About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- minniez20200 contributionsA remarkable experience to have! The trip was well managed by the travel company. There are a group of people taking care of the group at different locations. The sceneries at different locations are so unique and beautiful. Machu Picchu is a must see and this tour makes all the site seeing and accommodations smoothly transitioned. I would recommend this 2 day tour.Written 19 March 2025
- Bettinaminamino0 contributionsMachu pichu uncomplicatedThe tour is super well organized, the guides were very nice, they gave us all the information in detail and the trip went smoothly. The attendant Rayza contacted us by WhatsApp in advance and helped us with any questions. All in all a great way to experience Machu pichu in Peru.Written 18 March 2025
- Hailey G0 contributions10/10 recommend to anyone !So my friend and I booked this option since it provided a night stay in Aguascalientes to get an early start at Machu Picchu. The first day we were picked up by our tour guide victor and driver for the day, Jorge. We initially thought that this would be a group tour transporting many of us on a van, however to our surprise it was just my travel group of two and our tour guides on a private tour ! The first day we fed and met alpacas, llamas and learned the difference between them. Then we stopped in Pisac to learn about archaeological ruins with the great expertise of Incan history from our tour guide victor. We then stopped at Ollantaytambo and had a buffet Peruvian lunch (that was included) with live entertainment. Finally we stopped at Ollantaytambo to see more ruins and get more history from Victor, photo ops and free time to roam the archaeological site. All of our tickets were included and given to us at the beginning of the trip, round trip bus ticket , round trip train ticket and Machu Picchu entry ticket ( we got circuit 2) . Clear instructions were given to us as we boarded the train to Aguascalientes and met by another tour guide who led us to our hotel for the night. The hotel was cozy, steps away from the trains and bus station in aguas calientes. Our luggage was stored there for the day without any issues. Once we boarded the bus to Machu Picchu we met our final tour guide of the journey; Carlos. Carlos was so knowledgeable, funny, gratefully took photos of is and knew all the good photo ops, knew great English and made our tour group (6 total people) feel like a little family. Overall, my friend and I were a bit nervous & surprised to be on a personal tour in a private car in a foreign country but the folks at fly Cusco and victor, Jorge and Carlos made is felt taken care of and safe and explained every step of the way . 10/10 would recommend them to anyone ! The relieved so much stress surrounding the journey to Machu Picchu from Cusco as it can be a. Long and complicated one for those who have never traveled there before .Written 17 March 2025
- Adam C0 contributionsAmazing tour with fantastic guidesEfrain and Martin were my guides over my 2 day tour, and another Martin was the driver to get me to Ollantaytambo and back. I couldn’t have been luckier with the guides I received, both were so happy to show off their country to me and spoke with such knowledge and passion. Martin the driver was also fantastic to deal with. Day 1 highlights for me with Efrain, I could easily say everything as I really enjoyed the day, but to narrow it down, I really liked meeting the Andean women, especially the one who gave the presentation on how they dye the alpaca wool, etc. She was just lovely (I wish I got her name). Even got to feed the alpacas there. I also really liked the 2 Inca sites we visited, the salt mines were good too. Everything was interesting. Day 2 was going to the Machu Picchu site with Martin as my guide. Because it was just Martin and I, Martin asked me what areas he should focus on for me, to personalise it as much as he could for me. I really appreciated that. Martin is very knowledgeable about so much of Machu Picchu. It was great listening to his stories of the history as we slowly made our way around the circuit. He even had a number of picture books that he brought to really bring the history to life. A big thank you to all 3 gentlemen that made my bucket list item of visiting Machu Picchu so memorable and enjoyable.Written 14 March 2025
- Lifechangers0 contributionsA Great ExperienceThis was a great trip. Having a tour guide eliminated any fear of messing up this trip. There were many moving parts along the way but we were well taken care of by Ephraim (day one), Judy (day two), Rayza from the main office as well as the customer service rep who tracked us through the reservation process. I definitely recommend at least the 2 day tour if not more. The Sacred Valley was amazing. I wouldn't want to miss that. And just going to MP in one day would be way too rushed. Thanks for providing us with an excellent Machu Picchu experience.Written 10 March 2025
- robbm2340 contributionsOutstanding Tour! This trip was truly phenomenal. Jordi from "Fly Cusco Peru" did a great job. He hired the best guides. The trip ran like clockwork. I was picked up at my hotel in Cusco; driven all through the Sacred Valley on a guided tour; and then dropped at a train station in the valley (Ollantaytambo) just on time for a train to Aguas Calientes where i was greeted by another guide who walked me to my hotel. The next day i was once again picked up at my hotel and the process began again up to Machu Picchu and home to Cusco - one guide handing me off to the next. The guides were outstanding. In the Sacred Valley I had Carlos or "KIng Carlos" as i called him. He knew everyone everywhere we went - from security guards to street cleaners to the people selling trinkets. He greeted everyone with a hug and a smile and introduced me to all his friends. I didn't realize I had a private guide / private tour when i signed up! There were no other tourists with us. Carlos had great knowledge of the Inca history and gave thorough insights everywhere we went. Very informative. The next day i went to Machu Picchu with Juan "Jerry" Ernesto. He was also a wonderful guide. When i signed up for the tour with Trip Advisor / Fly Cusco the only options were for Circuit 1 or 3 to Machu Picchu. I had read online that Circuit 2 is the best. I could only blame myself though because i planned my whole trip to Peru a week in advance. Anyway, when i got to Aguas Calientes i went to the national tourism office and i was happily surprised when they had last-minute Circuit 2 tickets available. I already had a ticket for Circuit 1 the next day at 7:00 am so i bought a second ticket to Circuit 2 also for 7:00 am. When i met Jerry in the morning he was very happy and congratulatory re my move to buy the second ticket. He assured me Circuit 2 was far better (which it was) and he then had the great idea that he would take me on BOTH Circuits. So we started on Circuit 1 and went straight to the high lookout. We then came back down to the security checkpoint and showed them my ticket for Circuit 2. Circuit 2 was phenomenal and i lucked out with clear whether for February! Jerry took lots of photos with me and shared fascinating insights about Inca history. Half way through Circuit 2 there is an option to veer into Circuit 3. We took it. I ended up doing all 3 circuits in one day over the span of 3 hours. We walked, laughed and talked from 7:00 am until 10:30 am. Fly Cusco (the operator) was smart to have me scheduled for a 12:30 train that same day. I didn't feel that i needed to linger longer in AC and was happy to get back to Cusco by 4:30. Machu Picchu was outstanding and I can't hank Jordi, Jerry and King Carlos enough. It was hands down one of the best tours of my life! Thank you all! .... as an aside, i would recommend bringing a minimum of 100 Sols to tip each guide. These people are giving you one on one attention for 4 hours. Tipping less than that just wouldn't feel right and these guys deserve it. I would highly recommend this outstanding tour!!!Written 12 February 2025

- ronnyl20130 contributionsWhat an amazing 2 days 🤩This trip was nothing short of amazing. On day 1 it was already very beautiful. Our great guide Victor showed us the beauty of the sacred valley. Learning the beauty of Alpacas, seeing amazing Inca sites, visiting the beautiful salt mines and then having an amazing train ride was astonishing. Machu Picchu on day 2 was absolutely breathtaking! We had a great guide Rene, got amazing pictures and learned a lot about the old Inca times. Overall: 5 out of 5 stars! 👏🏼Written 4 January 2025
- luiscV2722EK0 contributionsUnforgettable Journey Through Peru with Fly Cusco Travel AgencyMy experience with Fly Cusco Peru Travel Agency was absolutely incredible. At the end of November, my boyfriend and I embarked on their 2-Day Tour from Cusco, exploring the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu by train. We were completely captivated by the breathtaking beauty of Peru and deeply impressed by the agency’s flawless organization. The group size was pleasantly small—just 7 people, including us, on the first day. On the second day at Machu Picchu, it felt even more intimate, as it was just my boyfriend, me, one other traveler, and our guide. This created a personal and almost private tour experience. I highly recommend taking the Observatory 360° train with panoramic windows—the views were absolutely mesmerizing. The onboard performances featuring traditional music and dance were a highlight of the trip, making the journey truly unforgettable! A heartfelt thank you to Jhordy for assisting us with the planning and details of the tour, as well as to our exceptional guides, Martín and Ephraim. Both guides were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, answering all of our questions and sharing fascinating insights throughout the tour. If you’re considering a trip to Peru, don’t think twice about booking with Fly Cusco Peru Travel Agency. It was truly an experience of a lifetime!Written 2 January 2025

Martin who was our guide for Machu Picchu was wonderful. He brought it to life for us. We were a small group of 6 and it was very enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of. Train tickets, bus tickets, Circuit 2 tickets, hotel accomodation - everything was in order.Written 28 December 2024
- Sherpa6704920 contributionsAmazing MachuPicchu & SV overviewExcellent two day trip! Stops were well organized, enough time to learn from the guide & explore on your own. Really recommend spending the night in Aguas Calientes before Machu Picchu rather than taking the train twice in one day. LOVED our Machu Picchu guide Martin :)) & Rayza’s assistance in the office for our transport was so helpful. Would book with FlyCusco again!Written 25 December 2024

Rainbow mountain was a breathtaking experience. It is a tough walk but well worth it. I recommend taking the horses, best spent money. Our guide Victor Rolling Amanca Flores was outstanding. Very informative, patient with us walking slow due to altitude, very knowledgeable.
