Did the 3 day Inca Jungle Trail with Heber! Included mountain biking, white water rafting and zip-lining. All a very enjoyable experience. The first day, the driver was a little dangerous before the biking which didn’t settle the nerves before going down the Malaga cycle trail. Apart from that, everything went great with an amazing end at Machu Picchu! Food and accommodation was great and Heber was very friendly and informative throughout the whole trip.

Great experience. Got a nice mix of all activities. Mountain biking, water rafting, zipline and hiking. It was made even more enjoyable by our brilliant tour guide Heber! It was a nice private tour for me and my girlfriend. I really enjoyed the Rafting and zipline. Unfortunately as I’m over 6ft the bike was too small for me and my knees hit off the handle bars and the wheel would rub up against my boots if I turned the handle bars which made me quite nervous going down the side of a mountain. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable (with hot showers). The dinners on both days were very nice. But the best part of all was as getting to see the impressive Machu Picchu. Heber was a great tour guide and provided us with lots of knowledge about the place. He was so friendly and made sure we had a good time. HEBER FOREVER!!

It's was a great day trip to Rainbow Mountain from Cuzco. The tour company picked me up directly from my hotel early in the morning. The view was great throughout the hike especially at the 5000m summit. Wally the tour guy for the day was excellent and very caring. They also feed us breakfast and lunch. Excellent trip, highly recommended!!

We had a great day out with our guide Alex. We choose to ride the horses up the valley which was an incredible experience. The lake is breathtaking even on an overcast day like we had. The route is long and the road very winding, so if you get carsick be prepared. Also try and give yourself time to get used to high attitude if you can.

The Rainbow mountain and Red valley are once in a lifetime views! I would highly encourage anyone visiting Cusco to go there. Would also recommend getting a horse on the way up to have more time to savour the views from the top!

Christian was an excellent tour guide, we went on plenty of tours including macchui pichhui, and this one was the best one, in terms of information and history, he gave a very detailed explanation of the Incan history and answered all of our questions, he also took incredible photos, highly highly recommend!

A phenomenal and unforgettable experience of our lives. Hike up the rainbow mountain was ultra challenging but our tour guide Wally (Super Wally) was very supportive of everyone in our tour. He guided us throughout the hike and offered us magic oil to help us breathe better in the high altitudes. Views up the mountain are breathtaking (literally) lol. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks Wally!!

We had an amazing full day trip to Humantay lake. Scenery was stunning and our guide "Herbert forever" was awesome! He took excellent care of us while hiking to the lake. We would definitely recommend it!

Amazing experience with this company. I highly recommend for your travel at Machu Picchu. We booked a 7 day tour and they had everything down the wire. No issues. No bad experiences. I do recommend that you download WattsApp, that how they communicate. Our Point of Contact (Elbis) picked up at the airport and took care of everything. She will remind you of the agenda every day until you complete your tour. Always have cash (Soles). You can withdraw at any ATM. Try to book an ATV tour. They don’t advertise it but I request it and it was the best tour I had. Request Edgar, it’s an all day ATV tour and takes you to 3 lagoons. This was awesome door to door service. Heber Forever was great and got us to the top of Rainbow Mountain. The hike was hard but doable and the views were amazing. I highly recommend this excursion but make sure you are in reasonable hiking shape and can handle high altitude.

We had three tour guides during our stay at Cusco. Alex is the best tour guide we had. He is way better than the other two. Alex was patient and responsible. He gave us enough time for breakfast, lunch and exploring Humantay Lake. The bus driver (sorry I forget his name) did an excellent job also. We felt he was very helpful and he drove the bus very smoothly. We believe he and Alex is the golden combination of your company. --- Yong

Warning - Chullos Travel does not deserve high scores on Tripadvisor !! I tried to book 2 * 1 day trips but it was impossible and absolutely no feedback communication. As their website did not work, I found their physical office in Cusco, the only tour operator closed on a Sunday. However, their website says they are open on a Saturday until 8 pm. I went there 7 pm, 1 hr before official closing time, but they were closed. I called their phone number, but they hung up. I left a voicemail, but it was not returned. I sent multiple whatsapp messages, but absolutely, positively no response. This company seems closed for business and show no efforts wanting customers. Chullos Travel - never again.
