Rose was a very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly guide. We went to many places that we wouldn't have known about otherwise, with very important history which was well translated to us by Rose. Antonio was a great driver and was very friendly as well. Thank you Rose and Antonio for a great day and tour 😊

It was always rushing ever since pickup. When we arrived there, the tour guide told us to follow him in a hurry way. He didn’t allow much time for us to take pictures, nor explained much when we were walking. Always rushing to the next stop. Afterwards, when we reached the beach area, all of we were brought to an expansive restaurant to eat, without other options to choice, which wasn’t mention in the itinerary. After lunch, only given 15 mins to take pictures at the beach, then we had to go back. The pickup was 7am, we came back to Santiago at 3 pm. It was just half day, not a full day tour.

The guide and driver were very nice and informative. I got injured the night before the tour and they rescheduled me without any fuss. The tour was amazing. The mini zoo at the food stop was also entertaining.

Guide Rose was professional and informative, and driver Raphael drove safely. Spectacular view of Aconcagua and Inca Bridge and spectacular drive up the 27 switchbacks. We were glad we did it but expensive. Major problem is lack of toilet at Aconcagua Park; this is not acceptable and although not the fault of the tour company needs to be managed with advice and stops before and after.

This must be the worst company I have ever come across. I booked through TripAdvisor I waited from 5.50 - 7.30 for 6 am pick up, they never came, no message . I tried calling , the apartment management tried calling but they didn’t answer. Later in the morning I got a message from Tripadvisor that they’ve requested a refund . Well I still haven’t got it and I didn’t ask for a refund I wanted the tour.

It was a very nice day, the guide Sergio was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very punctual with time pick-up and very responsive.

Beautiful scenery in Cajon del Maipo and El yeso dam. Friendly and knowledgeable guide. Easy trip for those with little time.

Fun day out in the Mapio Valley. Spectacular views of the lake. Rocio, our tour guide, was fantastic and knowledgable of the area. She spoke in Spanish, Portuguese and English. The communication with Rocio started the day before when she informed us about meeting point, etc. All went well.

We booked our day trip with allegrit for72 euros each. After 2 hours we are still picking up travellers at various locations along the coastline. I guess it will be the same on the return trip. I would say this will not be too far short of half the trip spent on the bus. I hope monserat will be worth it when we get there eventually. Time spent on bus is ridiclous on a day trip which isnt that far from our set off point

it was a terrible experience with this company , they don't allow questions, because if you do, they answer you in a disricpeful way , they will give you , just orders, no even close to a nice attention, I doubt of years of experience said they have... after i pay the bill for my tour , i asked normal snd regulars question about zhe time of pint to pick the customers , and after i ask forbthe policies of the company, they told me to vsncel my tour snd give me the money back, if they make the service like thry threat thr customers, must be a nightmare, shame on them

Had a great trip to Valparaiso, well organized. Our guide Rocio spoke three languages, very positive and did her best to make everyone comfortable, gave interesting information about the places we visited and about the country!

Highly recommended - in safe capable hands of Claudio our skilled driver with the super organised, full of energy, trilingual (Espanol, Portugese, English) star Rocio! AAA+++ Variety on this tour, nature, animals, history and options for food. Hire the boots/ski pants if going in winter, value for money. If i had time and both Claudio and Rocio were the driver/guide i would book again.

Pick up was supposed to be at 6 am and it ended up being at 10 am. No response from the company’s contact. If you have the option to book from somewhere else do so because you may end up not going like I did. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

You sold a tour that is not currently running. Booking confirmed the night before, we waited for an hour at 6am, to then call to say your is not even running at this time of year. Still waiting for my refund - terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR

We loved. The guide Rocio os awesome and The driver Rafael too. There has been a lot of raining in the days before so the park was full of snow 🧡
