We had a brilliant time with Karmen today! Even though our kids (12, 10 and 7) put on a good show of being sleepy and weary, she brought them to life gradually with her kindness and fun personality. My daughter compared her to Mary Poppins 😂 We learned so much about the city, without it being boring, and she happily accommodated other places we were keen to see - her flexibility was also appreciated when we had to rearrange the tour due to sickness. We would highly recommend this tour with Karmen!

Mia's tour of the Dubrovnik old town was fun, interesting and definitely worth the time to join. She knows the Old Town and the rest of Dubrovnik very well, providing the history of the town and area, whilst being able to help us understand more about the war and the impact on the area. Mia also brought us one of the best chocolate croissants I have been lucky enough to try. She also provided us with suggestions on where else to visit in the town, the best place to get onto the wall, a good coffee place and where to eat. Mia also made sure we knew where to grab our souvenirs, the local shops where the souvenirs are locally produced. This was one of the best local tours I have done to day... Very glad we chose Mia and would have no issue recommending her or booking another tour with her when I return to Dubrovnik.

Karmen was such a wonderful guide! She met us by a fountain on one side of the city, then guided our family through, pausing for interesting stories and unique finds. We loved that we were able to customize the tour more for our needs—traveling with a 5-year-old and a (hungry!) 1-year-old. She was even understanding as our toddler had a market side meltdown, suddenly starving… and laughed as he downed an entire carton of strawberries. We ended with ice cream, but didn’t want to say goodbye to Karmen. Couldn’t like her more! Thanks

Danijela was terrific - has an incredible amount of knowledge about Dubrovnik & Croatia’s history. She made it fun to learn, & had great stories. It wasn’t “too much” - really quite interesting! Even delve into areas that were more interesting to us personally.

Mia’s tour was the best way to begin our time in Dubrovnik! Hearing her insights about the history, the Old Town and the war was so interesting and helped us understand the city more. Mia was so patient with our kids as well and answered all our questions, accommodated any breaks we needed and was all-around fun to be with. As a bonus, she shared many recommendations for what to do and where to eat in Dubrovnik and beyond. We absolutely recommend booking a tour with Mia, ideally at the beginning of your trip but you will have a great time no matter when you do it!

We had a wonderful walking tour of Dubrovnik with our guide Pavo. We were there with our teenage kids and my mother. Pavo provided an excellent overview of the history of the city. He hit all of the highlights and took us through the back streets to some hidden gems of the walled city. The pace of the tour was great. He was mindful of the heat and made sure to stop in the shade when he wanted to share some information on the city. Overall excellent walking tour. Would highly recommend him as a guide. Excellent tour. We opted for the early morning 7am start to beat the crowds! Mia’s knowledge of the local history and culture was amazing! So much information to digest, it was fascinating. Loved her local knowledge for the best photo opportunities too. She was super friendly and we had the best time. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my tour with Mia. Once she found out that I had replacement knees, she designed the tour around my limited capabilities Whilst giving me and extensive tour of the old town, she avoided us climbing excessive steps. I enjoyed her company and her vast knowledge of the subject. I feel like i understand the Croatian culture better as a result of my tour. Mia tries very hard to ensure you have fun and enjoy your time with her. I would definitely recommend her to you.
