Beautiful authentic dive in the past of rural croatia
Very Beautiful village , super well maintained, Beautiful gardens and very interesting houses and exhibitions inside houses. A solid view of Life in croatia in the past centuries. Cool place ! Reasonable entrance fee (5€) and 2 Nice cafés / snacks within the village. A great memory !

View of a traditional village with fascinating history
We visited the village on a beautiful day, which helped, and had an excellent local guide, which also helped our experience. All of the buildings are on their original sites - this is not a village created by moving houses in from all over. Marshall Tito's home is open to the public; not all the furniture is original but one poignant detail I noticed was that the cradle, which WAS original, had many scratches on the floor from being rocked so often! (Tito had 7 siblings.) One room shows Tito's public life including some gifts from dignitaries. His funeral included 100 heads of state. Other buildings are dedicated to crafts, blacksmithing and other specialties. There is a good variety of items for sale in the souvenir shop including T-shirts and magnets with Tito's picture as well as traditional hand-made toys. Notice also the thatched roofs on some buildings- they need replacement only every 30 years or so.

Great tour to do when staying in Zagreb.
We had a great tour to Samobor. Our guide was really knowledgeable and friendly and could answer all my husband's many questions about life past and present in Croatia. We enjoyed seeing the castle ruins and then walking down into the town. He made everything interesting. We had a delicious local cake and coffee in a charming hotel. It was nice to see a more rural town than Zagreb and to leave the city behind for a while. Very good tour and great guide.

Discovering Zagreb with a professional guide.
We had a small two hours guide tour around Zagreb. It was a great way to get to know the city and history of Zagreb. Bojan was great in providing information about history and answering all our questions. The tour exceeded my expectations in 2 hrs. Next time i will take them for a tour in Plitvice lake. Thank you for this tour and see you next time .

        Amazing Croatia through the Ages
Professor Dejan Gluvacević led my wife Carol and me through the centuries of the rich heritage and amazing history of Croatia. His depth of knowledge is incredible as he brought the past to life for us. We even shared lively conversations along the way on the challenges of developing a new brand for Croatia: a true destination spot for so much more than just a quick cruise stop or sailing the islands along the Dalmatian coast. The Professor opened up the richness of experiences throughout the country and throughout the entire year. What an amazing country is Croatia, and our thanks for opening our eyes; we will be traveling to Croatia in the future to be sure, and will hope Dejan will be available to us again to continue the Adventures there. Well done!

        Customize your perfect tour!
I absolutely enjoyed my 3 private tours I booked this week! Zagreb is beautiful but I needed to see the main attractions! I was here 7 nights so plenty of time to explore. Monday I booked Plitvička jezera it was truly spectacular! If your in Croatia its a must see! Amazing waterfalls and a UNESCO site! Second tour we went to Samobor It’s a cute village with beautiful churches and this amazing cake everyone must try! But you only need a few hours here so half day is perfect! Third tour we had a full day in the istrian Peninsula. We went to pula and than to Rovinj! In between we stopped at a lavender farm and went for an olive oil tasting with included some local cheeses! It’s a very long day so get your rest before hand. I wish I had a few days here But now I know for next time! Dejan is the best guide ever!!! 3 AMAZING TOURS !! Thank so much!!! Guys you MUST BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY! They make you feel like family!

        Great trip‘
We decided to take the trip to Samobor with Servus Tours & we are very happy with our decision. We started our Tour punctual & arrived very soon in Samobor. Our guide Bojan has a huge knowledge of Croatia, Samobor & the history. He answered all our questions & it was good fun to do the tour with him. Samobor is a cozy town & we enjoyed the famous cake there. We can really recommend taking this tour, it was worth every cent!

Private Day Trip to Belgrade from Zagreb
Really enjoyed this day trip with my wife from Zagreb to Belgrade. Bojan, who was our driver and guide, arrived in good time to pick us up at our hotel in a comfortable car, and shared a lot of very interesting information on the way and at the various sites in Belgrade. He was courteous throughout, and we stopped occasionally at motorway stations for a small break due to the long journey, and our time in general was very well spent, and well paced. We even visited the House of Flowers (Tito's grave) and the Museum of Yugoslavia as an addition to the original itinerary, and we got a lovely gift at the end of our journey when we returned to Zagreb. Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who would like to do a day trip from Zagreb to Belgrade.

Wow! This was one of the best tours I've been on. Boyan met us at our hotel, ensured everyone was ready, then set out to teach us all about Zagreb in detail and Croatia in general.

There were four in our tour, but the tour would have worked well for a group up to 8-10.

We saw so many sites, walked a good amount of steps to see the city, took many envy-generating photos, and ended with the world's shortest transit system. We even went back to the restaurant recommended and had the best meal in Croatia.

Truly splendid! Thanks for a great day of Servus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour with Boyan. He walked us all around Zagreb (taking into consideration the fact that I was not a fast walker) In addition to his explanation of each site he was very open to answering our questions and he took numerous photos for us.We appreciated the fact that he was able to incorporate personal tidbits along the way. On this tour you visit buildings all the way to the train station and learn historical facts all along the way. We have a much better understanding of the different areas of the city and we’re able to share this knowledge with our friends and family on FB! We highly recommend you take this tour and if your lucky Boyan will be your guide!

The enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge of our guide Dario. He met us promptly at our hotel and made sure we got to all the interesting places at the right time without in any way feeling rushed. His English was excellent and his enthusiasm for his city was evident in the way that he spoke. The tour overran its time but this was just because he had so much to show and tell us.

We enjoyed this very informative private tour of Zagreb. Ivan was our guide and was awesome. He knows so much and was patient with our many questions. He also met us at our hotel and showed us a few additional sites nearby. We enjoyed the history which was augmented with maps to help us understand the history over the last thousand years. Great tour, we highly recommend!
