheap and reliable in Cairo, so getting a lift is not a big part of the package. As long as you know where the cruise is starting from (there are many cruise companies along the Nile in Cairo), you can organise your own lift at very low cost (£1 Sterling each way, including tip, would be sufficient for most Uber trips, including those from hotels near the pyramids). You can even book direct with one of the operators, such as Nile Crystal, or The Pharaohs, for around £20 Sterling per person. GetYourGuide was the cheapest of the agencies booking a Nile cruise, and - as standard - they included a lift to and from the cruise, which was organised by Nile Crystal. The boat cruise and entertainment was fun. It's not really authentic belly dancing or Sufi whirling, and the food is simple buffet (meat, chicken, and fish options, with enough veg dishes for veggies, though nothing specific), but it's all good fun, and the food is tasty enough. Beer and wine can be bought as extras. Views from inside are not clear, but you can go outside (either upstairs or at the back, depending on your boat) for a good view, but be aware that there will be cigarette smoke outside. The agency we used, GetYourGuide, let us down on the lift, and did not respond to messages or phone calls. Luckily we knew where the cruise was going from so were able to book an Uber. Though the cruise starting time was 6pm, the ship set off around 30 minutes late, so we were able to get on board. Our recommendation is that you either book direct and organise your own Uber, or you make sure that the agency you use is contactable when you need them (will your hotel have an English speaking receptionist in the evening, for example). Or you can insist on knowing where the cruise will go from, so you can organise your own transport in case your lift fails to turn up. All in all a good night out if your expectations are reasonable, and you make preparations for if your lift doesn't turn up.

Loud . Touristic. Overprised. Poor quality dancing. Never had waiter come once to offer drinks. Inside with dirty cracked windows. Dry food buffet. Waste of 2 hours. Not a sightsering tour. Noisy tourist trap.

Had a wonderful time with Mostafa, who became a friend that night. I was there solo, but Mostafa kept me company and made me enjoy the experience.

The show was good but very loud. Food not good. But being on the Nile was fun. I don't think it's worth the money. But we wanted to see belly dancing so for that I gave the 3star otherwise I would have given 2

Supposed to of been a four hour cruise ended up being two hours. Had a singer on, belly dancer and a whirling man on for entertainment. The whirling man was superb and talented and he should of been on in place of the belly dancer as you can see them anywhere. We got picked up by Emo Tours and he stayed around on the cruise with us. Felt like we had a body guard watching our every move so it was very of putting.

To many people with poor food. The price for the experience not worth the money spend. The entertainment is average and the music to loud to enjoy.

Our host who picked us up was excellent so the review is nothing to do with him, he got us there and returned us safely. The already expensive ticket does not include any drinks (no alcohol or soft drinks) - a jack daniels is nearly £20, water is also pricey. On top of this they will add an extra 30-40% onto your bill as service charge, entertainment charge and some sort of VAT...they also try to demand cash as the waiters take money visibly from the bill for themselves. The performers all tried which was the only good part.

Our trip was rescheduled from the day it was originally booked but that didn’t really bother us as we stayed in Cairo for a few days. Our guide Mohamed Salah (not the footballer) was very friendly and very well spoken ( very good). Good entertainment, ok food

The host Habib was excellent. He got us on the boat first with the vest seats and was around all evening to make sure we had everything we needed

This trip was very touristy but fun! There was plenty of food and the belly dancer show was good. Beautiful picture of the Cairo skyline at night.

Our pick up was on time, the automobile was very comfortable, attractive and the driver was very professional. Our tour guide was very friendly, informative, efficient and really took care of our family. Our guide surprised our family with an unplanned birthday wish for our mom which was a lot of fun and we will never forget. In fact, we have ran into numerous people who sung happy birthday to mom on the cruise at other places and attractions and they remembered mom and continued to say happy birthday. It was really funny and nice. Our guide spoke English extremely well and was very accommodating.

The drivers of the car to the cruise were friendly and very informative about the area which was great for the first night trying to figure out safe areas. The cruise itself also had a wide variety of foods for variety of dietary needs and all the food was delicious. Finally, the performers were amazing and created an electric experience.
