We booked 2 trips from Supetar to Bol on Brac island and the return journey , 3 months prior to our journey through the taxi service with Booking.com. We were originally assigned to Travel Thru but it was changed on both journeys. Both trips got cancelled the day before , 2 weeks apart with "unexpected circumstances" We had to find our own way at very short notice and at an increased cost to ourselves. I received 1 email on both occasions & that Booking.com could not meet the extra cost as STS had given them 7 days notice of cancellation , so why were we only given 24 hrs notice ! I have emailed on numerous occasions with no response from either company. If STS cannot meet the bookings , why keep on accepting them as this is poor service & why are Booking.com still using them and letting their customers down. We use Booking.com for all of our taxis and never had any issues except with STS , on reading reviews since , this seems like common practice.

We were dropped off on the side of a 4 lane highway, in the dark, a half an hour from our pick up spot. We were not given directions as to how to get back to our pick up stop. It was frightening. We w were only given 2 hours in Mostar (not the 3 hours, as advertised) and lunch absorbed most of that 2 hour time period.

The trip was well planned, everything happened on time. However, I didn't enjoy the itinerary that much. It was not worthy the total of 6 hours in the bus while going and coming back to Dubrovnik. The waterfalls are the best thing in the trip in my opinion. I was disappointed with Mostar, not much to do but the food was good. I would recommend a Kotor day trip over this one. But as I said, the service itself was good.

I booked two trips (Dubrovnik-Herceg Novi and Herceg Novi-Dubrovnik airport) with STS Croatia through Booking.com weeks prior to arrival. Both trips got canceled the day before due to “unexpected circumstances”. The first trip had to be rebooked as premium with a 50% markup. The second one got canceled again after rebooking as “services were no longer available”. We had to pay twice the original amount to another taxi company. A total lack of professionalism from STS Croatia for canceling thrice and Booking.com for their insanely GENEROUS offer to solve our issue (10% discount on our next booking).

Thank you to Zak out guide for the day, he worked hard all day and gave us lots of information on the areas we visited. It's a long day but worth it if you want to experience Mostar. Zak took us to a restaurant in Mostar which was very reasonable and great portion size. The waterfalls at Kravica are very pretty but spoiled by all the restaurants and bars. It was extremely busy , and quite a climb down the steps in 35 degree heat.

An amazing trip to Bosnia-Herzigovina! The day started early with a pick up at 7am from a near by bus stop. During the two hour drive to Bosnia, the tour guide went through some of Croatias and Bosnias history and provided an insight into the days events. Before entering Bosnia, all passports of the passengers were checked and stamped. However, it is important to be at the pick up spot on time, one individual from the group was late by 10 minutes which delayed us by an hour at the boarder! The Kravica waterfalls were amazing ! The water was refreshing and there was plenty of opportunity to take pictures and videos. Visiting Pocitelj gave the opportunity to buy souvenirs, fresh fruits and visit a mosque. Finally, visiting Mostar for the final two hours of the day was interesting. We were directed to the old town where you could have a meal, souvenirs can be bought, and Mostars bridge could be seen. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip!

Crossing the borders went quickly and smoothly! Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant to visit with all day. He had great suggestions for us!

Booked and paid airport transfer. We had a change flight and in the early morning called for an earlier pick-up to not loose the flight After been asked at what time my flight was scheduled been told no possibility to anticipate in the needed time frame. Good way to make easy money!!! If you need a transfer in dubrovnik, call a Uber on the spot are much more reliable and cheaper

DO NOT USE!!! I had booked Super Transfers to collect our party of 8 from Dubrovnik Airport and take us to the AMAZING Bellevue Dubrovnik Hotel (which I would very much recommend) and also for the return trip 4 days later. We had booked a minivan transfer which states clearly can accommodate 8 people with 8 bags, which we were. Our flight time into Dubrovnik had been changed and then arrived late, however the driver (who was very nice and polite and spoke good English) was there in arrivals on time to welcome us. He quickly became concerned however as he had arrived with a minivan that only had 7 seats. Rather than wait for a possible alternative, we crammed 4 adults onto the rear seat for the 30 minute transfer - not really the comfortable journey we had planned. For our return to the airport, which had been confirmed by text the day before (including timings) we got to 5 minutes past the time they were due and messaged them. They replied that their system had not registered a change in time (there hadn't been one) and they had no available cars. After much backwards and forwards it was apparent that they were just not going to come. Luckily, our hotel quickly got in the case and arranged a transfer for us which arrived in 10 minutes. Overall, a very poor and disappointing experience with Super Transfers and I would avoid using them and look elsewhere.

Awful , very Bad mannered driver today , he was extremely rude to the receptionist at Hotel Vis Today , shouting and swearing in front of other people. Andrej is his name . The receptionist was totally professional. He was racist during the trip to Bosnia 🇧🇦 and made several denigrating and racist comments about Bosnians . He was more interested in chatting up the solo travelling girls in the group

Excellent service, very good and nice drivers, flexible and safe journeys. Easy to contact and chat with. Book them! Next time we will try some of their tours.

Perfect timing to pick us up very friendly driver, quick and safe journey and stopped on the way for us to take some scenic pictures, would definitely recommend and book again

Nino was very polite and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and he arrived on time. Very personable guy and full of local knowledge.

Mislav was excellent. He shared history with us, was very engaging and friendly, provided recommendations for us and even helped me work on my Croatian words! My friends also used the same transfer and experienced the same professional service with a comfortable ride. Surprisingly we landed an hour early and Mislav was there waiting. I will be sure to pass along this transport service to our friends and family when they come to Croatia. Thank you

Many thanks to the driver that dropped off to Dubrovnik Airport on Wednesday 16th September 2020 in the morning. He was very prompt, courteous and professional and spoke excellent English. A lovely way to finish my stay.
