He took us round Karnak temple one day, and then on the West Bank he showed us the valley of the kings, Hatshepsut's temple, the craftsman's village and, my favourite, the valley of the scribes. He was personally involved in the discovery of the tombs in the valley of the scribes and clearly loves his subject. His explanations were delivered with joy and passion, he was always happy to answer questions, and has such a depth of knowledge. He also advised us on simple things like when tipping is appropriate and how much. Such a pleasure to spend the day with him. Highly recommended!Written 26 February 2022

Mohamed was our tour guide on our last trip to this beautiful country, and I have to say he was the best guide/Egyptologist I have experienced. He explained everything in an interesting way keeping our whole family engaged throughout, which is a tall order when travelling with teenagers.Written 3 March 2020
