In contrast, Aria Travels took the time to understand our interests and included nearly all the destinations we proposed. Our guide, Mr. Berti, was an excellent choice. He wasn’t just a driver but a knowledgeable guide who explained every location and accompanied us to all the sites. Since we were traveling with a six-year-old, he ensured regular pit stops for refreshments and washrooms, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. We had a great day out in Berat. Our guide, Erges, was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He even recommended a really good restaurant for lunch. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia for 10days. The tour was very well organised by Aria travels and meticulously executed even without minor pitfalls. Hats off to a Driver like Berti who was the highlight of this trip. without him our trip would have never been like this. He is an expert Driver, extremely knowledgeable and also very much aware of the guest's needs through a sixth sense. We presume we were also responsible tourists.

The Balkans are extremely beautiful and filled with history and culture, Aria travel helped me get the best of it. I went on three tours with them, Endri was my primary guide, spent three days with him, what a guy. Extremely knowledgeable, can only compare him to a walking encyclopedia. He also was so accomodating and eager to share his knowledge. I learned and saw so much. He is now a friend. I also spent some time with Berti, he was quizzing me on history he taught me, loved it! Awesome guy. The management staff where also incredible, I believe the owners themselves is who I sat with, they listened closely to what I needed and the time that I had available and guess what, they made it all happen! My hat off to them. I have much more to see and I will be coming back to them without a doubt. If there was a 10 star that is what they would get.

We went on four tours with Aria Travel with very friendly and passionate guides. With Endri, we enjoyed a tour to Shkodra and Rozafa Castle and Kruja. The Skanderbeg museum is really worth visiting. We also went on a private tour with Endri to Sazan and Karaburun (near Vlore). Endri is an expert about Albanian history and is a great guide who is really passionate about his job. He wants his clients to have the best experience on the tours in Albania. Furthermore, we went to Shala River in the North of Albania with Erges who is also a great guide with remarkable driving skills even on the worst roads. He also showed us the city of Prizren in Kosovo. You can easily communicate with Florarta via Whatsapp. She also provided updates on the upcoming tours. Because of traffic, distances and bad road conditions, some tours start quite early in the morning (6AM or 7 AM).

Family holiday to Tirana. It was the first time taking a 4 year old and 2 year old together on holiday! We had the amazing Erges as our driver for the full 4-5 days. Aria Travel Albania were flexible and accommodating and we were able to create a bespoke itinerary. We visited Vlore and it’s amazing beach which the kids absolutely enjoyed. The next day we went to Lake Ohrid in North Macedonia. Then a full day spent in Montenegro visiting. Enroute we stopped at Lake Shkoder, before heading out to Sveti Stefan and Budva. Erges our driver was amazing especially with our younger two kids. He was patient. Happy to stop for breaks if needed. His knowledge about Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro helped enhance our experience. Our kids loved him and called him ‘Taxi Uncle!’. He was happy to change plans and there was no clock watching. He also had a vast knowledge of the best restaurants and ice cream places. Without him our holiday would not have been so wonderful. Would recommend this company and Erges to all families considering a trip to Albania and the surrounding countries

A huge shoutout to Endri who was driver and guide on the day trips to Prizren and Ohrid that I took. He was knowledgeable and fun and this helped bond the small groups together. The communication after I had booked my trips online was excellent. One of the dates I had requested didn’t have enough bookings so an alternative was suggested. I was lucky to meet the staff in the office in Tirana and they were as friendly in person as via WhatsApp. I really like that they keep the groups small. The two tours I took are amongst the best I have taken, and really good value for money. I will certainly be contacting them when I next visit Albania.

Excellent day trip to Lake Ohrid. Endri our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We visited various points on Lake Ohrid where we were given a plethora of information from both Endri and our guide on the North Macedonian side. Communication from Aria travel from booking the trip until the day of trip was excellent. I can highly recommend this day trip and company.

Elio was a very interesting, knowledgeable, attentive guide and a careful driver. The car and hotel were both very comfortable. The countryside was beautiful, especially Lake Ohrid on a sunny, warm spring afternoon.
