OMG! What a wonderful private Egyptian tour of Cairo and Luxor. We were treated like VIPs during our 5 day visit and couldn’t have asked for more. Beginning with our arrival in Cairo where were met at the airport and escorted to our hotel to the end of our time there, we were always escorted everywhere with our very own guide and driver. Ahmed, our personal travel planner, planned our entire itinerary including additional sights not included in the customary tours that we wanted to visit. At sunrise we soared in a hot air balloon over Luxor, visited the less popular Valley of the Queens, and floated down the Nile on a private romantic dinner cruise. Our tour guides were all certified Egyptologists, having a graduate degree in that field and could read hieroglyphics and could identify and name all the gods and their powers!! Just want to recommend Ahmed as a very good, emphatic, knowledgeble and funny guide. He showed us Karnak and Luxor Temple and we enyojed the time together so much , that he even changed his plan to take us to the valley of the kings next day. So I can really highly recommend him for any tour in Egypt.

Our tour guide, Ahmed was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We had lots of questions and he seemed to enjoy our curiosity. Our trip to the Valley of the Artisans was especially beautiful. We loved seeing the different type of art and learning about daily life of the workers. Ahmed suggested another tour to Dendra and we went the next day. He was right! It was beautiful. His English is very good and he was easy to understand. We had lunch and the ice cream on the way back to the hotel was a great surprise!

This was the trip of a lifetime! Ahmed was very knowledgeable and passionate about the culture and history of his home. It was amazing to witness what I learned and saw in history books and on TV. My partner and I stayed in Luxor and took a day trip with Ahmed to Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut and Dendera. Ahmed was recommended to us by our host in Cairo - and what a recommendation! From the first moment when Ahmed and Sayed picked us up, to Sayed dropping us to our next destination in Soma Bay - they were fantastic. Ahmed is incredibly knowledgeable, having studied in Cairo, he spent hours taking us around the sites, translating hieroglyphics and explaining anbout the ancient civilisations. He is an extremely well qualified guide. He created an excellent timeline of the dynasties. The tour was great value, and you’ll simply get so much more out of your visit if you are with Ahmed - his English is also excellent. I am Rashda and I am employed by BCADS and we work with Nurseries and primary schools, children and families in Bradford. Fantastic place for a day out for children and Families. Very clean place, food is excellent and the staff namely:- EMMA,SARAH and JEZ were absolutely wonderful and very caring. They welcomed us like royals. The train driver Paula gave us such a beatiful train ride and we loved her when she gave us all the safety tips. Best place to go - Lightwater valley.

We had a wonderful time on this tour which allowed us to make the most of a short time in Luxor. We saw a perfect amount with an itinerary that allowed time for proper exploration and restful stops between. The lunches provided were delicious too!

Very impressed, from the beginning, with our travel consultant Hazem , who was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all my questions. he explained everything in detail and provided all needed information so we would know what to expect. We really lucked out with amazing tour guides! Our first of two guides was Hussein, who was so wise, friendly and fun! We learned so much and really enjoyed spending time with him for our Cairo/Giza sightseeing. Restaurant choices were great, too… we are still dreaming about the amazing food! Our second guide once we got to Aswan to begin our Nile Cruise at movenpick Nile Cruise portion of the trip was Ahmed , and we really enjoyed our time with him as well! He was attentive and kind, making sure to check on us after one person in our group was temporarily ill. We were impressed with both guides’ abilities to juggle multiple people’s needs and keeping us all on schedule so we could be sure to spend quality time in each scheduled location. And their enthusiasm and knowledge of Egyptian history really shined through; they obviously love their job! Highly recommend requesting these guides if possible and highly recommend using Egypt Best Tours when traveling to Egypt. We were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves bc they took care of everything!

The tour operator exceeded our expectations. He was proactive, excellent communication and organised the full tour with proficiency . We had private comfortable minivans /transfers from grand landmarks including Abu simbel, Aswan High Dam, boat transfers to the hot air ballooning in Luxor and even 5am airport pickups! We were so impressed we booked additional private transfers from Luxor to Hurgudah. They were comfortable , and insightful road-trips. The guides/Egyptologists were highly educated and passionate about their profession . Hussein was funny and connected well with all my family members - answering our many questions about temples, pharaohs and more . Ahmed ensured my teenager appetite’s was well catered for on our day tips (we recommend the street food - fresh bread &falafel ) Ahmed noticed I was feeling unwell and went above and beyond by standing in line whilst I rested to ensure I viewed the Tutankhamen and Ramses tombs at at the Valley of the kings. The Movenpick Nile royal Lily cruise from Aswan to Luxor was Superior. The cruise GM and Staff amazing , great accommodation, beautiful restaurant and food, and lots of places to chill on the boat, after our personalized day Trips to Edfu , Kom Ombo and other temples. We loved the surprise horse and cart to Edfu temple too. The family highlight was the Hot air ballooning over the Luxor. The pilot and teams are rockstars.!!! It was a wow moment! I can highly recommend this tour. It was a premium experience, mixed with insight and, fun. We love Egypt and people are genuinely friendly! Greatest holiday ever!! Thank you.

A one of a kind experience where you get to experience a different side of egypt. The views are incredible and the places you visit are truly unique. Any carachterisation of the trip would not make it justice.
