We had an extremely interesting 3 and a half hours tour with Andrea, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and spoke excellent English. We got to see parts of Bucharest which we have never seen in our previous visits, and learned a lot about this dark period in the history of Romania. Andrea shared with us personal stories and memories, which made the whole experience very special. Highly recommended.

Superb, well researched tour.
Oct 2020 • Friends
An absolutely superb tour! Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed it. Andreea, our guide, delivered a well researched and very informative tour. Some of our group are new to Bucharest, and were fascinated by the history of Communism in the city, and even those who had lived here for several years learned something new, and visited new places. I would thoroughly recommend it to others, and will be looking to book another tour in the future!

Oct 2019
We had a very interesting tour with Andreea, 3 hours full of information about the communist time, architecture, places and background. very good english, also good to unterstand. A lot of anecdotes of people and places. if you have the time and want to unterstand more about how Bucharest was and partly still is, then I highly recommend this tour. Bucharest has a huge history. You will see ruins and palaces and much more.

This is the part that I enjoyed most during my stay in Bucharest. Andreea is a very friendly, knowledgeable guide and she will take you to places not possible to discover by yourself. Even if you have only a couple of days available, this tour will give you all you need to know of the city.
