This was a two-hour catamaran trip across the lake, landing at Puella. THere we took an additionsal/ optional photo safar in a 4x4 vehicle up into the country av=bove, visiting a farm/ zoo (featuring a llama, rheas, ostriches, boars, wild-fowl, goats, deer etc), then onto another lake and a short cruise in a much smaller craft amongst the reed beds. VEry beautiful, very tranquil. Then back to the hotel for an excellent 3-course buffet-based lunch. Slow walk downhill along the trail to pick up the return catamaran at the dock - more sailing and more scenery. Beautiful.

Orsorno is a classic pyroclastic cone-shaped volcano, suitably white with snow on the top. Reflected in the lake it's a phtographer's dream. The Petrohue waterfalls are also impressive, but in a completely different way - lots of rushing white water amongst the rocks with some great lookouts and viewpoints. Also great for photography.

Amazing view at the top of Osorno Volcano. I was interested in visiting Villarrica Volcano but it was at yellow sign ( medium dangerous) but it was amazing as well. The Petrohué falls water was charming and the water color was unbelievable green.

We walked to the photo area (observation point) along Paso Desolacion (about 6.2km). Really pretty walk, great views at various points, not a lot of tree coverage. The volcano views were amazing. Watch out for the huge flying horsefly insects (not sure what they are called).. We were doing the walk in later January, and those things really put a damper on the walk. They are hideous, and they flock to people. We were told they are only there for a month or so. Plan accordingly to miss them!

Convenient tour to see the main attractions around puerto varas. Collected on time from hotel. First stop was the waterfalls (extra cost to enter ( approx $7.50 for non Chileans) Next stop the lake (again extra cost for a boat trip) I opted to not do the boat tour and walked along the shore of the lake which was lovely with the same views. Next stop lunch at a restaurant (approx $15 dollars) if you have lunch with you you can eat it on picnic tables. Final stop the volcano (again optional extra for chair lift up another 200 meters) the second chair lift was closed to go higher. I opted to walk to the view points. Good tour to see the sites, punctual timings and informative tour guide. I would recommend.

I was picked up 40 minutes late in a truck that took me to meet up with the tour van, making me suspect they forgot about me until I contacted them, then at the end they dropped me off at the wrong spot. The places you visit are beautiful but the tour company should warn you about the additional costs (7,000 to enter Petrohue, 6,000 for the boat ride, and 27,500 for Osorno chairlifts). The restaurant they take you to is also quite expensive. The guide Amy was very nice but her English wasn’t strong which meant I didn’t get the same explanation about the area as the Spanish speakers - a full English tour shouldn’t be promised if it can’t be delivered. Again, we visited beautiful places but I wish the tour company was more organized.

There are lots of amazing sites to see on this tour. The falls are spectacular, and the view from Osorno was breathtaking. Our guide, Nelly, and the driver, sorry, I forgot his name, were excellent. I would say it's worth the money spent.

Very well-organised tour. Nelly is a very thoughtful and cheerful guide with explanations always in both Spanish and English. The views from the waterfall and the lake were magnificent. I would give 6 stars but be aware that there are a lot of add-on payments. The most expensive one was the telefericos at the Osorno Volcano. They cost 27 mil CLP each... I would recommend the tour operators list them on the website so people will be prepared.

Had a great time on this tour, our Guide Jenny and our driver were very helpful and friendly. The tour was in both Spanish and English which was good and we always knew where we were headed next and how long we would have etc. The drives between stops were scenic and all the locations were good to see, we got some bad weather but we dressed for it so it wasn't a big problem. The volcano in particular had poor conditions and we couldn't see much but it was still an experience to be up there and I would do it all again.

We were fortunate to have a clear, sunny day for this tour and the views of Osorno, Calbuco, and Puntiagudo volcanoes were spectacular. The Todos Los Santos Lake, waterfalls (extra cost), and Valdivian temperate rainforest were beautiful. The emerald waters were indescribable. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned interesting information, but also felt they did a good job preparing us for each segment of the trip. The long day trip (10 hours) was 100% worth it. (If you go in winter be sure to dress very warmly so can sit on the boat’s deck for panoramic views!)

Excellent tour! All the sights included on the tour were gorgeous, and our guide, Nelly, was fantastic, very knowledgable and helpful with communication during pick-up. A very affordable tour for the quality of the day with excellent transportation and care for passengers. :)

The boat ride in todos Los santos lake was very nice. The scenery was similar to Alaska. It was cloudy all day so we could not see the volcano but on a clear day the tour would be stunning

I’ve used the Touristour for the one day trip tour to Chiloe island and Javier our driver and guide has been really nice. He drove the entire group with perfect timing to avoid queues and crowded groups, showing us many places explaining the history, giving also free time for walk and pictures. Javier Highly recommended

A nice overview of this park (Vicente Perez Rosales) with an interesting walk along the river and nice views of the volcano from their and the boat. But the best part is the walk at the end on the volcano (or can instead take a chair lift). Hopefully you have a nice weather day. Jenny was a nice guide.
