If dessert is more your thing, here at Cuscun we offer a special cooking class, focusing on desserts only.
Alongside our chef Carolina and sous chef Iris you will learn how to make four traditional Guatemalan 'postres'; Rellenitos, Torrejas, Atol de elote and Mole de platano. Also, your host Joaquin will tell you more about the culture, traditions and everyday life in the village of Jocotenango.
Once we are done with cooking, we will taste your dishes either on our rooftop terrace with a spectacular view of the volcano Agua or in a colonial indoor dining room.
