His staff were professional and everything went smooth! Long drives, but his tour guides made sure to make stops and to to ask questions at anytime. We forgot our sunglasses when we arrived in El Nido and ensured that it would kept safe until we got back to Puerto Princessa. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants private tours and is very affordable! We will forsure book them again when we are in Palawan again. However I am not sure if it was any better than the other ones. We were aware that there might be long waiting at the airport before the van gets full, but were kind of lucky to be the last ones to arrive so the van left immediately. On the other hand not so lucky as my boyfriend got the last seat of the van that was REALLY uncomfortable. It was like made for child with almost none support for the back and it was kind of a torture to travel 6 hours on bumpy roads on that. I understand the vans need to be full so that the profit is enough but please, get a good seats for everybody at least! Anyway, 3 stars for not having to wait and a fast driver who made the trip in 6 hours.Written 7 April 2020

In my opinion, if traveling from Puerto Princesa to El Nido, booking a private transfer is a must. It’s a long drive, 4-5 hours over bumpy twisty roads. Vans offer little to no leg room, so having to share with 10 other people is not ideal.
Shared vans can add up to 2 additional hours due to numerous pit stops and waiting times.
One thing to note is the driver does stop to eat lunch for an about 20 minutes while you wait… so keep that in mind if you’re on a time crunch.
Lastly, you can book private transfers for considerably cheaper through your hotel front desk. Drivers and vans are plentiful, no need to pay a much higher price and book in advance.
Shared vans can add up to 2 additional hours due to numerous pit stops and waiting times.

Their lines are always available. They always reassured me the transfers and pickups of our Van. Our flight has been delayed but they're still on top of our tour.
They're also listening for personal requests for my mom needs assistance.

The best Transportation Company with an excellent drivers! I almost canceled it because I read reviews on different companies that Drivers drive crazy fast and I'm glad I didn't cancel on this one because Ariel our driver was an excellent driver. So we paid $170 to be picked up at Puerto Princess airport and taken to hotel in El Nido.
The company text me and asked for my flight number and hotel name. When we arrived we had to call as they were nowhere to be found.
It was a 5 1/2 hour trip. We stopped a couple of times for bathroom breaks. Disgusting I would have been happier to go in the bush. Once we arrived in El Nido the driver told us he would be dropping us off in the center and we were to make our own way to the Hotel. Or we could pay him extra to take us. Who would be happy with this arrangement? Then when I complained to the company. They said it was in their small print, however they would wave it this time. They stated that trip Advisor takes 20% of the fee and they barley make any money anyway and as we were not paying the extra they wouldn't make anything.

Congratulation for Earning our Dumbness Passenger for 2022.
1. We were kind enough to waived the drop off charge as clearly stated in your booking fine print that you failed to read. This makes you dumb and ungrateful!
2. We were at the airport before your pick up time of 6:30am and picked you up right away as your wife call us that you arrived earlier than expected. So this makes you a liar!
3. Stops is mandatory as trip to El Nido takes more than 5 hours and also stated in your ticket With 2-3 Mandatory Short Stops. Clearly, you didnt bother to read the fine print.

5/5 for the drivers that drove us from and to Puerto Princesa.
This 1 out of 5 stars is for the company because the way everything was handled was TERRIBLE and risked us missing our flights.

Our arrival to Puerto Princesa changed an hour early so we emailed the company more than a week before our arrival to inform about the change in pickup time from 9am to 7am. We received an email from the employee that our message was received and that she informed the company.
We waited over 1hr 30mins in the scorching heat and thought we got scammed because NO ONE pick up the phone but waited until our original pickup time for the benefit of doubt. The reason for the delay was that the driver already arrived but couldn’t get through the gates due to lack of permit?? Poor driver ended up having to park the van outside the gate and walked to come grab us but that still doesn’t excuse the 1hr 30mins delay.
As we got to the hotel, we reminded him about our pick up time back to Puerto Princesa from 11am to 10am after seeing that they were late. This information about 10am pickup was already received and confirmed by the company.
We checked out early at 10am and waited in the hotel lobby. And guess what? We didn’t get picked up until 12pm :) and risked missing our flight back to MNL.
This whole thing would’ve been much smoother if the company was transparent and communicative with us. We thought we got scammed because not ONE employee pickup the phone or respond to the viber messages in timely manner. We called the number that was given to us from 3 different phones and email. Please update a way for your future customers to be able to reach out to you so that they don’t end up stranded :) !! It’s what we paid for.

We scheduled a van from Puerto Princesa to El Nido with this company, and it was a terrible experience. They lacked commitment to their schedule and didn’t explain the departure delay, which was over an hour. There was no space for our baggage, and the van was completely uncomfortable for a five-hour journey. If you have the option, please choose another way to travel from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. I am really disappointed with my choice.

This is Gilbert, I own and managed the company. Apology for what you have experienced but to be fair on our part, let me address your concern.
1. You don't even book on our Private Transfers, you are on Shared Transfer with our 3rd party provider, this is the very reason we encourage our visitors to book a private transfer to avoid delay.
2. An hour late?, We don't think so, I personally in communication with your husband, that you were schedule to depart between 3pm-4pm and your husband(Mr. Yule) was fine with it prior to booking.
3. I asked the staff that who picked you up at the airport, she explained the delay of other passengers that was in your group. We don't leave people behind.
4. You have booked a shared transportation, and your luggage was accommodated despite its quite large suitcases and you are pooled into group to fill the van before the trip commenced(Need enough people to fill the van).
Next time, managed your expectation, we have also sent the entire fine print for shared transfer prior to booking, and confidently say we are within in our terms.

There was no one to meet us at the airport. After waiting some time afriendly guy called the firm and told us to wait, first 20 minutes, then some more. After an hour the same guy said we would be transported outside the airport for the transfer to El Nido. There we were directed to a shabby, wornout van, nothing like the pictures on the website. It was not a Diskubre van. We were told this is all that was available. The driver was nice, nothing against him. Diskubre was unreliable, cannot recommend.

Used Gilbert for airport to El Nido transfer, everything was on time and smooth as expected.
More importantly we really didn’t have a completed plan upon booking Gilbert. I inquired with him about private island hopping. Through him I booked two perfect days of private island hopping for just the two of us. It was perfect all around, great El Nido experience could not have expected more or better. Thank you Gilbert!!!

Fantastic accommodations and very friendly experience! I didn’t have any phone service until I arrived at the Puerto Princessa airport where I was finally able to contact the private tour — they had sent me a couple emails to reach out prior which I couldn’t load until I got to the airport. They were able to respond and find me a ride immediately which I am thankful for. The driver was very friendly and we had good conversations stopping by for food and a good view for picture taking upon request and their suggestions. I highly recommend this service!

The pickup was on time, and the van is in excellent condition, neat and clean. The driver is very courteous. We had a smooth journey throughout our stay in Palawan. Highly recommended to have a hassle-free vacation.
