Manar made this the most incredible tour
How luck were we. We saw the good reviews and paid more to, hopefully, ensure quality and wow, did we strike gold. We had a private tour, our guide Manar, and her driver, Imed, who gave us such a day to remember. The sites were world class and you can read about them everywhere but the experience was just sensational thanks to them. If you are a nervous passenger avoid Cairo, but if you are here then Imed is such a good driver you will feel as safe as you can. As for knowledge and information, Manar, who happens to be a PHd student knows it all and tells the stories with such patience and enthusiasm makes it all, at the next level. Not only does she take us to the best sites, tells us the best stories and snaps the best photos, but she feeds the dogs (and their puppies) as well. I could go on, but time is short so DO THIS TRIP, and I hope you get lucky with your guide and driver. Absolutely the best.

        A wholesome experience!
The tour summarises all you need to see in Cairo especially if you don’t have many days to spend Private guide picking you up from the hotel explaining you everything you see on your way by car Starting with the pyramids, camel ride and sphinx then a couple of traditional attractions like papyrus, carpet and perfume making Heading downtown you see the Al khallili market and the archeological museum The tour takes about 8 hours depending on your pace Our guide Kharam was highly educated with great knowledge of the Egyptian history, we really learned from him!

        Pyramids and museum tour!
We booked our tour a little while ago. We wanted to see the best of Cario and we were certainly not disappointed! We were contacted the previous evening to confirm pick up time and Mimo was there 5 minutes early! Memo made us feel immediately comfortable and ensured we had enough water to drink. Our first stop was the great pyramids. Memo took his time explaining everything and made time to get the fantastic shots for social media! We then went to the sphinx and again memo took his time explaining everything to do with the sphinx and all of the surrounding monuments. We had a stop off at a local aromatherapy shop that explained the importance of aromatherapy in Egypt. Our lunch stop was fantastic quality and plentiful. You would expect to pay around £35-£40 per person for that meal alone! Our last stop was into Cairo itself and into the Egyptian Museum. Memos knowledge in regards to the museum is second to none! There is nothing he doesn’t know about the artefacts in that building. The golden mask of king Tutankhamun was amazing! The details and the amount of gold that are in that mask and coffins and craftsmanship is truly astounding! We were asked if we wanted to go and see anything else or needed anything else. We were taken back to our hotel and again given water and several places of interest were pointed out as before. We would definitely recommend memo and Emad for your tour of Cario. Book ahead and you will definitely know that you’re going to have a fantastic day!

        Fantastic 8 hr private tour
Fantastic private tour. Manar used her Egyptology masters very well, the knowledge she shared was amazing. Would highly recommend. ( the driver on the day needs a medal negotiating that crazy traffic is an art in itself) Thankyou so much both of you.

A jam packed day with all stops being a highlight with Mimo
Mimo was an amazing tour guide in what turned out to be a private tour for us. We covered all the places mentioned and even did a few more like a stop over for aromatherapy, a history on the first paper, papyrus etc. Mimo covered the history, highlights and also all necessary photo opportunities! Ibrahim was a safe driver and always managed to pick us and drop us off at the entrance with all the traffic!

        Incredible Cairo adventures
When I say this tour exceeded my expectations, it is coming from a little girl that dreamed of becoming an archeologist and visiting Egypt, so believe me when I say, this experience was beyond amazing! Manal, our tour guide truly made us feel welcomed to Cairo and was so open to sharing details about the culture and beautiful history of the city. Being a tour guide is not only spitting facts. It’s making others fall in love with the place you are sharing and she made us feel exactly that. Additional to this, she’s an amazing photographer who knows the best spots for pics. Definitely worth booking a tour with her!!

Hands down the best guide and driver!
I just finished this tour today while on my layover. Miro who was the guide, and we had the amazing driver Amr. Both of them were absolutely amazing! I had a layover of about 16 hrs and they managed to pick me up from the airport, and then drop me back off right on time. We also managed to do everything that was mentioned in this tour. Miro and Amr go at your pace, so if you want to spend more time, just ask, and if you want to throw something else into the itinerary, just ask! Today they took me to have some famous Koshari and it was absolutely amazing! Also, Miro is a great photographer! He takes the best photos! His energy was unmatched and you'll love just being in his presence! Highly recommend both Miro and Amr any day!

        Pyramids and an incredible Museum
Mimo was our guide and Peter was our driver. Both were incredibly friendly. The tour was well organized and ran on a nice schedule. Mimo is an Egyptologist. He was incredibly informative and enthusiastic. We learned a ton. The camel ride was a nice touch. Lunch was at a great rooftop place with a nice view of the Pyramids. The archaeological museum was incredible. The tour saved King Tut’s treasure for last, but honestly the whole place was incredible. Driving in Cairo is hectic to say the least, but Peter was excellent! Highly recommend!

        Great Tour of Giza
My adult daughter and I were in Cairo for a short time and had one day for sightseeing. We were picked up by our driver at our hotel in the New Cairo area. We had to pay $40 extra because of the distance. Our excellent guide Mahmoud Hoka took us to the pyramids, camel ride and Sphinx. He was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history, for which he clearly has a love for. The entrance fees and camel ride were included in the price, but we chose to pay extra to enter the Pyramid of Khufu. The experience of going inside is interesting, but be warned that the passage is steep and narrow in places with traffic going in both directions. It gets a bit hot at well even though the weather was pleasant at the time (60 F). We didn’t have much of a problem with vendors harassing us - we either ignored them or Mahmoud kept them away. Even though it was a weekend in the high season, it was crowded but not so crowded as I expected. After the necropolis we visited a couple of government shops and then had a very nice lunch at the top of a hotel overlooking the pyramids. Be warned that bathrooms in Cairo often do not have soap or toilet paper. We were supposed to go the Egyptian museum after that, but my daughter had an important event the next day and was getting tired. We cut our tour short and our driver returned us to the hotel. Overall it was a very good tour. I highly recommend it and Mahmoud.

        Exceptional in every way! ⭐️
I just don't know how our trip with tour guide Mimo and driver Adel could have been any better! We were on a short layover from Toronto to Rwanda and thought we would make the most of our day here. We were picked up at the airport and were at the pyramids almost immediately. It was absolutely mind blowing! Mimo got us there early before the crowds and knew all the spots to take the best pics! He was so incredibly knowledgeable and gave us so many options on how the days itinerary could be arranged. How we fit everything into 8 hours, I will never know, but at no time did we feel rushed or that we missed anything! Our driver Adel also deserves big recognition for navigating the chaotic Cairo traffic and staying with all our valuables in the car so we didn't have to drag everything with us at each stop. Lunch also was incredible! Too many things to mention, but we would highly recommend this to anyone! It was absolutely exceptional in every way!

        Worth the time
A stunning experience exploring the Pyramids, Sphinx, and Egyptian Museum. The guide was knowledgeable, though navigating the crowded sites was challenging, and the tour felt a bit rushed at times.

Unforgettable Private Tour with Mimo and Peter – A Must-Do in Egypt!
We had an absolutely amazing experience visiting the Pyramids, the Egyptian Archaeological Museum, and a few other unique stops like an aromatherapy perfumery and a papyrus shop. Our guide, Mimo, and driver, Peter, made the day truly unforgettable. Mimo was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights and stories about ancient Egyptian history and culture. His passion for the subject made every stop even more engaging. On top of that, he’s an amazing photographer, capturing perfect moments for us to remember forever. He tailored the tour to our interests, ensuring it felt like a completely customized experience. Peter was an excellent driver—safe, reliable, and punctual. Navigating Cairo can be daunting, but with Peter, we felt completely at ease and could focus on enjoying the adventure. We’re so glad we opted for a private tour with Mimo and Peter. It was an enriching and seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this activity to anyone looking to explore Egypt in depth while feeling like VIPs the entire time!
