About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Hazan3660 contributionsAmazing Tour in Aswan with Cruise 24 🚢We had a fantastic time in Aswan with Cruise 24! They organized everything perfectly. The Nile cruise was amazing, and the views were breathtaking. The transfers from the airport were smooth, and the hotel they booked for us was very comfortable. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! 🌟Written 11 August 2024
- 188ellib0 contributionsGreat experience with Ahmed MidoGreat experience with Ahmed Mido! He came on time to our hotel, rang up from receiption, and was super patient, helped us with bags. The car was air conditioned and he had water in an ice bucket he gave us for free; smooth journey, and he made sure to point out a rest stop where we could go to the toilet very early on in case we needed to. Also offered us an optional stop-off trip to Dendera temple, which was reasonably priced (including wait time and tickets). 10/10, would use again!Written 3 June 2024
- Philipp L0 contributionsDrive from Luxor to Sahl Hasheesh with Ahmed MidoToday we had a private drive from Luxor to Hurghada/Sahl Hasheesh with Ahmed Mido. The drive was really nice, we had a safe and fast trip to our destination and can recommend the driver as well as the Organisation. Everything was perfectly smooth, thank you for your work!Written 5 May 2024

- MartynPaul0 contributionsA safe & comfortable trip organised by a professional & reliable company. We booked & paid for this transfer online a few weeks before travelling to Egypt. The company was highly reliable & WhatsApp communications led by the super polite Mona were first-class & very reassuring. Our driver Mohammed was punctual & drove us to Hurghada by the fastest possible route in a very comfortable Mitsubishi SUV. Highly recommended!Written 7 April 2024

- 328alistairg0 contributionsA good way to travel between Luxor and Hurghada or vice versa.Communication was good. A representative of the company WhatsApp’d me a few days before the transfer to confirm arrangements and I arranged to add a stop at the Dendera Temple of Hathor en-route for an extra fee (payable in cash to the driver on the day). The day before the transfer the driver himself (Ahmed Mido) also WhatsApp’d to introduce himself and confirm the arrangements. On the day of the transfer the driver arrived at our hotel on time and sent a message to let us know that he was outside. The car was large, clean and modern and Ahmed provided us with a bottle of water for the drive. We drove along local roads to the Dendera Temple which was interesting as it gave us a chance to see how Egyptians live outside of the cities. The Dendera Temple itself is a really worthwhile add on as the temple and the hieroglyphics are just incredible. Ahmed did not make us feel rushed and we had plenty of time for the visit. After leaving the temple we began the drive through the desert and mountains to Hurghada. Ahmed drove safely and we stopped for a short rest break on route. He also pointed out features of interest along the drive such as mosques, desert oasis, malls, mountains etc. We got dropped off at the front door of our hotel in good time. This is a much better way to travel between Luxor and Hurghada than the GoBus. I would recommend this company and the driver. Thank you 😊Written 6 March 2024
- Vivien10 contributionsAn excellent journey, thank you Ahmed Mido.Ahmed, who was our driver, contacted us a couple of days before our trip which was very reassuring. He turned up on time and messaged us when he had arrived at our hotel. He was very polite and considerate, providing us with water and saying that he would stop half way for us to stretch our legs and have a break. We felt very safe with him and the car was very clean and comfortable, we would definitely use him again.Written 23 February 2024
- Ghazale A0 contributionsHorrible client careAvoid booking with this agency at all costs. I got a flight and tour guide package for my family and paid in advance only to be contacted by them 18 hours before departure saying the flight is full! I was willing to compromise on the date and time but they asked for an extra 65$ per person. No client should ever pay the price of the business owner’s mistake.Written 19 February 2024

Muhammad by far one of the best tour guides we had during this trip. He absolutely killed it. He made sure that we went to every site that we wanted to see and even took the time to have dinner with us. He made every effort to make our trip amazing.

What an excellent experience. I booked the 8 night tour..... every minute was captivating! The driver, boat crew, meals & especially my 2 guides. In Cairo Dodo, she was knowledgeable & extremely hospitable. The majority of my time was with Ramsey and I can’t speak highly enough of him!!! 5 stars to him on every level 🙏

You definitely a guide for Egypt, and a good guide will change the whole experience.
Luckily enough, we had an amazing tour guide/Egyptologist Sherif. We learned so many things from him and he made a whole trip extraordinary! I can’t imagine visiting all the temples without him, because we must had just taken a picture... so thanks to him, the experience was amazing.

All in all, the tour were nice.
Good organization, attentive staff online all the time.
Our tour guide Ahmed Abbas were super attentive and well knowledgeable, very satisfied.
You will have a better understanding of spectacular sights with guides explanation.
It's a must to go Egypt with a guide.
The time we've spent on the cruise were my favorite part.
Beautiful view from the deck with new friends we made on the cruise were unforgettable.
I need to mention about few things.
1), The first hotel we stayed in Cairo called the "Great pyramids hotel".
As soon as we enter the room, we found long hair all over the room, dirty, old(not in good way), cracked, stinky pillows but we were so tiered, when we realized we were passed out on those pillows...
I know the location is kind of close to the Pyramids but it was zero star hotel to be honest.
I'll rather choose a better hotel with additional fee.
2), The night train from Cairo to Luxor.
On the itinerary it saids "first class" but to be honest, it was not "first class".
By the word "first class", I was expecting something wow but it was more like super old and dirty business class seats with absolute no privacy.
Yes it had AC, but get ready, it's full blast.
It's better to bring long sleeves and a blanket.
Ah don't forget eye shades too, because the lights will be on all the time.
In our case, we had a lady next to us coughing all the way for 12 hours.
Would be nice if we could choose a flight with additional fee instead.
3), Additional city tour in Luxor.
We got offered for Luxor city tour once we got to the cruise ship.
It was 40USD ish per head.
The tour it self were nothing special, 45 min in the coach(horse carriage?).
It was just ok, nothing special.
We don't really recommend it.
4), Hot air balloon tour in Luxor.
This excursion as well was offered once we got to the cruise ship.
Price were like 80USD ish per head.
Super early in the morning but beautiful scenery, great ambiance, satisfied experience.
Strongly recommend this optional excursion.
Don't forget to prepare some meds for diarrhea, motion sickness, upset stomach, and many small notes, because you will need to tip everyone around, specially in the cruise(They will literally chase you).
I strongly recommend to travel in the winter.
It is exhausting and physically hard to stay outside in the summer heat(45 degrees and above)...
Lastly, it's not a big deal but would be nice if viator provides a bit more detailed itinerary about time.
At least mention morning, mid day, evening.
