We enjoyed our day very much and our guide Sergio and driver Ricardo were very helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem. The tour took in some fantastic sights, including Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Americas, the beautiful and stunning landscape in the surrounding Aconcagua Provincial Park, the Inca Bridge and Inca Lagoon/Portillo. We were also able to stop and get a wonderful view of the famous Los Caracoles and see some Alpacas at the beautiful restaurant where we had lunch. A highlight of our holiday and highly recommended!

We went on a 1-day excursion to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. In general, the tour was okay, but lacked historical information and context about what we were actually looking it. It also did not include a typical elevator ride in Valparaíso, nor the historical center (just the hills). In Viña, the only thing we did was eat at a good (but somewhat overpriced restaurant), and have 30 minutes at the beach. On our way back the air conditioning in the van broke, so it was quite uncomfortable.

The guide Rocio and the driver Jorge were excellent -a 5! Very friendly, helpful and a great sense of humor!! We thought the day would be a little longer and the picnic would have more food - a 4.

We were met promptly. Pablo, the guide, could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. He spoke wonderful English and was easy to hear since he had a microphone. Pablo loved sharing his city knowledge and the history of Santiago. Highly recommended for anyone who would like to know more about Santiago. Arturo, his driver, was safe and the vehicle was new and comfortable. Don’t hesitate and Pablo is fantastic!

Overall a very enjoyable excursion. The walking tour of Valparaiso was very interesting. Our guide. Rocio, was very engaging and informative.

Our half day tour of Santiago city was fantastic! Our guide was Juanito who was such an incredible guide! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and really fun!! He took us all around the city to see all of the highlights. He was patient with us and provided a perfect balance of time for allowing a bit of free time in each spot. He even gave us a great dinner spot recommendation for the end of our tour (which we loved). Couldn't have asked for a better guide or tour. Would highly recommend this tour and Juanito as a guide!! :)

We had the most amazing tour and hike! Seeing the Aconcagua Park and the Inca Lagoon was such an incredible experience. We had a private tour for 6 of us (friends & family). Communication to book our tour was very prompt and easy to setup arrangements. Our guide Sergio Rodriguez and our driver Ricardo were fantastic! Great team - really fun together! Ricardo was a really great driver and Sergio was so fun, professional, and very knowledgeable. They truly made our day so special showing us this beautiful part of Argentina and always went over and above. They made sure to always allow for bathroom stops, made recommendations, and we overall really enjoyed the experience they both provided for our tour. We had a sunny day so had a great view of Aconcagua, being the main purpose of our trip. Expensive but a good way to see the iconic mountain. Beware, however, there are no toilets at Aconcagua Park! You have to go outside. Make sure you talk to the guide about toilet stops before and after.

The tour was amazing! Our tour guide Rose was incredibly friendly and answered all of our many questions about the history of Chile. We were blown away by the sites we visited, some of which we never would have found or would never have been able to navigate on our own. The tour was of course full of heavy material, but it was incredibly interesting and taught us a lot. Definitely recommend it to anyone interested in this part of Chilean history!

Rose was a very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly guide. We went to many places that we wouldn't have known about otherwise, with very important history which was well translated to us by Rose. It was always rushing ever since pickup. When we arrived there, the tour guide told us to follow him in a hurry way. He didn’t allow much time for us to take pictures, nor explained much when we were walking. Always rushing to the next stop. Afterwards, when we reached the beach area, all of we were brought to an expansive restaurant to eat, without other options to choice, which wasn’t mention in the itinerary. After lunch, only given 15 mins to take pictures at the beach, then we had to go back. The pickup was 7am, we came back to Santiago at 3 pm. It was just half day, not a full day tour.

The guide and driver were very nice and informative. I got injured the night before the tour and they rescheduled me without any fuss. The tour was amazing. The mini zoo at the food stop was also entertaining.
