Great Day in Krka with Gray Line tours from Split. Our guide was Darijo Tavrić and he was excellent. I loved he was fluent in several languages to accommodate everyone. He was knowledgeable about all things on the trip. All the sights and a perfect host and representative of Grey Line. He had a great sense of humour but when it came to safety he was properly fir. I always try toy engage with the guide and he took the time which I find important. I had a great trip there and back. I knew what was going to happen in advance and that made thinks easier. He was avttentive to everyone’s needs.

Please be aware when the breakfast states 3 eggs it is literally 3 fried eggs, my boyfriend got the omelette I would recommend that instead! The bus was fine until it broke down however fortunately for us it broke down outside the park. The tour guide was very apologetic about this. The tour itself had the option of the guided tour around the historical area of the park or to go on ahead yourself (we choose this option). The place is beautiful but was very packed. Definitely bring snacks with you as the area itself is very over priced.

I'd also recommend shoes for the water as it is very rocky!

If you want a no frills bus transfer to and from krka, this works. Bus leaves at 10 get there around 1130 and you have until 330 in the park which is plenty. Price doesn't include entry to the park, so worked at about £85 for a couple in total. Price would have been ok if the bus were a nice air conditioned coach as advertised but it was pretty old and the air con didn't work. Sweated through 90 mins there and back to Split as a result. The day wasn't particularly hot so it was sort of ok but I'd not fancy it on a properly hot day.

Looooots of people are allowed to enter the park at the same time, you can hardly wander around because you have to watch your steps all the time. Not recommended to visit the park in high season.

HUGE disappointment. Crowds of people. All walking in same direction round the falls on a small path. Boring as hell. The big falls you can swim in is like being in Costa del Sol - hoards of people. Nothing spectacular to see and no where nice to sit down once you have done the slow boring walk around. Waste of money and time

Booking this trip was easy and pick up location also easy to find. Initially there was a bit of a mix up with our buses which was quickly sorted. Joseph (our bus escort) was fantastic. He made everyone feel welcomed and repeatedly ensured that everyone knew what was going on. Very knowledgable man and can tell you anything you want to know about Croatia, the tour itself and anything else you may want to know. Thank you Joseph for sharing your knowledge, passion for your beautiful country and yourself with all of us 47 people on the tour.

Krka National Park has to be one of the most beautiful places to visit and the flora and fauna here all work together in harmony - truly it does.

We booked this trip the night before going with no hassle. Didn't need to prepay anything just paid when we got to the meeting point. We didn't pay for breakfast just the trip itself and the ticket price into the park. We left on time but unfortunately were delayed on the way for 20/30 minutes I think waiting for a couple who were late and missed the meeting time for the bus. Our tour guide Mia (I think) was very informative and helpful and apologetic for the delay also. She sorted out our entrance tickets at the gate. She also gave us a short walking tour at the beginning of the park which was optional then directed us what way to go to get to the waterfall. The waterfall itself was amazing. Absolutely stunning. The walk to the waterfall is crowded and you can only go one way but you get lots of different great views of the waterfall and the park. We got in to swim for over an hour and loved it. Very rocky so be careful swimming around and getting in and out of the water. There's food available beside it too but no showers I don't think. Bus collected us on time to return to Split.

Had a wonderful day with Krka tours. We went for the option with breakfast and the food was simple but tasty. Coach was comfortable and guide gave us information on what we were seeing along the journey. When we got to the park was nice to have the option to participate in guided tour of historical area or go off on our own. We chose the tour and our guide Mia was really knowledgeable. The park itself was busy but beautiful and we really enjoyed our swim in the lagoon. There was the option to swim beneath the main waterfall or in some smaller pools/rivers nearby. All in all a lovely day!
