they delayed the time of the show without telling us and we couldn't go. When we tried to get the money back, they took advantage of the fact that we were abroad and it was an online purchase, so as not to do it. we spoke on the phone with a person who assumed the delay but then they never answered again. Do not contract with this company and less online, they will keep your money, and they will never return it to you

Cairo can get pretty noisy and so many crowds everywhere. If you want a break from all the noise I suggest you take a trip to Alexandria. It will totally be worth it and there is so much serenity there. I took this tour with the impression that the tour guide would be amazing but she didn’t really turn out that way. However, I would book with this company again because my satisfaction was extremely important to them and they did everything in their power to make true situation right. This gives you a pretty good idea of Alexandria and the best part is that everything is provided to you so you can sit back and relax

I got in touch with Egypt Day Tours after reading various reviews on Tripadvisor. They replied straight away and I ended up booking trips covering 3 days! The first was Egyptian museum and Khan al Kahlili, the next was Giza Pyramids/Sakkara/Memphis and the last was old Cairo including the mosque/citadel and the amazing view of Cairo with the Pyramids in the background. All the trips were amazing, the guides were very knowledgeable and so lovely, the drivers were great too and drive safely. Communication regarding times/dates was easy and clear. The sights we saw was breathtaking. We felt very safe throughout the duration of our trip. Cairo is a fascinating city which must be seen. Maro was my main contact and replied to my WhatsApp’s straight away. Would highly recommend them and use them again.
