We had a wonderful trip with Ko'Kayak and our totally fabulous guide Catalina - the most enthusiastic, positive, caring guide you could ever wish for. After a comprehensive set of instructions and safety tips, we set off for the first part of the trip, 50 minutes around the edge of the peninsula to Yolanda's farm where we had a delicious lunch and a lovely chance to experience the life on such an isolated farm. After a couple of hours chez Yolanda, we headed off for the longer section, paddling for around two hours along and across the fjord, spotting a dolphin, a penguin and plenty of lounging sea lions along the way. Our driver, Mario, also took great care of us throughout the day, from collection in Puerto Varas to return, tired but exhilarated, at the end of the day. A very professional operation with outstanding staff including both guide and driver, with excellent equipment for sea kayaking. The days paddling wasn’t easy due to current but the guide Paz navigated the best route for the group. The lunch at Yolanda’s was a fantastic authentic experience to share a meal and see locals living simply as they had for generations. Thank you KoKayak, I highly recommend this experience.

An amazing experience! Our very informed guide, Eli, was able to answer all of our questions regarding the area and local fauna and flora. Yolanda and her son Juan Carlos, whose land we camped on during our 2 day excursion, helped us understand more about life in the countryside. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Also we saw dolphins.

Amazing trip . We did the two day kayaking tour and the views were spectacular . We had done short kayak trips previously but this was much bigger than what we had done before . Our wonderful guide Elle was so helpful and great at pointing out local wildlife along the way’s . The overnight stay was at a Charming farmhouse and it was so nice eating with Yolanda and her son and hearing their stories

Cristina made sure we had a guide on short notice for our sea kayak tour in the fjord. Catalina our guide was great. She had attended college in Pucon to be a guide and her English was very gook. We were able to see penguins, seals, and briefly some dolphins. They even went out of the way to deliver an item we left behind.

We took a kayak trip in the first fjord of Patagonia with Ko'KayaK and Paula as our guide. We had a wonderful experience kayaking with Paula as she was very knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic, and loves what she does. We enjoyed the natural and cultural experience. The kayaking itself was moderate but not too difficult and I would expect that beginners would still be in safe hands. Stopping for lunch at Yolanda's and Juan Carlo's house was icing on the cake as this family has been on this particular property for many generations and built their home and livelihood from the land and sea. Everything associated with the process of arranging and doing this trip with Ko Kayak was flawless. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED experience!

Outstanding - was fun, safe, a great adventure, with outstanding staff. Would highly recommend this fun half day event.

We wanted to explore the amazing Pumalin Park area under our own power by kayaking through the fjords , seeing penguins, pelicans sealions and many sea birds. We were well looked after by Richard and Catalina with snacks, meals and drinks throughout. All the transfers by ferry and motor boat were seamless. The hot springs at the hotel and camp were very relaxing after the efforts of the day. Richard added a jungle walk to Lago Abascal on our final day, so beautiful, remote and unspoiled. You really have a sense of achievement at the end of the trip as the motorboat took us back along the route we had kayakked the previous four days.

We did two trips with Ko'Kayak, a half-day rafting trip and a full kayaking trip. Both were great. The guides were awesome and the shuttle service was very nice. We went in early November and they provided all the necessary equipment including wetsuits, booties and splash jackets. Lunch at Yolanda's place on the kayaking trip was wonderful. Remember to bring your own paddling gloves if you have them.

Had a wonderful time at Ko Kayak today, the white water rafting was so exhilarating! The team prepared us thoroughly and we felt very safe, the guides were really experienced. Not only was the rafting great but also the transfers, drivers and hosts who prepared Snacks for us and ensured we had the best photos just added to the experience greatly. Highly highly recommend!!

A superb day. Driven by Mario to the fjord, guided by the wonderful Catholina who was just brilliant! Superb kayaking with dolphins, seals and all sorts of birds. Lunch with a local family. Just an all round very special day.
