We wanted a very specific itinerary for Luxor and Aswan and we also wanted to do it on our own time not fixed by pre scheduled tours. Malak heard our requests and implemented them perfectly. He made sure to get us private drivers on the day we needed, who were professional and punctual. He scheduled our trips for the hot air balloon and Abu simple, giving us exact details. He provided recommendations for the parts we were unsure of and everything he recommended was amazing! He checked in to make sure we were happy every step of the way. His prices were the best I found in the market too! Overall, I will recommend Malak for anyone going to Luxor and Aswan in the future.

After the excellent service, I first experienced, in 2012, I used Malak Tour Luxor again for a lot of trips including Dendera/Abydos, Edfu/Kom Obo/Aswan/overnight in Abu Simbel and back to Luxor by train from Aswan. In November I used Malak again for a trip to Abu Simbel. Great service and a quick response on What’s App. Very trustworthy and always makes sure your trip has no issues, given all his years experience in the Travel Industry.

Never Showed Up Had a 4am pick up for this hot air balloon ride. No one showed up. Found out it was cancelled when I called to ask when they were coming and was told they couldn't find the balloon pilot. The positive was that they refunded our $ immediately. Also offered the balloon ride for the following morning but, unfortunately, we were unable to attend.
