The Spa itself was good. However DO NOT pay for the body scan. We paid and didn't get the report and when we were leaving we told them and we was told the report had been sent but to date nothing received. Definitely a scam! When complained no action taken. Disappointed and waste of money.

Experience was overall good but what doesn’t make it amazing is the rudeness from the staff (especially receptionists at the main entrance). People there should be re educated, taught good manners and how to interact with people.

You can’t miss this when in Bucharest, a great relaxing day out. We travelled by Uber there and back, spent 5hrs there and well worth the money. We went on the Sunday and it was somewhat busy, I would try to avoid at weekends if possible.

A wonderful place to go, located just outside of Bucharest. I enjoyed being here so much I came back two days in a row. Try to get there early to get you a seat on the inside. Waters warm and bar is amazing.

Great place …. But the security guards were like little hitlers….. rude and tried to be intimidating…. Left a sour taste after a great afternoon.

Great thermal spa with lots to do and experience in one place under one roof! We booked an all access 12 hour day at Therme Bucharest and spent about 8 hours there. Totally worth it! The water park is really fun to experience especially as an adult as it brought us back to our childhood best times! Definitely go to the water park part of the spa earlier in the day as it gets busier after midday. The pools were heated and were amazing to swim in especially on the cold Nov day we had chosen to go on. The bars within the spa had a variety of drinks of choice which was good and being able to enjoy them inside or outside in the pool was great. The main restaurant had a variety of food which was hard to choose from but guess that's not a bad thing! We didn't book a massage but overheard people saying that it is worth it however there are some massage chairs which can be paid for (10 min sessions) that can be used as an alternative! The selection of saunas was amazing and each had their own unique twist on an experience within itself. At specific times, they give out face masks in the steam/saunas and have entertainment in the saunas which was fun and quite an experience in itself. All in all, a "very well worth it" experience! Highly recommend it!

Fantastic, informative and friendly tour by Marius! We arranged it with less than 24 hours notice. Appreciated that he focussed the commentary and tour on our particular historical interests.

I really loved the Spa but DO NOT BOOK via Trip adviser, it is a total rip off! I paid £50 per person and then when we got to the spa we had to pay an additional £10 each to access the saunas. If you book directly with the spa it costs about 36 Euros and includes access to the spa. Trip advisor should not allow people to be ripped off on their own website.

Great clean, and the staff were excellent, which made you feel welcome. Easy to get to only thing is you pay extras that aren't clear online

A fantastic tour! Alex was very informative as we learnt about and observed the history of Bucharest. The stop along the river for refreshments was a great opportunity for riders to connect with each other and ask questions about Romania, while enjoying the beautiful scenery and atmosphere.

Toni was a brilliant guide. Very friendly, acknowledgeable and accommodating. This really is the best way to see the sites in Bucharest and get a feel of the city. The open air museum was a real highlight for us as was walking through the old town.

One of the best tours of a city (and I've been to well over 100 countries and done a ton of tours)! Toni is well spoken, informative, and knowledgeable. The tour is well thought-out and eye-opening. As a rather impatient surgeon I like things presented well and concisely. I couldn't have asked for a better 2.5hrs.

The spa facility is extensive, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a variety of saunas. Each area provides a unique and memorable experience. There are water games and slides for adults, as well as a dedicated children's area. The facility is well-maintained and clean, with showers, a restaurant, and a bar where guests can enjoy refreshments by the pool. I highly recommend this spa as a rejuvenating respite during your travels.
