    Feeling cheated, worthless amusement park.
Very bad experience at Ocean park HongKong , with T3 warning in force, the ticketing person was not clear in confirming if all outdoor rides were suspended but rather vague. Seemed like all rides were suspended and only the animal exhibits were open, dolphin show was cancelled too. Totally not worth the full price ticket, park could have atleast been fair in such case to reduce the ticket price to half and not fleece tourist money when they are not giving full service. Feel cheated. Never going to this park again.

Best value your going to find
It doesn’t matter what age you are but if your over 65 the octopus seniors card is a must for anyone travelling around Hongkong, with the seniors card you can travel most trips for the very low price of 2 HG dollars that’s just under 40 Aus cents so if that isn’t value for money l don’t know what is. Just pick one up on your arrival at the airport from the ticket box that sells train tickets but make sure you have your over 65 ID with you. Also don’t worry the MTR system is so easy to get around on just get a copy of the mtr map it will show you all the routes around Hongkong and make your life so much easier.

    Reet is the best!
This review is specifically for Reet. She is a wonderful human being. I was having hard time to buy a ferry ticket. She just came in and purchased one with her own money for me. Thank you again, Reet. You're the best.

    Smooth ride and predictable
We took the express train for our departure as it’s more predictable. Using the octopus card, we took the train from yau ma tei to lai king and change to train going to Tsing Yi and the. Change to AirPort Express. It was a long walk from Tsing yi yo AirPort Express line. Use the trip planner and you can estimate the amount of time needed. It was accurate. Ride was smooth with plenty of seats.

Unable to redeem at Kowloon Station. Customer service unavailable. DO NOT BUY.
We received our vouchers by text but with no instructions on how or where to redeem. We proceeded to Kowloon Station MRT Station and the gate agent had never seen nor heard of these vouchers. We had a bar code to scan but a QR code was necessary. We ended up buying tickets for less at customer service. The voucher stated no refunds so this seems like a scam to me. DO NOT BUY.

    View from the Peak
The building serves as an observation tower overlooking the skyscrapers of Hong Kong. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops available here but before that head to the top to catch the view. Beside this building is the Peak Galera where you can find more shops and restaurants.

    E tickets are Better!
Quite alot of people queuing up to buy tickets when I went in May. It is highly recommended you buy the e-tickets online on Trip.com. They are not only more convinient but are cheaper than the ticket counters. Return tickets are valid within 30 days from the day you catch the train. FYI theres no ticket demand at the airport only at other stations, that is where you scan the eticket QR code.

    Disney 100 yrs
Disney 100 yrs Show was over priced, orchestra was very good, however the over all production lacked atmosphere. Only one outstanding female singer, others very average. Would not recommend this show. I thought overall the audience were left disappointed.

    Long stressful queue
With the recent reopening of Macau and Hong Kong to international tourists, there was a long queue for ferry tickets to Macau. Unlike pre Covid, there are limited ferry schedules both ways and we could only get the 3pm ferry ticket to Macau although we were at the counter before 12 noon, on a working Thursday. The ferry was packed. It was a stressful long queue and uncomfortable packed ferry ride.

One hour waiting for Jacket potato
We love to go for a short trip to Heathfield & we discovered co-op has a lovely cafe attached to the store. After shopping we usually go for a coffee & a jacket potato for lunch, it was very reasonable & good service. Unfortunately lately we went to the cafe & ordered a jacket potato but was told it take an hour to cook it but it was on the menu & it was lunch time around 12.30. We went away to look around the shops & went back. The staff told us she had not put the cooker on , so we were rather upset & angry . Yesterday we thought we would tried the cafe one more time as previous experience was unexpected but might have happened as there were staff shortage, unfortunately the staff once again said it will take an hour to cook but said she can microwave it but skin would not be crispy. We were really disappointed why the jacket potato not cooked before lunch time? If they only cook them when someone comes in & asked for it, then jacket potato should not be on the menu. It happened twice , I wonder if the manager of the store knows about it. It will put off customers comes in if it’s how it runs . I have never come across to wait for food over an hour , is it the staff been told not to cook it until someone wants it, then the menu should state order potato an hour earlier prior coming in the cafe . I would like an answer from the management of co-op cafe to give me an reasonable explanation if they can. Thank you

    Wonderful childhood memories
The best aquarium, fantastic cable car. We enjoyed the lumps of sugar cane in about 1977. Such a good memory of childhood in Hong Kong

Fantastic sea food restaurant on Lamma Island, Hong Kong. Delicious salt and pepper squid but everything ordered was exceptional and a wonderful wine list.

Brought my kids to the Monopoly Dreams on Sunday and they had a great time there. It started with a tour of an animation simulating an elevator ride bringing you to Mr. Monopoly’s office. It showcases the history of Monopoly along with the various editions of Monopoly sold throughout the years.

Next is an exciting 4D movie (not going to reveal too much here, will let you explore it yourself) that lasts about 5 minutes. Once it is over, you will be led to a wind chamber to play a money grabbing game. The Monopoly notes collected in the game can be used as coupons towards purchase at the shop.

After the game, you may freely roam around the different sections including the jail, electric company, water works, all those familiar places from the board game. Although the area isn’t massive, there are many photo shooting spots and interactive games where we’ve spent around 1.5 hour at the attraction.

In the last area before the gift shop, you may scan your ticket to enter a lucky draw for coupons (from food coupons to a $10,000 HKD discount to a special edition watch by Memorigin)

There’s a human sized monopoly in the outdoor area where one can play at an extra cost which seems interesting. However it was a rainy day that we couldn’t get the chance to experience it.

The overall experience was wonderful and even better if the place is bigger that could fit a bigger crowd and it can be packed on peak hours.

This place is not cheap but its quite boring and small. The tour guide is nice and helpful but overall it was just not meant for us. May be if we are with little children, it will be a great experience for the children but for adult and teenagers, it was not.

The location is great because it is in one area as stop point of Victoria Peak. There are a lot of restaurant and a lot of nice selfie spot.

Quite fun, friendly staff, unique souvenirs for gifts.
Interiors are nice.
The place is not too big, we expected it to be bigger.

We were welcomed by a super friendly staff who introduced us about monopoly history, 4D short movies, how to play those mini games, angle/position to take best photos etc. it was quite fun especially the ‘catching the money’ in the windy chamber. Our experience was great, however the place itself was relatively small that we only spent roughly an hour or so. Ticket price wasnt cheap either.

Boring, poor, expensive and no prepared staff.
We didn't like everything.
At the final step, the no prepared staff didn't explain well the coupon changing rules.
