it was a large larger group than expected, 31 people, I consider small group being 10 or less. The guide was excellent and kept everyone gathered, but was such a large group at at times it was difficult to hear him well. not so sure. The wine is at the beginning, so 9 am, a tourist trap stop, no snacks. The walking tour part was a lot of fun and interesting. If anyone has difficulty walking, not a good choice as it is very hilly. but all downhill on uneven walkways.

I recently took a day tour from Santiago to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The tour was well-organized to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day. The van we traveled in was very comfortable, making the journey relaxing and pleasant. Our guide and driver were absolutely wonderful—both so friendly, helpful, and professional. The guide shared tons of fascinating information about the history, culture, and unique aspects of each stop, adding so much depth to the experience. Each stop allowed plenty of time to explore and soak in the beauty and charm of both Valparaíso’s colorful streets and Viña del Mar’s stunning coastal scenery. I never felt rushed, which made the day feel perfectly balanced. One of the highlights for me was the lunch stop. The restaurant the tour selected served the best fish I’ve ever had! It was fresh, perfectly cooked, and a real treat—such a memorable part of the trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santiago. It’s a fantastic way to see two beautiful cities in a single day. You won’t regret it!

Our tour guide Jhodad was very good and the driver Dave was really amazing. We loved the time in Valparaiso, a very cool and interesting place, but found the wine tasting part of the tour a total waste of time. There was nothing good about that portion of the tour experience, which was no fault of the tour operators. In some of the most outstanding white wine country in the world , it was a total disappointment. A better idea would have been to completely skip the first stop and to go to an actual vineyard for a proper wine tasting on the way back. It would have helped to break up the drive and also to give people a chance to discover and experience the amazing white wine region of Chile that we were driving through.

We had a lovely trip with an excellent guide until lunch where we decided to follow the recommendation of Cingui restaurant in Renaca. The food was way below par compared to all the other places we have been and VERY expensive for what we got. The potatoes and chips had clearly been pre cooked then frozen, they were terrible. A 'traditional ' salad, literally consisted of half a chopped raw onion and a sliced half a tomato with 3, yes 3 tiny pieces of cilantro. The tiger milk dressing was delicious to their credit. a very, very small glass of wine was over $10.00(AUD) . A piece of tuna with chips (nothing else, no side salad), half portion of potato wedges with cheese sauce and 4 prawns and half a tomato and half an onion with 2 small glasses of wine cost a whopping $74 (AUD)! As we had already spent a few days in Santiago we knew what expect from the amazing Chilean restaurants, this was not one of them. Shame because otherwise it was a great trip.

It was a wonderful tour with a guide that spoke impeccable English. We were able to see so much in such a short time. His suggestion for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the beach was perfect. I highly recommend this tour:))))

Good way to spend a day touring outside of Santiago. Valparaiso is an interesting colourful place worth visiting. Reasonable value for money.

We had a wonderful experience on this guided tour. Jhodad was an exceptional guide - professional, engaging, knowledgeable with a sense of humour. Pick up was on time and Jhodad outlined what our tour would entail and how they fay would unfold. We loved Valparaiso, Vina Del Mar and Reñaca Beach and the lunch recommendation was perfect. Would highly recommend this tour and Jhodad as a tour guide

Juan was a very attentive guide, spoke loudly and clear. Funny character which is always a plus. I had a good time from.the trip to cajon de Maipo to the chocolate factory and lunch. The picnic was the topping of the cake. Will definitely recommend.

The people who run this tour are unfriendly and un-cooperative. We were being picked up on the tour from the cruise ship terminal, but they said they would drop us off at a hotel in town. I asked them what it would cost for a cab from the hotel to the ship and how long it would take to get back ...their nasty response was "I don't care about (giving you) the information you request" ...where do you want to be dropped off.!! Hardly someone who cares about their customers. And to make matters worse, we cancelled the tour one day after we made the booking, and 23 days before we scheduled to be on it, and they refused to give us our money back...despit the policy which clearly states "cancellations make within ONE DAY of the activity cannot be refunded. Stay away from this place.

Ignored emails, poor communication and a start time that was over an hour and twenty minutes earlier than originally quoted meant that we missed our trip entirely. I have cancelled my next booking with this company.

Early hours in a november sunny morning. Amazing wiews, among the best I have ever seen in my life. Juan is a very skillful driver and a gentle host. Interesting stops: down to the shore at Laguna del Yeso, Chocolate house, a full-in-the-dark walk throuw an old rain tunnel and embalse del Rio Maipo. The picnic at the end of the trip with wine and chats.
