About
The Sonobudoyo Museum is a museum of Javanese history and culture, including classical Javanese architectural buildings. This museum holds a collection of Javanese culture and history that is considered the most complete after the National Museum of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. Taman Sari Yogyakarta or Taman Sari Keraton Yogyakarta is the site of a former garden or palace palace of the Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace, which can be compared to the Bogor Botanical Gardens as the gardens of the Bogor Palace. This garden was built during the time of Sultan Hamengku Buwono I in 1758-1765. Sewu Temple or Manjusrighra is a Buddhist temple that was built in the 8th century AD which is only eight hundred meters north of Prambanan Temple. Sewu Temple is the second largest Buddhist temple complex after Borobudur Temple in Central Java.
