The lounge is well sited in the terminal. The manager and staff of the lounge were exceptionally helpful and made my transit through the airport a relaxed and peaceful experience. Well situated and exceptionally comfortable.

Amazing food! Good and excellent staff! Ate marivic is a good entertainer.. she's lovely!! We'll be back here next time

We had an early flight so we check in the lounge for breakfast but the selection was EXTREMELY LIMITED. Personally I don’t think it’s worth the money or the effort.

Very limited selection of food. Quality is poor. Soup is waterly and luke warm, tasteless. Wouldn't pay even HKD100 for this.

We received super bad service right at the check-in of the lounge. The staff was super rude, even made comments at us, which I would have never imagined to be possible at a place like this. The food was general, not many options as well. Although the stuff helping inside the lounge were nice. The main issue we perceived was with the front desk.

Worst lounge I ever been. The food area is noisy and crowded. The rest area noisy with people talking loudly and shouting. As a premium lounge please maintain a set of house rules for users.

Definitely not a place to relax before your flight. Don't bother. Probably happier at a table at the airport food court. Pro: - offers drinks and food Con: - Over crowded - Electric outlet is not everywhere - Lacking soda options - No work space - Only one or two shower rooms (needed to wait 2 hrs for a shower!!!) - Not clean (because it's overcrowded) - Need special code for wifi (why? Now is 2023, why needing a code?) - Not comfy - No windows

Worst ever lounge. The bar lady didn’t speak english. No soda water for vodka-soda. Unpolite, unfriendly staff. Terrible!!!

We had a very refreshing few hours in the lounge. It is neat and modern, with comfy chairs and does not feel too overcrowded, even though it was full. Food selection was not large, but what they did have, was tasty and fairly healthy. No alcohol available and sodas out if a machine. You can order dumplings From the kitchen. Great place for a layover.

We went there during a long stop over in Hong Kong. It was a lot of money for the time limit we had in the lounge. Difficult to find somewhere to sit; not a lot of food or drink options. We would never pay to go there again.

Simply put, this lounge is the most hopeless lounge I have visited as an Indian in a long time. Absolutely no food for Indians, and just a small selection of Chinese food (which is also tasteless). They even charge for kids above 3 which in my opinion is ridiculous. No other lounge has charged me for my daughter who is 4 and she only had a fruit out of everything available. My wife is vegetarian and she simply hates this lounge as its crowded, no food and nothing great even to relax. Stay away and perhaps roam around in duty free if nothing else to do. If your entry is free, try it - and add to my negative review.

This is one of PP’s best lounges. Whiskey Bar, seated dining, Professional Massage and the best Beyond Meat I’ve had. Staff were very courteous. Hats off to Johnson Wong and his team!

I grabbed some of the limited selection of food available. The pork dish can only be described as grizzle with chucks of bone. The soup was with fish ball or veggie but it was cooked in the same water. And in the end it all tasted like old dish water. The breadsticks were probably fresh made last year. On the positive side the beer was not bad and the Doritos were good. But honestly this is the worst lounge experience I have ever had. You are far better off in the main concourse.
