    What to Expect
Tours starts with your pickup from your resort or hotel.  Arrive at a local school to meet with local school children to understand their way of learning and their culture.  Arrive at ‘The Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park’ which is Fiji’s first National Park and was established in 1987 to protect a unique natural and cultural heritage site. You may take the 1 hour walk to explore this unique ecosystem or seek a guided tour from the local ranger’s onsite. Tour continues for a scenic drive into the picturesque Sigatoka Valley for fabulous views of Fiji's famous "Salad bowl" - known for its colourful patchwork of fruit and vegetable crops and mountains.  Continue further to Lawai Pottery Village, it’s a local Fijian village about 5km outside Sigatoka Town. The tour starts with a village walk for a cultural experience, then back to the showroom for a short display of pottery making and interaction with locals and Kava tasting.  Handmade pottery may be purchased at your own expense.  After the village visit, arrive at Sigatoka Town for a great shopping experience.  Visit the local handicraft shops and markets. Tour includes light lunch.

    Extremely interesting
Was feeling a bit hesitant to invade the villagers privacy but they were so welcoming & really wanted us to see the “real Fiji.” The guide was great & told us about everyday life in the village. Totally recommend & every purchase from the market stalls goes directly to that family.

Laughed until we cried seeing the mud covered us in the photos.
Wasn't too sure what to expect but had a great day and don't miss getting a massage after the mud comes off. It is so relaxing.

    Beautiful first trip
Was a trip not to forget! Had the most amazing transport guy that got to express Fiji to us by seeing locals and getting hot corn. Arrived to Warwick Resort and being welcomed by the most caring people. My partner and I spent 5 nights at the resort and know we will defiantly be back!!!

    Combo off road cave safari
An enjoyable trip was had by all in my family across the sigatoka river and through the villages. The children had the most beautiful smiles and lively bulas! Kava ceremony was very welcoming and culturally awakening. We had a BBQ lunch by a stream surrounded by farmland and vegetation. We took some gifts for the children. The guides Bella and Moses were delightful and made the experience informative and fun. Our daughter Avrielle said "it was amazing!".

    Humble tour
We got picked up from our resort in an air conditioned mini bus. Didn’t realise this was a private tour so it made it that much better as we were a party of 7. Our driver was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. All our tour guides at the gardens and the village were terrific. We brought along with us some school supplies and sporting equipment for the village children. It was such a humbling day. We stopped off in Nadi town to check out some shops.

    A quick break before Chrissy
Such a relaxing place with friendly people. So nice to be able to go for a walk at night and feel safe. After a short walk we stopped at this beautiful waterfall. Such a lovely respite on a a hot day would recommend it.

    Hidden gem
Great easy 20 minute walk each way, beautiful refreshing pool and amazing waterfall. The more adventurous can jump off the rocks. Lovely welcome to the village and a guide who walks you there and back. Suitable for the whole family. Wear suitable footwear as you cross the river several times during the walk

    Booked tour
Please do not book a tour with this company.. after booking with my travel agent and paying up front in Australia for 4 adults I thought it was all organized, my agent gave me all the information about the tour with the time and date along with a voucher to give to driver on the day so all booked I thought. I was told to ring and confirm tour 24 hours before which I did or tried to and so did the resort duty manager but after 6 attempts and leaving numerous messages I had no reply. On the day of tour we took our chances and was out front of resort all ready for a the day costing about $100 Australian per person but waiting 45 min after scheduled tour pick up time we realized they weren’t coming,it was very disappointing and upsetting as it was our last day in Fiji and didn’t have enough time to book another tour .. the phone number they provided doesn’t answer and just goes to a recorded message so my advice is don’t book with Excite Tours . My travel agent is now in the process of trying to get a full refund but the tour would of topped off what was a lovely holiday in Fiji
