A very enjoyable evening for Christmas Day. The views at the head of the boat are amazing. Marem from Sure Egypt is very helpful and makes sure that you have the best experience. Abdo the tour guide is a skilled driver and ensures a smooth and happy evening.

Excellent diving centre for first dive. I did a shore dive with Aladin, it was really good. The team were great and made it so enjoyable. I would really recommend.

We had the best time with Ahmed II and his crew. From the moment we met Ahmed, we felt that he is a very honest and gentle man. He welcomed us on his boat like it was our home and we experienced an amazing sunset on his felucca. Even more, he welcomed us in his home and we feel honoured to have met him and his family. The company doesn’t answer any emails nor phone calls. We were 8 American visitors who didn’t know the language, running on a tight schedule and they never showed up! We needed to get from Aswan to Luxor in able to get another flight so we ended up getting another cruise where we needed to pay way more since it was last minute. I honestly think this is a ghost company. Save yourself from a major headache and use someone else. By the way Viator didn’t help with any other accommodations they only refunded our money in a few days which I guess is better than nothing…

Do not buy from this company. I had the balloon activity for June 14th purchased a long time ago with this company. Contact was almost impossible. When I finally managed to contact them, they only asked me to confirm the reservation and my documents that I sent via whatsapp. Without them responding back, I received an email from Viator on June 13th (1 day before the event) at 11pm informing me that the reservation was cancelled. Nor did they deign to reply back to inform of the cancellation of the event. Don't buy here, they are not professional or do not care about customers.

From the very beginning I’ve contacted the agency they were out of their way to help me with all my request, they made actually this experience to be the best experience ever. The guide was exceptional all the explanations were very complete and useful, but the driver was the best friend I could find in Egypt, I reckon he is an star!! Should I visit Egypt again, be sure would be with them again. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was extremely prompt, we were afraid they would have trouble finding us but they came right to our door. They explained the tour in depth to avoid any surprises and it was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!
