Thank you, Max, our tour guide, for taking such good care of us and making our Zhangjiajie tour so much easier and more convenient. We had so much fun and were so impressed.

4 of us took a 11days private guided tour covering Zhangjiejia National Park, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, Baofeng Lake, Tianmen Mountain, Qixing Mountain, Shi Yan Ping Tujia ancient village, Red Stone Geological Park, Furongzhen and Fenghuang Andy CHEN from Zhangjiajie Travel Club who coordinated the tour was prompt, proactive and resourceful. He specially arranged birthday cakes for our wives that celebrated their birthdays during the tour. We had an amazing and marvellous time.

We had a wonderfull day in the Park with Vicky. The fog was dense at the begining but eventually it claered up and we got some great fotos. Vicky is an excellent guide and gave us a good introduction to the lokal food and costoms as well

We had a wonderful experience in Zhangjiajie, with a tour specially customized for us and our 1.5-year-old daughter. To avoid long queues, we asked our amazing guide to adjust the route, and he eagerly accommodated our request, helping us make the most of our time. This was our first private tour as a family, and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide went above and beyond to ensure the itinerary matched our needs. A special thanks to Jason for arranging a surprise cake for my husband, who celebrated his birthday on the second day of our trip. The weather was also perfect, adding to the overall enjoyment. Tip: If you dislike waiting in long lines, consider opting for VIP services, especially for the bus rides. While it may seem costly, the time saved is well worth it, allowing you to see more in a shorter period. Seeing the first queue made me realize the value, and there were many others.

I visited all places in Zhangjiajie and it was amazing! I had 4 days admiring nature and evening shows! Thank you very much for the best trip in my life! Every day was filled with lots of bright moments, the guide was open-hearted and friendly, I fell in love with China and people in this wonderful country! My fiancé and I booked this 2 day tour while in Zhangejiajie and it was absolutely breathtaking. The national forest was vast and beautiful and the white water rafting was the most fun I had during my stay in China. The only thing better than this tour was our guide Nora. She had so much knowledge about the history and culture in Zhangejiajie. She accommodated our pace climbing up the mountain steps and ensured we sat on the best side of the shuttle buses to see the most amazing views. She was so personable and just a joy to be around. She even helped us get our luggage to a new hotel when the first one did not work for us. She called my hotel at my next location in Xi'an to ensure the airport shuttle would be available to us since I could not speak Mandarin. And offered to help us order food! Our visit to the national park was the day before a festival and so it was packed more so than usual but she got us through the crowds and even wore bright colors so we would not lose sight of her. She explained the different traditional clothing of the diversities that called the mountains their homes and have fascinating information about those groups. We learned so much. Her knowledge of the iconic individuals that helped shape the history only showed how much she loves Zhangejiajie. We not only saw the canyon and mountains were learned about the origins and meaning of their names. We even got to saw a few wild monkeys that live on the mountains. On the second day we saw the views from the base of those mountains down on the river. Even though Nora did not join us on the raft she did meet us and ensured we arrived at the location then waited almost 3 hours and the final destination to pick us up. During the trip there she continued to provide a history lesson of Zhangjiajie and answered all the questions we had about the area, China, and her personal experience. During the rafting we got to see a bunch of amazing waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views and even a few goats. If you plan on partaking in any tours ask for Nora. You won't just be getting an amazing tour from a local native but you'll get a tour from a lifelong friend.

David was amazing as a guide! He picked me up from my hotel on time and guided me to all locations giving me insight throughout. His English was very fluent and added value to the trip that I would’ve otherwise missed out on. He also recommended food and locations and put me in contact with people for the rest of my trip. This was such a great time and perfect end to my time in Zhangjiajie!! Tony, my guide, was super passionate about his home, culture, and history!! We were so lucky to get Andy our driver for the evenings entertainment. He got our tickets for us and Andy walked us right inside the theatre and made the entry so easy and run very smoothly. He also told us a lot about the area of Zhangjiajie in a short space of time and had really good travelling tips. Andy is a very caring and welcoming person and is an outstanding guide. Wow. Where can I even start. I booked this tour with Andy and after beeing in China for a few weeks already I learned that even in tourist destinations most people cant speak good english. So i was a bit hesitant. From the first moment of meeting my guide Andy however I instantly had a very pleasant time. over the whole tour we talked so much and had an amazing time. He was very fluent in english and was able to tell me many small details about the places we visited. It just felt like going to a trip with a friend. Andy showed me so many nice places in Zhangjiajie and always made sure that it was talored to my needs. The perfect restaurant for my taste, spots I would like and esspecially spots to escape the crowds that I most likely would not have found without him. He took his time with me so I never felt pressured to hurry up.We stayed quiet long at some places just enjoing the view and talking. Talking about these spots: I cannot put into words how stunned I was. This park is just on another world. I have never seen anything like this and it is just amazing beeing able to experiencing this myself. Please do yourself a favor and come here and if you want a nice guide to come along take Andy with you. Thank you Andy for this unforgettable memory!

We have a great and fun tour with our guide Andy. The weather was perfect ( light rain kept temperature mild), the scenery was magnificent and the history and facts provided was informative. What else can you ask for?👌🏻 Andy took us to an area with no crowd and be able to spend a few minutes just contemplating the mountain…no need for words to utter 😊 Recommended optional activities like the zip line, slider and VR show were a lot of fun! 🤪 Andy suggested a few restaurants with local food and it was delicious 😋! Andy is an outstanding tour guy! He is extremely knowledgeable about the region and each of the sites we toured. He is very helpful in meeting group needs such as coordinating delicious meal arrangements with unique dietary requirements. Andy is very personable with an intuitive emotional awareness of the human dynamics of the group. I highly recommend him and would hire him again for any other tours that he leads. His command of English is top notch! The itinerary that he chose for each day was carefully balanced with the appropriate level activity for the specific capacity and interest of the group. He made the whole tour experience a “trip of a lifetime”.

We need to admit that we couldn’t have a such wonderful experience in Zhangjiajie without this company’s help, everything was arranged so well that we just relaxed ourselves. The guide is very friendly and knowledgeable, he took us to the most popular attractions, at the same time guided us to some beaten- off paths, he also recommended a nice local restaurant near to our Pullman hotel for dinner, highly appreciated! We just booked 2 days tour with this company, they even prepared masks liquid soaps for us in advance, informed us all details about the covid restrictions before coming to Zhangjiajie. Really enjoyed this trip!
