What a fantastic experience this was… I was collected from my hotel as arranged by the wonderful tour guide Stephen. He is so friendly and welcoming as well as being very knowledgeable about the Nairobi National Park and Kenya in general. We arrived at the Elephant Orphanage in good time so as we were able to find a good position to stand in preparation for meeting the young elephants. Watching them was an absolute joy while one of the keepers gave a very interesting talk about the orphanage and how and why each of the individual elephants were rescued. Stephen happily offered to take some amazing pictures while I was as able to meet the elephants and even touch them as they were quite playful! Following on from the elephant orphanage I was then driven to the Giraffe Centre where I was able to hand feed giraffes of different sizes which again was surreal. After leaving Stephen drove me to a local workshop where they craft many different things from wood and you can actually see them working on the pieces which is mad how good they are. After buying a couple of souvenirs we headed back to the hotel where I was dropped off. A truly fantastic experience and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone if they have a spare morning and early afternoon. I was only in Nairobi due to a cancelled flight and I booked the tour this morning at 6:30am and was on the tour by 9:30am so it’s so easy to do as well!

This was a great experience at the end of our morning game drive. The place was well-maintained and organised and the presentation was informative. Great to get up close to the elephants who all seemed to be in good health :)

Stephen was AMAZING. We knew you could do both of these activities without a guide but decided to book with Gracepatt to save us some stress. That decision was definitely the way to go when I wasn't able to get my Nairobi national park payment information to work. I was able to Pesapal Gracepatt and they booked our entry tickets for us. That would have totally shut us down and ruined our day if we Ubered there ourselves. Stephen knew where to go to get the best viewing experience. He told us a ton of information about the animals. The best part of our entire experience is the photos he took of us! The pictures are so much more special than if we took selfies on our phones. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone in Nairobi. We booked this on the same day we were flying back to America and had a wonderful day!

Amazing experience. We loved seeing the babies drinking their milk and learning the fun facts. My niece is a teen and this was her favorite experience in Nairobi. Lots of families and students groups. You can touch the elephants which is awesome.

Really enjoyed this excursion. Joe, who was our guide and driver, was personable and knowledgeable and guided us around the venues. Found us an excellent spot for lunch. And don't overlook the Bomas outing. Four different primary and secondary school groups were in the audience when we attended and seeing young people experience and engage with their own history and culture was invaluable. The giraffes and elephants are adorable, too. And the bead excursion introduced us to local working women. Great outing!

Peter was an amazing guide. He turned a layover into its own exciting trip. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. The tour company got in touch with me early to discuss my pickup and was responsive when contacted. The giraffes were my favorite, but all the stops were nice for a quick day tour of Nairobi.

I did this day trip with Titus and it was a great experience. I originally booked to see the flamingos not realizing the full game viewing opportunity that Lake Nakuru would provide. We saw so many animals from big 5 animals like lions, rhinos, and buffalo to hippos (at Naivasha) to an whole host of birds. It is a long day (12 - 13 hours depending traffic) but the park offers phenomenal viewing and I would recommend it if you have a day in Nairobi.

My tour guide Peter made the trip most enjoyable. He picked me up on time at the JW Marriott and escorted as a guide through the animal orphanage, safari walk, and Bomas Center. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip! Titus was a great guide finding more animals than I imagined possible including two lions. It’s a long day, but I highly recommend this tour if you are in Nairobi!

I usually avoid long layovers (12 hours), but this is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. Firstly, the tour is private, so you do not need to wait on a group or anything, which means more time to see the park. Booking was simple. The excursion representative contacted me after booking to confirm all the details. The day of, Peter our tour guide, was in constant contact with me. As long as you have Whatsapp, everything should run smooth. We were picked up by Peter at the airport with our personal item and carry-on and had more than enough space. The experience itself was beautiful. Seeing all the animals in their natural environment is truly magical. Peter was awesome and knowledgeable. He truly tries to find all the animals. We only missed the lions but he tried his best, so we appreciated it. He allowed us time to buy some souvenirs. We got back to the airport in time to relax and wait for our flight. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience overall. Really loved the elephant orphanage. Wife adored the dancers! Great driver! Lots of shopping time for those that like that!

Well worth a visit. About 45 minutes drive from Nairobi. Great talk from Fiona in the actual tea with a picker showing how to pick tea Then back to the house for a cup of tea (or coffee if you really prefer), then a walk in the forest to learn about trees and plants with medicinal properties and colobus monkeys Delicious lunch cooked with home grown products and divine homemade ice cream Good value for money
