Super organized tours, they took care of their passengers and their specific limits related to altitude sickness (the way the tours were organized allowed for some breathing room between strenuous activities.)

It was an amazing trip. Arturo planned a very organized itinerary and we stayed in beautiful hotels. Their guides, Ronald, Johnny and Celso were excellent, as well as Darwin our assigned driver. We booked this last minute day before, and Viator had some issues and the confirmation had not gone through. After waiting well past the pick up time we decided to call the agency in which Arturo Cortez picked up and helped us with solving the issue right away! We were able to get a tour within 30minutes with his help as well as a small refund for the trouble we gone through. He is absolutely fantastic help, very responsive and would recommend the Manchu Picchu Agency 100%.

We had a number of guides for our trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu. Our driver Darwin and guide for Moray/Cusco was excellent, very engaged and passionate. The one for Machu Picchu less so and direct feedback was provided. Our contact who handled the guides whilst amiable was a little on the brash side. At times we felt that he was doing us a favour rather than being his clients.

A must when you are exploring the sacred valley. The tour is not very long and you can see something incredible. Over 3000 salt pools, where you can be lucky and find local people working (pools are private), and the view is amazing. You can also stop and try to see the little water river near some pools where the pool takes the salt.

We were all a bit surprised to be so blown away by a salt mining facility. However, the colors and reflections from the 3,000 salt wells was an amazing site.

I did a horseback riding tour and Kenny was very helpful in making arrangements. He explained all our options and even helped with airport transport and time recommendations.

Now that I am in time at home, I am writing just to let you know, how happy we are.. for our experience that we lived in Peru, Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, those places really were spectacular ... Was a wonderfull trip whit Machupichu agencgy ,tje pick up in front of the catedral (main square) and the guide knows all about tje catedral and Sun Temple,ohh the four ruins amazing i recomend the agencey was a good expirence.
