I went on the "War tour", and highly recommend it. We also got to walk the bobsled track and learn about the 1984 Olympics which was really wonderful since I remember them well. I learned so much and appreciated how knowledgeable Kamer was and all that he shared with us about the siege of Sarajevo and the war. But he also offered us many insights to the whole region. I am grateful to have experienced the city and surrounding area through the eyes of a local, with family stories and anecdotes that made it very personal. It's the perfect amount of time for the tour and all the stops were well planned and suited to the story/history. It was incredible to be inside history - all of it enveloping us. Great tour and wonderful guide!

I had a very enjoyable afternoon trying my hand at rock climbing with Torus Tours. The instructor, Dzana, was fantastic. She was encouraging, friendly and conversational, making it easy to overcome the initial nerves I had. I felt safe and comfortable from start to finish, and I was highly grateful for the care Dzana showed when I needed treatment for my unusually sensitive fingers. The overall service from Torus Tours was exceptional. I had no hesitation in signing up for another activity soon after. Keep up the great work Torus Tours!

A really fun and exciting outing to see some beautiful mountain sights. It was our first time Mountain biking and Loren did a great job situating us, telling about the region and helping us have a great time. He went above and beyond and even took nice photos for us. I would highly recommend getting the van to the mountain if you're not an experienced mountain biker, it's very steep.

Mustafa was a great tour guide! He took his time to show us the city highlights + went off the tourist path to show us some other must-see places. Covering the city by bike means you get to see way more than a walking tour. Everything was well organized, and the bikes were perfect!

With our great guide Mustafa we made a bike ride through the history of Sarajevo. The route was beautiful and the stories impressive. This is a big recommendation and no book or museum can beat our guide Mustafa.

Excellent Tour! We had Mirza as our guide and he was superb! 5 stars for him, topman! The cycle was just over 25 miles so you cover a fair distance, which suited us! Entrance to the tunnels are included and must see! Plenty of history along the way.

I took the tour Umoljani - Lukomir hike and it was amazing! A very nice mountain hike with impressive views. The guide Mirza was very friendly and answered all questions. I totally recommend it!

I had a great mountain bike tour to Skakavac watefall with Kamer today. The ride up from Sarajevo was a good challenge and it offered great views of the city. Skakavac is an impressive sight and was a lovely stop for a tasty traditional lunch. Kamer tailored the route to suite my (limited) technical ability and fitness. He's also a thoroughly nice chap and it was enjoyable to watch him play on the trails on the way down. Thanks Torus Tours!

A must visit museum when you visit Sarajevo and you want to learn about the recent history. Some of the picures and TV-images though are quite confronting.

Our guide Vekas was really helpful. He brought us to many magnificent places we never thought exist. We are so satisfied.

I booked a private tour with Kamer and he immediately replied to my request because we have a limited time and same day of our flight we need to maximize our time. Kamer agreed to my request without hesitation and even requested to start the tour early so we can go to the airport on time. Our guide/driver Said came on time and we are very happy that he was with us. He managed time in each place and even the day of our tour is raining the whole day he was prepared with umbrellas for us to use. We are glad that we started early because we enjoyed all the places all by ourselves and no tourist because of the weather condition also. The best thing with Said is he is very experienced driver that my husband also informed him for keeping us safe. We arrived early at Sarajevo that we asked Said to drop us for a while to buy some souvenirs and he did not even say no. We definitely recommend the Torus Tours agency, Said also gave us some places to visit the next time we will be back in Bosnia 🇧🇦. Thank U said, Kamer and to the Dad of Kamer also who welcomed us on our first day.

The hike to Lukomir was truly amazing, and our guide Amar was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed a lot!

Ok so I signed up for several different hiking tours in the mountains of eastern Bosnia but kept getting rejected because I was the only person who had signed up. This was the first hike that accepted me which was much appreciated. So if you are in the same boat I would highly recommend this one. It was just me and the guide, Said. Very cool nice guy. He knows much about Bosnian and Balkan history as a whole. Great talking to him, especially considering it was a couple hours drive to get to the hike itself. But I think the drive was cool itself. I got to see a lot of the countryside and rural parts of Republika Srpska. The hike was breathtaking. Stunning views from way up high. Be prepared for your calves to absolutely burn. There are some very long uphill climbs and long descents. Nothing crazy, no crawling. But long stretches of going up. There was also a lake that I could have swam in but since it was glacial and therefore stagnant, I chose not to. You get to cross into Montenegro which is cool if you also want to add more countries to your list. So in short, the hike was incredible and not crazy difficult, Said was a great guide (we also bonded over our love of cars), and it is great if you’re alone because you are pretty much guaranteed a spot.

Did this trip with my wife and it was brilliant, definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. Our guide Said was a really nice guy and pointed out key areas, landmarks etc and spoke about the history. It was a tough climb but well worth the effort, the views were incredible. Cycling down the bobsleigh track was epic, one of the best things I’ve done on two wheels, would love to do it again. The lunch pack was great, we’re both vegetarian and this wasn’t a problem and it was a great way to try some of the local food. If you’ve got some off road cycling experience and are up the challenge of the climbing you won’t be disappointed!!
