Othman was our tour guide and it was an amazing experience. Felt safe and enjoyed the tour. He is even taught us some basic Arabic. I really enjoyed the experience but it was Othman who made the experience more enjoyable with all his knowledge and information he shared about the history of Egypt.

Max picked us up from the airport in a very nice minivan and gave us a fantastic 5 hours in Cairo We were between flights but took in the pyramids and a camel rise with lots of photo opportunities so my daughters were very happy Thoroughly recommended personable and professional we all really enjoyed our tour and look forward to a repeat some time in the future

My trip to Cairo A few of my friends said why are you going there I could not answer them but was I got there I said why I did not go there before was a step in Cairo I had a sense of calmness and then we met our tour guide the Queen Fatma. There are not enough stars the give her on review everything was perfect from the Egyptian history she gave us pyramids, sphinx, camel ride which I pulled a muscle getting of the camel that was a laugh to all but me museums the Nile river ride was excellent. Any shopping that we needed she knew where to go all we have to do is say bananas. Plus she took some of the most amazing photos I ever see in my life. Quite simply the best tour company in Cairo from start to finish..Fatima our guide was great!...Max came by to welcome me and my friends...he is a class act along with the owner..for sure I will use them again when I go back to see the new Egyptian Museum in 2020...thanks for another great experience...see you soon!😁

This company is excellent, excellent, excellent!! They provided first class service from the beginning to end of our trip. When we arrived at the airport a representative met us, purchased our visas, and got us through the entry process with ease. Our driver met us outside the airport and drove us to the hotel. Upon arrival Max was there to greet us at the hotel. Because we arrived late Max had food waiting for us. Our tour started the next morning. The driver and tour guide were very prompt in arriving at the hotel. At first we were disappointed when Max told us he would not be our tour guide (another group had booked him). We had heard so many positive comments about him. However Max assure us that he had found a good replacement for us and Max was absolutely correct. Fatima was outstanding!! Fatima was very knowledgeable and provide our group with so much insight to their history and culture. Our day started with viewing the 3 pyramids of the kings guarded by the Sphinx and taking a camel ride. When we arrived at the restaurant for lunch we were immediately served. We had an outstanding view of the Sphinx and pyramids from our seats in the restaurant. Then we were off to Saqqara and Memphis. Day 2 started with the Egyptian Museum and viewing the mummy rooms, truly amazing. We took a ride down the Nile River which was so peaceful and relaxing. We visited Old Cairo, the Hanging Church, the oldest mosque in the world and visited a shop which sold essential oils. Prior to starting the tour Fatima laid out some ground rules for us. She told us if we were interested in purchasing something to let her know. Fatima negotiated pricing on our behalf and she is a very good negotiator. We got great deals on the items we purchased. BANANAS (inside joke for our group). Fatima also let us know when it was appropriate to tip and how much. An extra bonus was that Fatima was an excellent photographer. She took some great group and individual shots of us that we will all treasure. That evening Max met us at the hotel to say goodbye. Our driver arrived at the hotel later that evening to take us to the airport. On the way to the airport Max called us to make sure we were in route and that everything was OK. The coordination of the trip was impeccable. Every detail was thoroughly planned. Each time we arrived at a location the staff was ready and waiting for us. Super amazing experience with Lapis tours in Egypt. The whole Lapis tours crew was wonderful and treated our whole party like we were family. They anticipate our every need and worked like a finely tunned machine coordinating every aspect of the trip. The one place I've aways wanted to go since i was a child was Egypt. I finally got that chance and was blessed with one of the most amazing tour guide me and my travel group could ask for. Max was very professional, fun, and extremely knowledgeable about all the sights that we seen. He didn't just take great pictures of us at some amazing places (Giza pyramids, The hanging church the, The Citadel, the museum, the Mosque etc.) he also educated us on its history. Our guide for the planned tour Max was very punctual in his arrival time for pick up. We arrived at the museum, we’re getting handled the process to get tickets. The tour of the museum was educational and breathtaking at the same time. Please pay the extra to enter the mummy rooms, it’s more than you could imagine. The tours of the Hanging church and mosque offered great insight about religion and what we may of thought or believed. Oh, and the Bazar has plenty to offer, be careful you may need to by extra luggage. Finally lunch was fantastic. Side note the tour guide takes excellent pictures😊😊😊

MAX the tour guide is just amazing he explained everything clear and takes his time if you need extra explanation he was always in communication with us and also Punctual! he makes sure your the entire stay and treats you like family the best excursions the best food and transportation is brand new and freezing cold A/C i would do this over and over if i could thanks for the life lasting memories

From the beginning he was very attentive. And since getting to Egypt the tours and food have been amazing. Today pyramids excursion, camel and atvs were more that what I could have imagine. The pictures are a dream come true.
