I had already passed by some of the sites we visited on the tour, but having Olga add context & history gave me a whole new perspective for the place & the people. Great Experience!!

We booked this tour last minute the night before, through Tripadvisor little expensive but worth the experience to see the old type level of corruption that was the behind a old guard style of government. The grounds were amazing what we had time to see, at 7’C and wind chill it was not the day to go on a walking exploration. The spa and the main house are truly outstanding display of over the top decadence and extravagant living that would befit a king. However it was or built for a King, these buildings stand as a reminder to Ukraine of what corruption can do. The house minder пітер (Peter) was a great personality and showed us around and explained the house rooms, he chatted to my Ukrainian partner extensively about the country and the need for change. A lot has been achieved but there is still a way to go. Ukraine is an amazing country this tour shows what a darker side can achieve but you also see what the craftsmen of this country can create. Our tour guide Tatiana was great, good English and was able to give history background to the estate and country. We will definitely return next year when the weather is warm and explore the estate lands. Great experience and enlightening, thanks to Tatiana and пітер.

I've travelled to many places and must say Kyiv is #1 thanks to Olga. She has a passion like its an art. It was impressive!!

This tour was great and I high recommend it. I did it my first full day in Kiev and saw and learned so much. Olga was amazing and showed me so many places including stuff off the beaten path. If you do this when you first get here you’ll have such a better time and know more about how the city works and even great places to eat.

Our guide was Yana, she is a real professional! We learned a lot about the caves, temples and the life of the monks of this place. I must admit, it was a little scary to go a few meters underground. For those who are claustrophobic, I don't recommend doing this. And the rest will see the coffins of monks that are thousands of years old. The tour does not last long - only a couple of hours, but we really enjoyed getting in touch with the history of this sacred place. Be sure to climb the bell tower and visit the microminiature museum as well.

We had a wonderful tour through town with Olga. It was perfect for getting to know the city and learning about the history of Ukraine. Olga was a walking encyclopedia and was very knowledgeable, funny and of course friendly. Highly recommend this tour with Olga. Thanks so much for making our stay special and memorable.

I went for a walking tour with Olga, the tour was perfect, a lot of walking, different atmospheres, things and places I would not have found by myself, and Olga was very nice to be with. As my purpose in Kiev was to learn Russian, I asked her to speak Russian during the tour, which she did, only switching to English when needed. She was very helpful, advised me on places to go and helping me for practical matters such as metro card use and refill. I later went for a second tour with her, to Mezhyhirya, the former President’s mansion.

It was a great tour, with different sights, both modern and old. Olga was an excellent guide, it is easy with her and she knows many interesting stories.

This is a gorgeous place, especially now, in the spring. The nature is wonderful, the territory of the park is very well-groomed. After the president's escape, people stayed here to look after and take care of the place. The house inside is completely different, made with bad taste, in the royal style. Seems like the person had problems with his ego. The tour is good, the guide is very knowledgeable about the current situation in Ukraine. So come here in good weather and enjoy your walk! P.S. to get inside the retro car museum you need to take a golf cart, it’s extra experiences.

A fascinating walk through the empty city with a wonderful guide Olga. Although the murals are not very fresh, many have already lost the brightness of their colors, but I liked to stroll off the beaten track. We saw a lot of hidden sights, courtyards and the guide told interesting facts. The highlight of this unusual tour is the metro gallery of murals. Highly recommend

It was an unplanned business trip to Kiev. I wouldn’t have chosen to travel there, but under the meager conditions of the coronavirus reality and the order of my company, I had to go. Nevertheless, I follow the news and heard about the revolutions in Ukraine, so in order to somehow have fun I decided to visit the house of the former president. The tour and guide are excellent, the grounds are impressive. I saw houses that were more luxurious, but they belonged to people who honestly earned money and bought them, and here it is a shame for Ukrainian corruption. My rating for the tour is 5 out of 5, for Ukrainian politics - 0 out of 5.

Our acquaintance with Lviv began with a tour of the dungeons. We thought it would be quite unusual and exciting. We visited 3 dungeons: the Jesuits, the Dominican cathedral and the old pharmacy. In the first as our guide told, when they were excavating this particular part, they unearthed a lot of human remains, because before people were lowered into the basement and there they rotted. Of course, I had to walk on the bent ones. Because it is known from history that ancient men were as tall as today's woman, and women were even shorter. Here you will see a coffin, clothes of monks, a model of the city etc. After the tour, we went on our own to the Lviv coffee mine, also underground. Daylight our eyes didn't see that day haha In general, it is very interesting, informative, unusual. I highly recommend this tour and guide Olena.

Covid definitely made changes in the way we travel and after careful research I decided to visit Ukraine, which is open to foreign tourists, and being from a green zone country, I did not have to take the test. For my safety, I did it after returning to Norway... negative, phew :) The agency was advised to me by my friend from the UK, who had already hired their guide, and this is one of the few agencies that survived in conditions of quarantine and lack of tourists. My guide was more than interested in doing her best, it was noticeable that she really missed her job. Kiev is beautiful. It has its own aura, an unusual combination of antiquity, remnants of the USSR and a new history of revolutions, corruption and a new generation that is striving to become part of Europe. To everyone who wants to understand the life of the city, I recommend this tour on the first or second day of your stay. It will show you the historical sights, and the guide will tell you about ordinary life in this wonderful city.
