Once we arrived at the place to meet (nobody has contacted us before), there was nobody to meet us. The phone number provided in the ticket was not working ("check the number" message). We had to call tripadvisor to help, which they did, and made a refund. Needless to say, it altered our plans for the day in a way we did not expected.Written 3 January 2020
