I contacted them where is my pass .. oh we cancelled it due to bank data mismatch .. no contact from them that there was a problem. Contacted call centre they could not give a reason yet data provided by me was correct and bank confirmed they processed debit no problem. I lose on transaction and might get my money back in 7-10 days, customer service just appalling. I used live chat a couple of times and they were totally unable to understand my issues. They also neglect to tell you that for many attractions you need to wait in line to get a real ticket. - carolynl5060 contributionsGo City Pass in SingaporeThe pass is terrific and great value for money. Sims city passes include boring, low interest attractions but not Singapore! The attractions that are included are relevant and high interest that will appeal to most. The only issue we had was that the Big Bus tour told us that our passes were expired when they tried to scan them and wouldn't let us get on. I contacted Go City and they had no idea why this would happen. The next bus driver let us on and dropped us off at the Big Bus ticket office to sort it out. Turns out if you have booked the Duck Tour, you're not meant to do the Big Bus tour on the same day (they're run by the same company and say 1 tour of theirs per day). This seems a silly rule as we needed to be on the Big Bus to get to the location of the Duck tour lol. Anyway the ticket office sorted it out for us but to my knowledge it wasn't mentioned anywhere, Go City didn't know about it when I contacted them and it caused some issues on the day. Just something you may want to keep in mind. Otherwise the passes were fantastic and highly recommended.Written 24 October 2024

In three days I used Flower Dome, Cloud Forrest, Singapore Zoo and River wanderers, Duck Tour of the Marina, Big Bus Hop On Hop Off ride (6 items). Total normal admission $255. Go City pass for 3 days , $399. I purchased 7 day all inclusive so I’ll be way out of pocket. Go City will not refund the ticket because I have activated it and also because I haven’t used three experiences per day. 2 experiences are exhausting so 3 would be impossible to enjoy. Really disappointed, sadly didn’t read the guarantee properly as I thought if our experiences came to less than the pass it would be refunded. Very unhelpful customer service also. It was not that easy as I’m formed … via website… it was a bit inconvenient as QR codes are directly not supported and it was felt that many activity partners are not keen to accept in one go… universal studios booking took a hell lot of inconvenient.. none of the numbers available were reachable and we had messy time coordinating with universal studio… it consumed around an hour or half to convince them abut our pass and to issue tickets. I purchased a 3 attractions pass for out visit to Singapore in September 2023. Unfortunately our tour was cancelled right at the last minute due to mechanical issues. We were promised a refund by the operator but since I had purchased through a third party, I was directed to GoCity, who then directed me to Headout. After being promised assistance within 48 hours, no correspondence was received after a month. I used the online chat but they were still unable to assist and instead offered me a credit.
In summary, whilst the pass has the potential to save some money, it anything goes wrong, a tour cancelled, adverse weather etc, the follow up and customer service through Headout is absolutely appalling.
I would recommend purchasing tickets directly with the operator. This pass has been a big waste of time and money, unfortunately.

We purchase the GO city 2 to 7 explorer pass from GYG and were informed that we just need to scan the QR code mentioned on the GYG app. However on reaching the site, we were denied entry stating that there's a separate eticket that Go city should have sent. Unfortunately after spending a couple of hours trying to get in touch with them for the eticket, got no response. Since then, have wasted a lot of time requesting for a refund via GYG. Best to avoid and book on site to avoid such hassles and humiliation.

Go City was convenient along with saving a little money to boot. We bought a 3 attraction pass, starting with the Big Bus which was offering 2 days for the price of 1. We were able to navigate our way around on this easily.

Scam. I tried to purchase an explorer pass for 4 people online, just to receive an email 30 minutes later saying my order had been canceled. No reason, no explanation. I'm told it will take 7 to 10 days to get my money back, and Go City support is telling me to place another order! The failure was due to mismatched billing information, but I paid with Google Pay. So they want to take more of my money and "hold it" for a week? With no indication of what went wrong on my first order? Not worth the risk

After a lot of research, bought a 3 day Singapore Explorer Pass for two and after several hours, I have now received an email notification that they have cancelled the order without offering any explanation. Then posted my query on their chat window and their human agent mentioned their processing team reached out to the financial institution but were unable to verify the details provided. I then approached my bank (i am an employee of the Bank which issued the card used for payment) and they confirmed having approved the transaction, which I can see on mobile Banking. Upon stating this to the chat agent, he or she kept repeating the above cause for cancellation and stated they will refund the money within 7-10 business days. This is a scam company I think and customers should be really wary using these guys and risking their money !!! Posting this as I felt a social responsibility on my part to alert other unsuspecting customers out there !!!

Bought the pass online and enjoyed the attractions ( Hop on hop off, Garden by the bay, Cable car) exactly as promised without any hassle. Everything was smooth right from directions to collect tickets to collecting tickets by simply showing the QR code on phone in the Go city app. The app must be downloaded for useful information and tips. Highly recommended.

Everything about the Go City pass is easy. Purchasing online is so simple, and your ePass is right there to use. We chose the 7 experience pass in Singapore and saved S$207 on our sights. There was no hassle anywhere in getting tickets and the small amount of waiting time we experienced going through the priority lines was nothing compared to the lines of people waiting to purchase tickets. Well worth it.

Upon arriving at gardens by the bay, we headed to the counter to exchange our physical passes before entering. It was easy and convenient as we could do it as a group and the counter lady was very fast. We go in in about 5mins and the exhibition was really beautiful. Definitely recommend people to use Go City for their passes!

This is not a pass with which.man can make attractions, but a number with which you have to request complicated with up to 48 hours in advance for ticket services, then stand in line like everyone else and get a ticket, which is then accepted (if you are lucky).
Universal Studios is not included in the Explorer Pass, but appears in advertising.
Nowhere can you just barcode in with your passport! Nowhere. You always have to reserve slots or to the ticket counters what restrictions have on the tickets.

The money's gone, and that's the only reason you do the stress
Many attractions were fully booked for our citypass.
Waste of money, prefer to book everything separately and so together at the times you choose.

We bought 6 activity passes to choose from 40 but be careful in reality you only have access to around twenty activities and the least interesting. And when you choose an activity you only benefit from the minimum: for example for the "garden by the Bay" activity you only have access to the exhibition under the 2 domes. the cheapest! the same for the big bus it’s 24 hours.
For certain activities he makes you book by email, you need to know this.
