DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. WE STILL FIGHTING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK 3 YEARS AFTER THEY CANCELLED ON US. THEY OWE US $12k USD I have never been so disappointed in a trip in my life. They will take your money and disappear, they promise to rebook and offer you more incentives to string you along but never deliver! They blame cancellation on permits not being available, there is always something that prevents the trip from happening. They say okay you are rebooked, we tell them we are going to book flights, and then oh! not available. We booked 2 ppl for 8 day scuba diving cruise in March 2020 and they cancelled which we understood because of covid, ever since then though they have promised to rebook and offered us free flights and extra tours and it is all LIES. THEY ARE THEIVES.

Exceptional staff, spectacular dining, guides who were the very best, comfortable and calm. Among my very best travel experiences ever.

SCAM! They never picked me up and there was no communication. I even tried to check with them 2 days before the trip to make sure they were coming to get me since they hadn't communicated with me since I booked it 2 weeks previous. They never returned any of my messages.

After many phone call and a email confirmation sent by Pierre that Blue Spirit will refund our travel agency ... nothing was sent . Pierre is a real danger !!! I can send emails received from Pierre. After a cancellation of the cruise by Blue Spirit ... only one month before departure and during peak season ... our VIP clients could not cruise on the boat ... Pierre after many e-mails and Phone calls organized a “land cruise” he agreed to send us send us back a refund of 5.000USD : difference between the initial cruise booked and the hotel and day cruises on a regular and crowded boat. We are a very well known Travel agency dealing with upscale clientele... we won’t let him doing business without taking care of his clients!! Bernard

We booked and paid a cruise last June on Blue Spirit for a departure in December ...... The cruise was cancelled early December with a false excuse ... "boat documents not ready". After many calls, emails ... "Blue Spirit" arranged a land Galapagos in a 2/3 stars hotel and two one day cruises in a boat loaded with other tourists. No refund... No excuse ... This company should not be authorized to operate. We spent a fortune trying to get in touch with Pierre Borgmann. His only answer was I will call you ... every thing is in order !!! The cruise was a disaster !!! This company is VERY dangerous...

We booked a 5 days Naturalist Cruise Tour from 18.-22.12.2019. Unfortunately this cruise was cancelled one week before start by Blue Spirit. They promised us to search for an alternative cruise, but we never received any information relating to this. Instead they offered us an Island hopping tour including a little refund of money just one day before our flight to Galapagos. Due to the short-term we had no possibilty to change or to refuse this offer. 4 weeks later, we are still waiting for the refund. The communication with Blue Spirit is very difficult the whole time. They are not answering our mails or phone calls. Due to our experience we cannot recommend to book a trip with Blue Spirit.

I had the opportunity to visit Galapagos per a week and I really loved this place!!! I had read about all the amazing flora and fauna that you can find here, but there are no words to describe the incredible landscapes that I enjoyed. The hotels offered me an excellent service, the rooms were very comfortable and the food exceeded my expectations. Blue Spirit is a very good option to visit Galapagos with security and comfort, I would travel with them again!

Knowing about the famous Galapagos islands, I booked the 5 days magic island hopping Tour. From the very first moment , when I arrived in Baltra airport I felt being in good hands. The super friendly guide picked us up and brought us to our first stop the giant tortoise. It was just one of many highlighst in the whole trip. Snorkling, Swimming and kayaking with sea turtles, sea lions, riff sharks and an amazing diversty of riff fishs that I have not seen before like this! The hotels, which included breakfast, were excellent and also lunch was included everyday , which just the worried search for a place to eat erased. In overall my expections were more than satisfiyed! I highly recommmend this trip to everyone, who want to have 5 amazing days in Galapagos.
