The service was amazing! During the off season months, you have to call up ahead but they were so quick in coming to open the shop for us and take our luggage. We changed our pick up time and they were very accommodating of that too. Overall, would highly recommend so you don’t have to lug your bags around while exploring.

We had a lot of heavy luggage to get down stairs, through Old Town Dubrovnik, and onto our pick up point. The porter was on time, well prepared to carry many bags, and was a joy to be with. We weren’t sure how we were going to manage, but Baggage and Smile was the solution! So glad they are available.

We used this business for our transfer from the cruise terminal into Dubrovnik old town. We also stored our luggage with them for a few hours, and they transferred us to the international airport later that day. They are efficient, on time and very reasonable. Definitely use them if you require transfers from the cruise terminal or airport and/or you require your bags to be stored for a few hours in Dubrovnik. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff.

You won’t find a better luggage storage in all of Croatia. I’ve traveled to throughout croatia spending several weeks there this summer in various locations and cities. Baggage & Smile was by far the best. They are kind, honest, extremely helpful and accommodating. The owners Marlo & Jelena as well as their employee Harry truly love taking care of travelers they encounter they go above and beyond. If needed they even offer to pick up your bags from your air bnb or hotel. So they do more than just luggage storage.

What a fantastic service! They took the stress out of our arrival and departure to the Old Town in Dubrovnik this summer. Communication via email was great, and a really noce guy showed up on time and collected our luggage. If you have never been to the Old Town, you will need this service! Really lovely customer service. We were met from our ferry, dropped our bags, and transferred to airport - all very easy to organise, efficient and reliable. Nino our driver was excellent, and the staff at the agency were very friendly and helpful. They met us at the taxi, helped carry our bags and provided local information. Would definitely recommend.

The service was impeccable, the ease of drop off and pick up was fantastic! Highly recommend!! They made our period of time between landing at the airport and getting into our Airbnb so much easier and we got to enjoy the Old Town with peace of mind our luggage was safe!

Genuinely the most helpful people. I stored my bike for three weeks with Baggage and Smile. They were really kind, i picked up the bike with no issues and I would highly recommend for bike storage… whether it’s one day or three weeks.

Excellent service for those who need to store the bags and also to transfer from an accommodation to other and don’t want to waste time .( in Dubrovnik the check out time in the majority of the apartments 10 am quite early indeed and the chick in 3pm ) so if you have no place to store you bags this an excellent service and you don’t have to worry about transfer they will come to your place to pick up and deliver you bags for the extra fee
