A really interesting tour and was incredibly unique and an honour to hear first hand accounts of the war. The tour itself could be more concise, it ran over half an hour late

We did the free or tips tour which was about 2 hours. Mohamed was great! We learned a lot and had a great time. The tour gave us a good idea of what we wanted to do on our own as well as giving us a lot of history. Really glad we found them. Could have just used a guide book but so much more fun to learn from a local.

A great experience! Safed is a nice and informative tourgide. We first went to the Tunnel of Hope. On the way he shared a lot of information about his city and daily life. During the excursion we talked about much more than the wartime in Sarajevo. We also visited the ruines of the bombed childrens' hospital and the yellow fortress. I highly recommand this tour as it also gives you the chance to hear it from a native.

We had a very good time with this walking tour. ilia, our guide, walked us through the ecliptic neighborhoods of the city , as well as a guided history walk around.

He’s very informed, engaging and answers questions very well. He interacts well with everyone. I recommend him highly.

What a great day! Our tour guide, Saffett, totally made the difference between a good day and a fantastic day. My friend and I have spent our day with an artistically and intellectually talented fellow, great driver, laid back, awesome local knowledge, best music selection (and not too bad in the looks department). I wish we could take him home to Australia (yeah ok, the new wife can come 🙄). And Insider Tours: we had booked and the tour was confirmed. When we arrived at the Insiders Tours office, they had no record of our booking. The didn’t disregard us. They fixed the problem and paid for us to have (good) coffee across the road while Saffett changed his life around to make this tour happen. My friend and I did the free walking tour around the beautiful and historic city of Sarajevo. We had the pleasure of meeting and learning the history through our guide Muhammad. Muhammad was lively and kept us engaged for the full time sharing facts, details, and personal experiences. Definitely would recommend partaking as this city is so rich in history and has so much to offer.

Our guide Emina was born during the war and many of her family members and her father was a war veteran. She spoke and gave her personal insights which was very engaging. Complex politics of Sarajevo - She tried to explain. The tunnel is a real testament to the human resilience and makes you wonder how low humanity has to fall to siege and kill ordinary civilians that they have to use a tunnel for the rays of hope and light! Highly recommended. Do take a pen with you if want to sign the comment book over the tunnel house as there was no ink in the pen :)… Sniper alley is on the way and back and you can see the gun shots on the facade of buildings opposite

Denis is very knowledgeable, fun, warm and kind. And we learned a lot. For our family the three hour tour was a bit too long but we booked late was all that was available. We are appreciative tour we available.
