A well organised tour of Bulgaria and Romania - Florin was great to liaise with, happy to make changes to the itinerary and everything was well organised. Our main guide Alin Procis was excellent, very knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. Our walking tour guide of Sophia, Alex Dimitrov was also excellent, nothing too much trouble and a very informative tour of this city. Two very lovely countries especially away from the main tourist routes.

Corina planned a custom, 10 day trip through Romania. We saw wonderful places and scenery. Our guide and driver, Bogdan, carefully explained the history and culture of Romania and even planned special stops to meet artists and workers. It was a memorable trip.

My tour with Victor was *fantastic*. This was one of the best tours - and he was one of the best tour guides - I have ever had (and I have been on many tours!) He was very knowledgeable (told the history as a story), friendly, patient, attentive -- and a great driver. We were able to see and do everything I wanted, thanks to how he planned the day and led me through it. I also learned so much about the history of each place yesterday. This experience was the highlight of my trip to Bucharest -- all thanks to Victor and Secret Romania!

The trip was wonderful. The car was comfortable, the guide Florine was amazing, the sites did not disappoint and neither did the food! We saw the living stones and the mud volcanoes. I especially do not recommend going to the living stones without a guide. 10 out of 10 and highly recommend.

We wanted to private tour with some specific ideas of what we wanted to see and I was so fortunate to come across Secret Romania (though it won't be secret for long!!). Corina took my initial enquiry and then patiently, and over many many months, helped me tweak details and answered all my questions as Secret Romania put together an itinerary based on what we suggested we wanted to see. Corina also had to contend with the fact that I was communicating from Australia, but my travelling pal was in a different country and on a different time zone again, so lots of Messaging and emails between the three parties to get us on track. Our experience once we arrived was pretty much established from Day 1 as being above and beyond our expectations. Our guides brought so much more to the trip than our basic itinerary. Two guides covered the vast depth and breadth of Romania on our 12-day tour and their enthusiasm and colossal knowledge were beyond description. There isn't enough time here to list all the brilliant things we saw and did and that's the beauty of using Secret Romania and tailoring an itinerary with them. Nothing was too much trouble for Corina- she was very patient with the changes we made to the itinerary and organised everything brilliantly. Florin and Corina are fantastic. Right from the start, they were organised, efficient and responsive. We came up with a bespoke tour for 7 friends with a focus on Transylvania. Florin was our driver and guide. He became an honorary member of the group sharing his knowledge, expertise and humour. There is so much to see, Romania is beautiful. Food and wine was great - Florin hand-picked the restaurants to ensure that there were vegetarian options. Mama Gerda's lunch in Viscri with the sour cherry brandy was a highlight. As Florin says - never trust a skinny tour guide when it comes to food! Not only dud we have a trip of a lifetime but we made a new friend. Highlights: Corvin, Bran, Peles, Fagaras castles, Emerald Lake, Sibiu, Brasov & Bucharest.

A 4 day private tour we arranged with Secret Romania that was immense. It was above expectations and we will definitely be back to România to experience more of this wonderfully vibrant country and would only book with Secret România to do so. We enjoyed a very well organized and well guided private tour. Florin, our organizer, provided a very nice tour of Bucharest and then transferred us to the care of Bogdan, who guided us on four days of mountain walks and cultural activities in Transylvania. There was an planning error by one of the hotels and Florin worked very quickly to resolve it in a satisfactory way, which is the sign of a good tour company. We saw beautiful landscapes and learned much about Romanian culture, history and tradition. We have traveled all over the world and we highly recommend this company.

Secret Romania organized a custom program for my group of 12 people. While I am very experienced in Romania, the rest of my group were college students travelling to Romania for the first time. Our trip was for 14 days, and we visited many different parts of Romania, including Bucharest, the Danube Delta, and multiple parts of Transylvania. Our program included both formal tours in cities and at historical sites, fun excursions, hikes in beautiful natural locations, and free time exploring the culture of the cities we visited. Corina and Florin organized the trip for us, including all our local travel and accommodations, and then Florin served as our guide. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The program was extremely well organized, met our requested budget, and they accommodated many special requests for our group. The program stayed organized during our daily travel, but also flexible when we decided to adapt.
