This is my second trip to HK and I wanted to see a different side, so I got a walking tour with BFT and it was great! This is a part of HK we have never been before (Tai Po) and it was really nice to have someone to give a walking commentary as we walked, otherwise w would have been lost! Our guide was really knowledgeable and it helped us appreciate HK even more, especially her history. The tour was well designed with enough to see, enough rests and a nice traditional snack at the end. Do note that this IS a walking tour so do be well prepared for it! But my wife and I were well prepared, and it was great.

Thank you, Davidteoks. Celia had a lovely time showing you around and your review certainly made her day! Hong Kong is an exciting country with lots to offer, isn't it? This time round, we are glad to be given the chance to bring you off the beaten path and show you a different side of Hong Kong! Indeed, this small-group tour of 10,000 Buddhas and Tai Po requires more walking than other tours of ours. For example, one would need to climb more than 400 steps to reach the elusive 10,000 Buddhas. However, we think that the magnificence of the monastery, including the touching story behind it, will make the trip worthwhile! All these said, we'll like to take the chance to highlight that if anyone has any mobility issue (e.g. bad knees), this tour would not be the best choice. Instead, we recommend booking our private tours (e.g. Real Hong Kong Tour, Kowloon Private Tour, Private Hong Kong Food Tour) as we will then conduct the tour at a the pace comfortable for you. In addition, we keep your private tour itinerary entirely flexible and welcome any changes even during the tour. For more details, please refer to our main website.
