Tried to book the luge at the desk but they couldnt give the time we wanted 3pm, So we booked for 6pm unfortunately it has rained non stop from 4:30pm Went to discuss a refund but told NO… they’ve give vouchers which expire in 1 month Never rode A group of 8 people 24 rides and no refund ( whilst I understand they can’t control the weather but if you have never ridden once on your booking then they should refund ) Tourist trap… Singapore should be better than this… truly disgusted no customer service just a ruse to scam money out of people… 1 month to use the vouchers is disgusting

It was great. first you enjoy the view coming up from the beach going up to the mountain and then you have to luge yourself down which is pretty fun. even my daughter who is 9yr old was able to ride it down with no problem. it is very addictive.

We went on Saturday in the afternoon. My son and his girlfriend had a great time. I would like to thank you for your kindness, caring and great customer service. To Fast Lee, Luis, Derek Hasta la vista baby! I’ll be back 👍😉

Loved this trip and really feel that we saw a lot of the city without spending hours in the underground. Friendly drivers vip you skillfully round the route to some areas where the tour buses cannot make. Would recommend them . Stall just outside of the Albert food market.

Helena was very informative and engaging in her presentation all about the history and events that led to the fall of Singapore. It gives a very balanced, well researched overview of that pivotal difficult time in Singapores history

We were given the wrong tickets. So we could only use one of the tickets given to us. The operator wasn't responding until we eventually raised a refund request. So the experience was poor overall. Also, it clubs gardens by the bay and Universal, which isn't really realistic for the same day. So I would recommend getting different tickets for the two attractions. That said, Viator/TripAdvisor's refund process was fabulous! They refunded us within 1 day! So you can be rest assured about the safety of money.

I was probably canceled because I was solo and they wanted a couple. The tour showed available when I bought the ticket. They emailed me to try and change the date a day after making the reservation. When I said I couldn’t they asked me to cancel (they get the cancellation fee). I said no so I got a refund. Seems like a shady way to do business. I was disappointed I was not allowed to go.

Good tour guide and lots of interesting facts about the history of making Tiger Beer. Learnt how to pour the perfect pint 🍺 and finished off with a generous sampling opportunity in the tavern and some tasty snacks.

We almost did not do this activity but we ended up having a free morning/afternoon and found a discount for tickets so why not?! The views from the cable car was amazing and this trip leads to Sentosa which has an amazing (man-made, I think) beach resort. When we went, the beach was not filled with people so we were able to take a nice stroll underneath the warm sun near the waterfront. We also had lunch at one of the restaurants with an amazing view of the beach. This is also a family friendly resort so I would recommend for families!
