The drive was stunning and it was nice to be able to visit the sites without the hordes of people. Our guide was informative and he let us explore on our time.

The islands were stunning. Samuel, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Coordination with Hugo in the office were efficient and understanding when we had to alter plans. Will book again on future visits!

My tour guide Miguel is excellent. However, the TripAdvisor partner with Lake travel agency and put me on a boat is very small. The tour guide Juan Carlos from Inka lake travel agency is very not professional. He rushed us and cutting off the main show for today, which to watch the man waving. Basically we took 3+ hours boat ride to get to the Taquile island just to have lunch. Juan rushed us out with excuses that the man who supposed to show the waving was drunk last night. We asked us to get to the boat saying the weather MIGHT get bad, which it didn’t. I have been a trip advisor customer for many years. I need an explanation on this. Juan Carlos is a horrible tour guide. He refused to give me his name. If TripAdvisor can not guarantee to partner with a reputable company, then we have to look somewhere else.

The tour got a chance to visit three islands in one day, and enjoy your own boat during the whole ride. We (2 people) attended this tour with a 32-seat boat. Also, the guide Samuel is knowledgeable about all three islands since he was born and raised at one of them.

We traveled with our family of 8 people. We did the speed boat with a private guide. Our guide, Samuel, was excellent. He did a great job explaining all the historical things and answering all our questions. Lunch was included in this tour, and he accommodated a great vegetarian lunch, with a stunning view of the lake.

I had an excellent tour of Uros and Taquile Island. The guides were great and the boat ride was very comfortable. I learned a lot about both locations.

I booked one tour with the company, which is reviewed separately. They were very responsive and helpful with questions related to that specific tour and other issues I had questions about. I would book with them again if I were to return

The boat "speed" is not much. The Uros experience feels a bit disrespectful, but the Taquile island is great, perhaps spending more time and doing something more than juat eating coukd be good. Maybe visiting another island as well can be good.

The guides are professional. The sites are amazing. The local people are friendly. The weather is unpredictable though.

Everything with this day tour was managed in a professional and considerate way. Samuel explained the area and culture very well and was prepared to do the extra mile to make it a memorable experience.

One of our best experiences while in Peru. We were met timely at our hotel and guided to a bus. Once at the port we were met by Samuel, our Inka Lake guide. He was super attentive and helpful, explaining the unique cultures of Uros and Taquile. We had a great lunch on Taquile, during which (among many other unique cultural traditions) Samuel shared the interesting meaning behind the various hats worn by the island residents. Be aware that the climb to the top of the island, where lunch was provided was strenuous given the altitude. We’re in our 70s and we survived. Younger people seemed to handle it better. Bring water.

I had a really good experience. A smooth ride out to the islands on a very comfy boat and the guide was very knowledgeable.

Very interesting trip on titicaca lake and a great opportunity to get a glimpse into everyday life of the people that are living on its islands. The included lunch was great. I would have wished for a little more free time though.

We had 2 great days in Puno. First day we have visited the Inca Tombs in an incredible scenery. Many thanks to our tour guide Hugo, who shown extensive knowledge and patience answer our questions. Second day we took a private boat tour on lake Titicaca with stops in Uros and Taquile. Our guide Angelica was amazing with her vast knowledge on history and culture and lots of patience with our slow walking. The lunch provided was excellent sized and tasted very good, giving us the chance to try local cuisine. All in all the Agency is doing an excellent job and we will recommend the services to our friends back home
