Dubai Top Five Attractions with dinner
Guide was knowledgeable, but whole experience was rushed. A quick photo stop at Palm.. then boat trip was ok but no commentary. Visited soul.. guide showed highlights but only there for 25 minutes and no independent time as advertised. Then to Armani Hotel where dinner was excellent, however we waited 20 minutes for guide to find out where we were going. Less than 90 minutes for dinner and buffet was seafood, so if you didn’t like it, then no option. Thursday are seafood every week!! 50 mins at Burj. Rushed to fountains and then given 50 mins in mall. The meeting point wasn’t near the vehicle. Good to see everything but needed more commentary and time as advertised.

Overall a very good tour with an excellent guide.
The tour was very much as described with on-time pick up, sites visited, and quality of the presentations. The only negative feature was the boat trip: the A/C was not working which made the hour almost unbearable. They should at least have given the option to passengers to remain on land for the hour. The guide, Acmed, was tri-lingual (Arabic, English, and German), knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The Armani buffet was excellent - not to be missed! I would recommend this tour, but the boat problem needs a plan B, if it happens again.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING
To start, I felt very bad for our guide who clearly had little control over the layout of the tour. The tour companies poor planning fell heavily onto him. To start, the phone number is disconnected and you are given virutally no information about pickup time. We called a few days ahead and luckily after many attempts were given a time of 3-3:30 pickup. We called the day prior and the day of to get a more exact time, and the number was disconnected. Somehow, we were picked up and while it was rather confusing, the guide trying to locate us, in a crowded lobby as we are at the concierge trying to lookup another company number, a very attentive bell hop noticed and came over to aks if we were the ones waiting for a tour. Once we made it onto the van, there were about 8 other passengers. The guide started telling us what we would be doing, and we all interjected claiming we had an entirely different itinerary. Things on this tour, were not on the one I booked as well as things I had booked, we apparently were not going to see. It was very misleading. Moreover, the group of 6 (3 couples) travelling together, had a completely different itinerary from us as well as the guide. So it seemed the tour group had many different tours listed, and then lumped them together. We began with a senseless photo stop at the Atlantis. I am not sure if it is just me, but I felt this was incredibly unnecessary left on the side of the road for 10 minutes to take photos of a hotel. We then went on a harbor cruise, which i will say, was nice. From there, we were to go to the Burj al Arab to see the 7 star hotel (according to my itinerary and tour details). However, the guide told us that was not part of the tour. Luckily, he did let us stop at the hotel gates for photos. Although, the security guard kicked us out. From there we went to a market which no one had any interest in going to as it was not on our itinerary, any of the versions. We stayed for 30 minutes, although we had no desire to be there, there was a much better view of the burj al arab and we did get nice photos. From there we went to dinner at the Armani hotel which was very good and we were able to watch the fountain shows. Our dinner was at 6:00. We stayed until 8:00. from there we were shuttled to a separate entrace into the burj khalifa which is in the mall. We were there at 8:15. Once we arrived, we were then told our tickets to the top were not until 10:30pm!!!!!!! so we were forced to wait in the mall for 2 hours. we happened to be very lucky in that the other group on our tour was perfectly lovely and we all had a nice time chatting and sitting while waiting. at 10:00 they were able to allow us up. We were given 90 minutes as we were told the lines to get up were long. Told we would leave at 11:30. We were able to go right to the top, spent about 20 minutes up there and came right down. It was 10:40. The guide had left us there and gave no one his number so again we were forced to wait 45+ minutes for his arrival. We later learned from a security guard that our tickets were at 10:30 because it is half price. However, for the cost of the tour, we should have been able to go right after the dinner. Bottom line, choose a different tour, or take a cab. Money NOT well spent.

the most expensive yet worst city tour that we have ever had
Our guide Ahmed was right on time , pleasant and informative but the tour itself I thought pretty disastrous. Far too much time spent stuck in the car and not enough time to enjoy the experience. The boat ride in Marina was pleasant, the food at the Armani Hotel nice but the lengthy wait of nearly an hour to get up the tower was awful. For nearly 650.00 Aussie $ for two there is no way I can recommend this to anyone. I suggest you take a cab to Burj Khalifa and have a stroll around the really nice area there and take it all in. For atmosphere on a boat and excellent food do the Bateaux cruise and walk through the Al Seef area on Dubai Creek and you will probably spend half that money for a way better experience.

A night of excitment a wonderful experience and finish of with a splendor of a meal
My wife and I were picked up from the hotel in a newish mini van.. We where given a history and new developments talk which was very good. As the add said we went to all the places with enough time to enjoy each place. At the end of the tour we had a five star meal which had many choices. The tour on the boat was enlightening seeing the life next to the river the endless building construction. For a short stay this is the tour to get an overall view and experience of Dubai.

Forgot To Pick us up From Hotel
I booked this tour through Viator, we only had a day stop over, and i wanted to see as much as possible. i was told to phone when we arrived at hotel to give flash Horizon our room number and be given a pick up time, this i did and was given a pick up time of between 2pm and 2:15pm. We waited in reception from before 2pm, at 2:30 with no one showing to pick us up i got reception to phone the company to find out what was happening, i was told that pick up was between 2:15 and 2:45, this is not what i had been told in the morning, we waited till 3pm still no show. My husband and i by this time were feeling stressed, we had just had an overnight flight from UK and were not in the mood to be messed about with, I again went back to reception and asked them to ring again, this time i was told that i was booked on tour for 14th February, my paperwork clearly said 13th February; i asked the receptionist if he could confirm that i was definately booked for 13th, i do not know what was said between them as they spoke in arabic but when the phone was handed back to me i was told that a private car would be sent for us but it wouldn't arrive with us untill 3:45, it arrived just before time. However all through our 45 minute journey to catch up with the tour the tour guide (who's name i cannot remember) kept phoning up asking how much longer would it be till we arrived as they were waiting for the boat trip to depart. The tour guide was very nice and made us feel at ease after the mishap, we didn't get an explanation about what happened. we enjoyed the rest of the trip, the dinner was very good as was the water show, however entry into the Burj Khalifa took an hour to get to elevators, and as it was at night all you saw were lights you couldn't make anything out like you would in daylight, we only had time for a quick look and it took us another 30 minutes to wait for return elevator. This tour was expensive and we were very disappointed that one of the main attractions we wanted to see Atlantis Palm Jumeirah was what we didn't get to see due to not being picked up. I also must add that even if we had been picked on time the tour for the money fell short.

Amazing Tour
We picked up from our Hotel on time, on the way to the first attraction our Guide start to tell us many amazing stories about Dubai history and he was very friendly, educated and informative and answered all enquiries. Time at the Palm not that much but was ok, Tour with boat later at Dubai Marina was really fantastic experience. We continue to a mall close to Burj Al Arab and ending the Tour with the Amazing Burj khalifa with its unbelievable fast elevator, there was a queue of many people but not taking so much time as we expected. Dinner At Armani was really Fantasticccccc 😍 and we enjoyed the dancing Fountain from its terrace. Thanks Guys for this experience and see you soon 🥰

The worst tour there is!!!!! Highly NOT recommended!!!
This tour was the worst experience I have had in my one week full of tours in Dubai! The tour guide that was given to us on the 05/02/19 was called Ahmed B. and he was a joke. Sorry to be saying this, but in any of my trips so far never have i seen someone that was not interested at all in the tour. While on the bus, he was reading us some information from the phone, or playing games on the phone. While walking to the attractions he was playing on his phone or talking on the phone and walking way too fast and never looked back to see whether we could keep up or not. He manage to lose 3 members of our party also. He never explained to us what we could do or what was interesting at any of our stops, i found myself at one of our stops he said we have 50 minutes, but I had no idea what the stop was about, so i had to be guessing and find something to do, being afraid i may lose what the stop was actually about. So, terrible guide altogether, very disappointed. Moving on, the tour itself was a joke. The advert is highly misleading, the only entrance fees that are included in this price is the AtTheTop at Burj Khalifa, the dinner and the cruise. So taking each attraction as mentioned in the advert: Inclusions: - Transport by air-conditioned vehicle - true - Professional guide - MISLEADING, Mr. Ahmed B. was as unprofessional as you can think of - hotel pickup and dropoff - true - dinner - buffet dinner - true included, very nice food, however Mr. Ahmed, failed to inform us that the Fountain lights shows last 5 mins every 30 mins - soft drinks on board of cruise - true, a soft drink was included and given to us - Entry/Admission - Burj Al Arab - MISLEADING, you will have a stop at a market where you could see the Burj Al Arab from further away, no entry/admission included and when asked the tour guide said that these need to be pre-booked...isn't buying these tickets 2 months in advance enough time for the company to prebook these and respect what the ad says?!? - Entry/Admission - Palm Jumeirah - there is no entry fee to go to Palm Jumeirah, therefore MISLEADING - Entry/Admission- Burj Khalifa - true- went at the top 124th level- however the time given was very tight because we queued for 1 hr when the tour guide said it is a 20 min queue and we were given 1hr altogether! the tour guide never walked with us to the queue to see or estimate how long it would take us, he just said "go that way, it will take you 20 mins to get to the top"(while being in front of a shop in the mall). - Entry/Admission - The Dubai Mall - MISLEADING, there is no entry fee to go into the Dubai Mall. there is no opportunity to visit the Dubai Mall, the actual thing you will do is walk to the entry of the AtTheTop for Burj Khalifa which is located in the Dubai Mall, therefore you will walk a little bit through the Dubai Mall carpark in order to reach the AtTheTop entry queue. - Entry/Admission - Dubai Marina Mall - MISLEADING, never actually been there, Mr. Ahmed, the tour guide, never told us anything about it. - Entry/Admission - Saga World - FALSE, tour guide never mentioned this, not sure what it is and never been there. I feel like this tour is too expensive for what it is, you could get hop on hop off tickets and visit these and listen to the guide through headphones (which also include a cruise), which is much better experience and cheaper. Also, you could go to the Armani hotel for a buffet that you will pay for it yourself (around approx £40pp-£70 according to trip advisor) and go AtTheTop (around approx £30pp) for much cheaper and a lot better experience than this tour. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! If i could I would give them "MINUS - 5*".

Best part was the buffet dinner!!
The Guide walked far too fast, never looked back to see if we were all keeping ( lost three of our party!!) told him my wife has both artificial hips made no difference In total we walk 4.5 Miles !!! No mention of this in the advert, the cruise was a joke one hour of a tour boat chucking out diesel fumes up a camel and back! The final visit to the Khalifa took over one hour waiting to ride up and it was so crowded the view was spoilt, took ages to get back down. Been there done that never again !!!

Expensive Tour, Badly Structured and with a Poor Guide
This was our first time in Dubai and we wanted a well structured and informative introduction to the main attractions of the city. On paper, this tour appeared to tick all the boxes. However our experience was very different. Firstly the photo opportunity at the Atlantis Palm was a waste of time. Next there was a canal boat ride around the Marina which without any commentary just left us viewing skyscraper buildings on a boat smelling of diesel. The next stop was at a modern souk where we had just 30 mins to wander round the many shops and visit a toilet. The buffet meal in the Armani hotel was good however our guide failed to tell us that the fountain show only lasted five minutes (out of every 30 minutes) so we missed the first show whilst queuing for food. Finally the visit to the Burj Khalifa involved very long queues (up and down) and a short opportiunity to view the city by night (which was pretty but lacked any perspective in the dark. Above all this, probably the most disappointing aspect of this tour was the behaviour of the tour guide Ahmed. He was completely disinterested in the tour group. He gave very little insight into the features / attractions and worst of all spent the vast majority of the time looking at or using his phone. The tour was very poor value for money and we would definitely not recommend it.

No way was this worth the money...
We booked through Viator - so maybe Viator outsources to different groups in Dubai who run this tour - because NO WAY did we get what we thought we were going to see. 1. Air conditioned vehicle - air conditioning was turned off for first 2 hours, and when it was turned back on it was clear that the vents in the van were broken. 2. Soft drinks on board a cruise - 1 x 300ml can. 3. Entry/Admission to Burj Al Arab - dropped off 5 km away so we could take a photo 4. Entry/Admission to Palm Jumeeirah - got to take a photo out front of Palms Atlantis, didn't see anything else 5. Entry/Admission - Dubai Marina Mall - might have driven past it - not sure 6. Entry/Admission - Saga World - not sure. Did go to some market but didn't look like the pictures we've since seen 7. Achmed, our guide - spoke so quickly we have no idea what he was saying half the time. So didn't meet our criteria for 'professional' On the plus side: The dinner at the Armani was great and it was a great view from the 124th floor of the Burj (though it did take over 30 minutes queuing to get there), and 30 mins queuing to get back down. If I had the option again - I would pay to see the Burj separately and then either do the hop on hop off bus tour of Dubai, or just simply use Dubai's extensive, easy to use, CHEAP metro system. If I'm going to be standing in front of hotels, I don't want to pay a fortune to see them. I've used Viator to book tours in the past - but am now hesitant to use them. Not only was this tour way below expectations, but trying to communicate with Flash Horizon Tour Group was a nightmare.

Highly Recommended Excursion
We visited Dubai for four days early January 2019 for four nights and with this being our first time in Dubai we decided to book this trip a few days before we left UK directly via trip advisor based on feedback. The communication prior to the actual trip was faultless and pick up was on time from our hotel. I must say this trip takes away so much hassle with regards separate bookings and it gives you the advantage of seeing so many things for a great price in our opinion for what was provided. Overall the trip took around 8 hours including your meal at the Armani hotel at the bottom of Burg Khalifa - the guide spoke many languages and was informative and considering the general prices this trip for two adults was value for money. The sights, the food and the service were exceptional and we definitely recommend to others - book this complete package and enjoy.

Very expensive for what it is.
Basic city tour. I expected more for the money. For example, the cruise around the small marina does not have any commentary, so you are basically just looking at buildings. There is a huge amount of walking from car parks to attractions. And it takes forever to get up to the 124 observation deck. Mostly because the tour does not provide a fast pass. You must wait In a queue up to 30 minutes to go through security. Then wait some more for the lift. Dinner was very good. Lots of choice and beautifully presented buffet.
