Abdo mutassar was our tour guide during our hot air balloon experience that was absolutely magnificent!! 100% recommend as the views are spectacular and all staff work hard together to keep us safe and are all friendly.

The trip was not well organised at all, we were waiting in the van for an hour with no explanation for why. Eventually we got some information after we had to ask, the driver and the crew were not communicative or helpful at all. We were then rushed to the balloon without even being able to read the safety instructions properly. Oh, and they charged us around $100 more than everyone else on our balloon. When we told the guide that we were going to pay what everyone else paid, the guide lied to us and insisted people paid more. The actual flight was beautiful, would not recommend to do it with this company!!! Very untrustworthy!!!

Excelente! Great view of the Valley of the Kings, Nile River and several temples in Luxor. Pilot was very good and gave us amazing views. We were the first balloon to take off and landed close to the road for quick exit.

I had an incredible sunrise balloon experience that I’ll never forget. Watching the sun rise over the stunning landscape from the basket of a hot air balloon was absolutely magical. The views were breathtaking, and the peacefulness of floating high above the ground was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Our guide, Ahmed Alaa, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured everything went smoothly, making the journey even more enjoyable. Ahmed’s expertise and welcoming attitude really stood out, and I felt completely safe throughout the entire adventure. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking unforgettable memories!

Very eccellent flight, captain Khalid is very expert and gave us a lot of info during the flight. Also the ground crew made an excellent work at landing time. The flight at sunrise was wonderful, we saw all the west bank temples, the Nile and a magnificent sunrise.The perfect way to start the new year! Thank you all for making this experience unforgettable!!! ❤️

Disappointing Booked a hot air balloon ride for family of 5. 7:30pm night before they canceled saying they over booked! Ridiculous!

Must try if you're in Luxor. In the morning we were greeted by the very kind A. nagdy on time, who stayed with us from pick up till drop. We were picked up on time. We felt very welcomed. The instructions were properly given and A.nagdy's presence was very reassuring. He not only helped us with balancing the balloon and getting on, he also told us not to worry because the car will follow us when we get down and he'll be there for us which he was. The balloon ride, sure is excellent, but a good guide through the ride makes the experience from good to great! There was so much kindness and warmth for us throughout , it made our day. Thank you so much! If you're going with Sinbad, I highly recommend you specifically ask for A.nagdy because of how safe and comfortable he'll make you feel. When some balloons had started going up and ours hadn't, I was worried that we'll miss the sunrise but A.nagdy assured me we wouldn't. And we didn't! The take off and the landing were really smooth. There is not one thing that went wrong with the experience. It was an 11/10! Must must try in Luxor.

I’ve booked this trip with my wife when we were in Luxor. The next early morning we have done the trip. The views were magnificent and the whole operation behind this company is very smooth and impressive. We would recommend everyone to do a hot air balloon trip, and this company has impressed us!

The experience was once in a lifetime a d definitely worth the wait! We were well taken care of Smiki the entire journey. Our pilot, Mostafa, was brilliant and on top of piloting the hot air balloon with ease and expertise, he peppered the journey with bits of information of the historical sights we flew on top of. A must-do when in Luxor!!!
