          Custom Day Tour from Dubrovnik
Filip does a great job giving local tours from Dubrovnik. He designed a custom day tour for us to visit Kotor in Montenegro and Trebinje in Bosnia. He knew all the scenic view points along the way, and the best places to stop for coffee. His “hidden gem” (Catovica Mlini) near Kotor was super for lunch. Plus he is a very safe driver and provides an appropriate amount of cultural and historic background during the tour.

          🇧🇦 🥰 Bosnia & Herzegovina 🇧🇦 😍
This was our second tour with Filip! We had an incredible time! He arranges everything for you, so you get to sit back and enjoy! We started our day with a visit to Ston, which was such an incredible local experience. Filip took us to a local bakery for a delicious breakfast and coffee. We also got to see how salt is made, I bought so many bags! Then we went to the falls, which were stunning. We made our way to Mostar, where Amna was waiting for us to give us a city tour. Amna was warm and welcoming! She is from the area and shared her experiences and life with us, she is one of a kind! She also made lunch reservations for us at a local restaurant, which was amazing! When we showed up for our reservation, the line was around the street. We didn’t wait at all! Filip and Amna literally thought of everything! We had such smooth transitions and no wait times. We highly highly recommend Filip! Check out his website to see all the tours he does! I couldn’t imagine seeing these places any other way than with Filip!

Filip is exceptional! Filip’s knowledge, connections and kindness once again made this an unforgettable day.
Another incredible experience with Filip in the memory books! We had a beautiful day in the van with our son and friends. The little boat with Mario for the fresh oyster tasting to the cellar tour and wine tasting at Milos to the most magical lunch at Gastro Mare all far exceeded our expectations. Filip’s knowledge, connections and kindness once again made this an unforgettable day. Looking forward to staying in touch and seeing you in SF or Dubrovnik, Filip! You are exceptional!

          Private tour of Korcula
This was our 2nd tour with Filip. We had a great day in spite of some rain. Filip knows all the best places to stop for coffees and lunches, and we really enjoyed the wine tasting. The tour of Korcula was very enjoyable. We would definitely book another private tour with Filip if/when we come back to Croatia

          Wonderful tour of Korcula
Our family had a great time touring korcula and Ston with Filip. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and a good driver. We also stopped at two wineries which were excellent. Croatia coast is beautiful.

          Korcula and Ston trip
Filip has been very responsive and helpful since I contacted him in January for the trip. And today (8 June) he organized a very interesting and wonderful trip to Korcula and Ston. Both places are really worth visiting and it is very nice that Filip allows us to visit them in one day. Apart from many photos we took, we also had the freshest oysters and mussels - served straightly collected from the sea after Korcula's visit and a quick bite at a very nice restaurant after the walk along the wall between Ston and Mali Ston. Overall, a 5 stars out of 5 tour well delivered by Filip!

Full day trip to Pocitelj, Mostar, and Kravice - a tour of contrasts - history, culture, and nature
Our tour host and driver for the day was Djuro, and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. Djuro has detailed knowledge of the area, having lived there his entire life. As we made our journey from Dubrovnik to Bosnia and Herzegovina, we saw many beautiful landscapes and Djuro pointed out points of interest and described the rich history of the region. Djuro pointed out the oyster farms in Ston and the walled fortification to protect the salt beds. The day was full of contrasts, starting with a short visit to Pocitelj, where we could experience a small Turkish town. We then visited Mostar, a quaint town where Christians and Muslims live on opposite side sides of the beautiful Neretva River. We had an excellent tour from a local guide named Amna in Mostar who took the time to provide a personalized description of the history of this region and how the cultural dynamics have evolved over time. She pointed out how things have changed in recent times after the war. Anna also informed us that we were able to visit a mosque, something not typically allowed. Of course, we took this opportunity to enter in the hopes that we would exit better informed. We were able to witness a man who took a guided jump from the Mostar bridge, an amazing height, and a very loud splash/smack as he hit the water! Our tour wrapped up with a visit to Kravica waterfalls, an oasis with a stretch of waterfalls, collecting into a beautiful blue-green pool - a hotspot for sunbathing and swimming. Overall, a wonderful and enriching day - we highly recommend it!

          Private tour north of Dubrovnik
We had a great private tour with Filip to Korcula island, the wine region, Ston, and seafood tasting. We had a blast. Showed us places we would have never have seen on our own from local small wineries to locally owned mussel and oyster farms. It was truly lovely.

Please join Filip’s amazing private Mostar Kravice tour
After our amazing Montenegro private day tour with Filip, we also joined Filip’s Mostar Kravice private tour. Just like our previous tour, he picked us up at 7:00 am sharp with his super clean van. Bottles of water were kindly provided. Filip is very knowledgeable and informative. We have learned a lot from him. Since we arrived the waterfall a lot earlier than other people, we got to enjoy it without a huge crowd. Our lunch at Mostar old city was great and our private tour guide, Amna, is excellent and knowledgeable. Filip is very kind and dropped my friend off in a supermarket on our way back to our Airbnb so that she could pick up some veggies. We highly recommend you to join his tours.

Did korcula tour. Amazing place. Great guide. Flawless service. Very comfortable journey. Filip can talk very well - gave a lot of info/geography/history of the places. Went out of his way to show some hidden paths. Winery was very small but likeable. Highly recommended.

Mostar, Ston, and Island of Korcula with Filip
We spent two days with Filip as our guide. He did the transfer from Split to Mostar, then to Dubrovnik. It was a pleasant ride. Filip is very knowledgeable about the history of both countries. He would explain to us the history of the past 30 years. When he turned us over to the Mostar local guide, he would make sure that we were well taken care of. He would make sure our local guide would make reservation for our lunch. He would suggest what national dishes we should try and what dishes to avoid. The next day, he took us to Ston and the Island of Korcula. He would again give us a great history lesson on how and why the 7.5km fortress was built, the second longest wall built after the Great Wall of China. Again he made sure our local guide in Korcula would take good care of us. Filip earned his 5th star by making a great suggestion for us to have our late lunch at a family restaurant in Mali Ston. It was a great restaurant with fresh oysters and mixed shells with your choice of cooking, a very rare dish to find even in Croatia. The mixed shells contained three different clams and two different kinds of mussels--one of which we had never known before.

          Exceptional Day!
We had an exceptional day with Filip visiting Korcula, Ston and wine tasting on the Pelsejac Peninsula. The car was extremely comfortable and Filip freely imparted his knowledge of the area along the way answering our many questions. Ston is an amazing town with mind-boggling medieval walls where we stopped for a coffee to take it all in. The private guide through Korcula was a great storyteller mixing facts with a bit of humor. Wine tasting with Nico was a great way to learn about a local winemaker ( with excellent wines), who opened his doors just for us. And if you can stop to have mussels that are pulled straight out of the water by Mato and cooked for you by his wife Nika, it will be an unforgettable experience! Finally, Filip knew my husband was a black risotto fan, and we made a stop at a wonderful restaurant and Filip was spot on. Fantastic! All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Filip for this excursion. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you Filip!

          Wonderful day trip to Sarajevo
Felipe is an excellent guide. We were with him for 15 hours and he was energetic and enthusiastic til the very last minute. In one day we visited Sarajevo, Mostar, and the small village of Pocitelj. If you have an extra day in Dubrovnik a visit to Bosnia and Hercegovina is a must. Filipe’s knowledge of the culture and history is incredible. I highly recommend using Felipe!

If you want to learn about Croatia, Montenegro or any of this region, Filip is your man! We had the most interesting and informative day-tour to Montenegro from Dubrovnik with Filip, (courtesy of Unforgettable Travel).
Filip is enthusiastic and takes pride in sharing his seemingly unlimited knowledge. He also has a keen sense of humour so laughs are ensured 😄
Our day-trip was also as flexible as we wanted and the restaurant that he suggested for lunch, Catovica Mlini, was wonderful.
We highly recommend Filip Travel to anyone who wants to learn about this fascinating region and feel comfortable on the roads with a caring driver/guide.
Thank you Filip for a great day!

Excellent day trip from Dubrovnik to Montenegro. Filip is indeed very communicative and passes on as much information as he can. He is also willing to adapt his standard tour to meet the needs of individual clients. In our case we spent time in the beautiful towns of Perast and Kotor but modified the standard itinerary to go to a fantastic “hidden gem” restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend Filip for his personalised and personable approach.

Filip was a great, knowledgeable tour guide and very enthusiastic about what he does. We planned our trip months ahead of time and Filip was a great communicator in arranging our trip to Kotor from start to finish. Even though it was a very rainy day Filip made it a fun experience and handled a flash flood, scary driving experience like a pro, calm and reassuring. We consider our day trip a high because of Filip and also Luka who drove us in a separate trip from Dubrovnik to Split. I highly recommend Filip and his crew for his great organized tours!

My wife and I had the pleasure of taking Filip's Montenegro private day tour from Dubrovnik, and it was an unforgettable experience filled with highlights, information, delicious food, and stunning sights. Filip is an incredibly knowledgeable and personable guide who truly made our day special.

Our pick-up time was at 7 am from Buza Gate, and Filip was already there, waiting energetically for our adventure. Starting early allowed Filip to customize our itinerary, adding unplanned but delightful experiences based on our interests. He was more than happy to take photos of us and show us scenic spots with breathtaking views.
Filip's depth and knowledge about the history of Croatia and its early days provided us with valuable insights that enriched our understanding of the region and its people.

As food and wine enthusiasts, Filip introduced us to culinary gems, adding a delicious twist to our journey. His kindness and engaging personality made him the perfect companion for a day spent exploring and learning about a diverse culture. We highly recommend Filip's tour for anyone seeking an exceptional and personalized travel experience.

Filip was an excellent host during the day trip my wife and I took to Montenegro from Dubrovnik. He was extremely accommodating and eager to share his rich knowledge of the region. Our journey began with a morning drive along the Dalmation coast for a tour along the Bay of Kotor, with dramatic views, and extreme contrasts between the bay and the steep hillsides. When we first arrived at the Bay of Kotor we stopped to grab a coffee and take in the view of the western edge of the valley. One of the many highlights of our day was a visit of the village of Perast, a quaint, beautiful spot along the bay, which included a boat tour to visit “Our Lady of the Rocks” church. We next visited Kotor, where Ivica, a local of the region, gave us a tour of the medieval city. He was friendly and well informed, showing us fun things around the city, such as his elementary school! Filip then took us on our return trip, stopping for a midafternoon meal, at a restaurant hidden away along a freshwater stream and pond. We enjoyed fish prepared the traditional way, a must for one to experience on a visit to the region! At the end of the day, we had a second view of the western edge of the valley, a much different color pallet than our view in the morning. Overall, this tour was must-do scenic experience to remember!

Kotor is an old city with prfound history! Very imprrssive! Pity that many buildings were damaged in the earthquake. Our local guide in Montenegro, Tomo (not sure if the spelling of his name is corrct) is super! He is a really nice guy! The view of the road trip from Dubrovnik to Kotor is spectacular. Filip has made all the arrangement just in line with the itinerary and is very knowlegeable with the histories and cultures of Croatia, Montenegro and the neighbouring countries. The traditonal cake Peraska and the restaurant (hidden gem) he recommended is very good! If we have to say one thing that could be better, that'd be if he can speak a bit slowly especially to those who are not native speakers of English.

My friend and I hired Filip for a private transfer + tour service in mid Oct 2023, he picked us up at Dubrovnik in the morning and drive us to Mostar for a day trip (and send us back to Dubrovnik at the late evening). Filip can speak very good English and he is an experienced and professional local guild. ( also a good driver) . He also suggested us to stop by Pocitelj before arriving Mostar, which is a very great suggestion. Pocitelj is a very beautiful town and the scenery is extremely nice. He also suggested us to a local restaurant at Mostar which is a very good one. I will definitely recommend Filip to my friends and families if they have chance to come to Croatia and Bosnia in the future.
