Tour was fun, our both drivers were Mohammed. The 4x4 driver was very good and adventurous, our regular driver, who we drove with for 3 days is the best. We kept asking the same driver because he was a great person. Mohammed made us always choose Emp tours to stay w him. The guide was OK, he made sure we were ok all the time.

Cairo is an incredible city that beautifully showcases Islamic and Coptic heritage. The mosques, especially the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, are breathtaking with their stunning architecture and peaceful ambiance. On the other hand, the Coptic sites like the Hanging Church offer a rich historical perspective and unique designs that are truly fascinating. I had a fantastic experience with the guide Hazem. He was knowledgeable and provided great insights into the history and significance of each site, making the exploration even more enriching. Hazem also took us to a restaurant for lunch to experience local 'soal food' which was a lovely addition. Overall, visiting both the mosques and Coptic sites in Cairo is a must for anyone wanting to appreciate the city's diverse culture and religious harmony.

We only had one day to learn what we could about the ancient city of Alexandria, and we were not disappointed by this tour! Our driver Mahmoud showed up exactly on time, was extremely courteous and nice. Although he explained immediately that his English wasn't great (versus our non-existent Arabic..) he used google translate to communicate whenever needed. Upon reaching Alexandria, he took us through the neighborhoods to see the city before we reached the catacombs. There we met our tour guide for the day -- Mahmoud. He was professional, personable and wealth of knowledge. The tours were knowledgeable and comprehensive, and we were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted at each stop. When he would suggest retail stops, he was accommodating about us not being interested. The sites in Alexandria and the tour itinerary are spectacular. It's an extremely good value for the day, and the history gives you a better understanding of Egyptian history. Thank you Mahmoud and Mahmoud!

The ATV tour at Giza to see the pyramids was amazing. The guides were helpful and insightful providing a lot of historical background and context. They also took a lot of pictures for me which I appreciated. 10/10 recommend.

My issue with this trip was that I've booked the all inclusive pack which included lunch and we've agreed for a pickup time of 07:30AM. We were ready standing outside for the guide on time who was not there. Communication with them was so bad, very slow response giving us all sorts of excuses for them being late, first that it was the traffic and then that the car broke down. The driver showed up 70 minutes later. He went out of his way 30 minutes to get fuel to start the trip. When we arrived in Alexandria we met the guide but the tour was so rushed that we almost didn't have time to take photos or wander around or anything. But the worst part was lunch. The package that included lunch was 10 euros per person more than the package that was without lunch, which I've paid. But when we met the guide she told us that she doesn't recommend having lunch at the place we've paid for, she really discouraged us repetitively from having lunch there and that we should pay her an additional 10 euros per person in cash beforehand, not accepting to pay ourselves in cash the restaurant directly, and give them to her not to the restaurant, to take us to a better place as the other one was not good! So we ended up paying her as we were very hungry. Of course the restaurant was bad again. Overall i feel like we were completely scammed. And we've wasted so much money on this tour. In addition the duration of the tour was supposed to be between 10-12 hours, we were back after only 9 hours, so we could have spend some more time there seeing Alexandria and having the time to really get to experience the city. After contacting the company, they agreed for a 25% refund for just the fact that the driver was late, not for the scam of the lunch! Please please stay away from them and choose somr other guide, or if you still decide to book with them, book without lunch and get your own food with you.

Khalaf was a great guide. He showed us around the most important sites in coptic and islamic Cairo, explaining everything and answering all the questions we had. He was very accommodating in Khan al Kalili when we were wanting to shop for a few souvenirs. Additionally, he gave great typical restaurant recommendations!

The driver Abdellah is a kind person, felt like going out with grandpa he's patient and explained many historical things at the downtown .
