Worst experience I could imagine, and this is not my personal view, it was the consensus of our entire tour group. Background: I did not book my tour through Otto, but rather they are the contractor of the 4-day tour of my Nile Cruise. 1. Significant deviation from the pre-agreed itinerary The original itinerary was well-planned, with reasonable amount of sightseeings everyday at normal hours. However, from day 1, the itinerary was never followed. We have 2 out 4 days had absolutely nothing to do, but staying on the cruise. Other days, we would need to get up at 05:30 or visit temples at 21:00. We need to visit Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, Valley of Kings and Karnak Temple within one day and the tour guide still insisted to go to shops which are specifically designed for tourists, regardless some members from the group told him they had an early flight to catch. 2. Unprofessional tour guide The tour guide assigned to us was absolutely unprofessional. Except for bragging about his educational experience, his PhD professional and his grandfather, the actual introduction of each sightseeing was very limited. He'll secretly took some of the members of the group on a private tour without informing the rest of us, which then told me that because the rest of the group has already visited certain places, he would not take me and my friend to these pre-agreed places again. He also didn't inform any of us that there would extra tickets need for certain tombs at the Valley of Kings, and asked us to purchase the tickets ourselves (the queue was 2km long). Otherwise, we were asked to pay in cash to him (he asked for thousands of EGP and not willing to take USD). Whenever I was trying to reason with him, he would try to diminish me by saying I'm not calm. He would even make a lot offensive sexist jokes. 3. Unable to keep promise to pre-paid tours I've paid my tour to Abu Simbel together with my Nile Cruise and prepare to go 04:30. However, the tour guide called me 23:40 and informed me that I would not be able to visit because they were unable to gain some sort of permissions. Rather than providing alternative solutions, they only passed the buck and kept telling me there was nothing they could do. They were also very unresponsive on refunds. Overall, I wouldn't recommend recommend to anyone.

Nile Cruise is a spectacular experience specially if you cover all important the temples and tombs, in fact you can't ever visit everything in South Egypt, but this itinerary allows you to cover the most important sites like Karnak, Luxor Temples and Valley of the kings, the boat is wonderful also the meals we just want to taste the Local Egyptian food more than this but after all it's a wonderful experience which I can recommend to everyone with Otto Travel Company.

We had an incredible trip! We took a 4 day cruise in Oberoi Zahra Nile Cruise and had a private guide, Mohamed. The tour would’ve not been the same without him. We were impressed by knowledge about all the temples and every time we needed to arrange something he would help us in a very resolutive way. I do recommend taking the tour Otto Travel Company.

Where should I start from, this tour was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The tour company Otto Travel is very amazing and the cruise ship itself - Steigenberger Legacy - was such an experience! And of course the trip wouldn't have been enjoyable if it wasn't for our tour guide Mohamed who was super friendly, gave excellent tips, and always took us to the hidden gems places away from the crowd of tourists - and may I add he's an excellent photographer.

This tour experience was the highlight of our trip to Egypt. The tour coordinator Ahmed did an excellent job coordinating the details in advance, including a trip to Abu Simbel from Aswan, and a Hot Air Balloon ride over Luxor. When we were picked up in Aswan, it was a seamless trip, with no stress and lots of great experiences. Our guide Doaa deserves and extra star with her knowledge and how well she took care of us, making sure we saw what we wanted to see and that we had a great time. I would highly recommend this tour as a great way to see the sights along the Nile, with great service and a well coordinated experience.

I booked this excursion with Otto Travel. Absolutely amazing!! Very good organisation, from the beginning until the end. Very nice people took care of us. I was shocked how quiet and calm was it. I recommand to everybody to purchase this trip, you will not regret.
